脂肪酸囊泡(FAV)具有与脂质体类似的中空核壳结构, 且原料来源广泛, 绿色安全, 在包埋/缓释方面有重要意义. 但FAV对pH值依赖性强, pH窗口很窄并偏离生命体系适应pH范围, 限制了其作为包埋/缓释体在日用化学品及外用药等中的应用. 本文用绿色安全非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷(APG)使共轭亚油酸(CLA)形成FAV的pH窗口从原先的8.0-9.0 迁移并扩张至6.0-8.0, 从而与生命体系适应pH值范围相匹配, 并探讨了改善FAV的pH值依赖性和敏感性的原理.  相似文献

The plasma window is an advanced apparatus that can work as the interface between a vacuum and a high pressure region. It can be used in many applications that need atmosphere-vacuum interface, such as a gas target, electron beam welding, synchrotron radiation and a spallation neutron source. A test bench of the plasma window is constructed in Peking University. A series of experiments and the corresponding parameter measurements have been presented in this article. The experiment result indicates the feasibility of such a facility acting as an interface between a vacuum and a high pressure region.  相似文献

质子束窗是C-ADS中隔离加速器的真空环境与靶的非真空环境的重要部件。质子束窗材料及其冷却介质造成的束流散射效应是造成束流在靶外损失的主要因素,由于质子束窗中的高能量沉积和高辐照效应,束窗的热力学计算显得尤为重要。计算结果表明:当质子束窗和散裂靶距离为1.5 m时,通过选取合理的结构参数,多管道型质子束窗结构可以将靶外束流损失控制在1%以内。束窗中总的应力,包括由于温度升高造成的热应力、冷却剂的静压,以及束窗两侧加速器真空与外部非真空环境的压强差造成的应力,可以有效控制在所用材料的许用应力之内。并通过计算讨论给出C-ADS中质子束窗的初步设计参数。  相似文献

We suggested a new non-mechanical angular multiplexed holographic memory system using a moving window, which was fabricated by controlling the pixels of a liquid crystal display (LCD) electronically. If we use light passed through the window left and right, and up and down, each window makes a reference wave with a different incidence angle and we can store angular-multiplexed holograms. The feasibility of the proposed method was demonstrated through optical experiments and its crosstalk noise analysis was also presented.  相似文献

The traditional sequential pattern mining method is carried out considering the whole time period and often ignores the sequential patterns that only occur in local time windows, as well as possible periodicity. Therefore, in order to overcome the limitations of traditional methods, this paper proposes status set sequential pattern mining with time windows (SSPMTW). In contrast to traditional methods, the item status is considered, and time windows, minimum confidence, minimum coverage, minimum factor set ratios and other constraints are added to mine more valuable rules in local time windows. The periodicity of these rules is also analyzed. According to the proposed method, this paper improves the Apriori algorithm, proposes the TW-Apriori algorithm, and explains the basic idea of the algorithm. Then, the feasibility, validity and efficiency of the proposed method and algorithm are verified by small-scale and large-scale examples. In a large-scale numerical example solution, the influence of various constraints on the mining results is analyzed. Finally, the solution results of SSPM and SSPMTW are compared and analyzed, and it is suggested that SSPMTW can excavate the laws existing in local time windows and analyze the periodicity of the laws, which solves the problem of SSPM ignoring the laws existing in local time windows and overcomes the limitations of traditional sequential pattern mining algorithms. In addition, the rules mined by SSPMTW reduce the entropy of the system.  相似文献

In this article we extend the results derived for scan statistics in Wang and Glaz (2014) for independent normal observations. We investigate the performance of two approximations for the distribution of fixed window scan statistics for time series models. An R algorithm for computing multivariate normal probabilities established in Genz and Bretz (2009) can be used along with proposed approximations to implement fixed window scan statistics for ARMA models. The accuracy of these approximations is investigated via simulation. Moreover, a multiple window scan statistic is defined for detecting a local change in the mean of a Gaussian white noise component in ARMA models, when the appropriate length of the scanning window is unknown. Based on the numerical results, for power comparisons of the scan statistics, we can conclude that when the window size of a local change is unknown, the multiple window scan statistic outperforms the fixed window scan statistics.  相似文献

When the generalized rank annihilation method (GRAM) is applied to liquid chromatographic data with diode-array detection, an important problem is the time shift of the peak of the analyte in the test sample. This problem leads to erroneous predictions. This time shift can be corrected if a time window is selected so that the chromatographic profile of the analyte in the test sample is trilinear with the peak of the analyte in the calibration sample. In this paper we present a new method to determine when this condition is met. This method is based on the curve resolution with iterative target transformation factor analysis (ITTFA). The calibration and test matrices are independently decomposed into profiles and spectra, and aligned before GRAM is applied. Here we study two situations: first, when the calibration matrix has one analyte and second, when it has two analytes. When the calibration matrix has two analytes, we selectively determine the time window for the analyte to be quantified. There were considerably fewer prediction errors after correction.  相似文献
