Ag/C包覆对Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2电化学性能的影响

运用共沉淀和元素化学沉积相结合的方法,制备出了具有Ag/C包覆层的层状富锂固溶体材料Li [Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、恒流充放电、循环伏安(CV),电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和X射线能量散射谱(EDS)方法,研究了Ag/C包覆层对Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni03Co013]O2电化学性能的影响.结果表明,Ag/C包覆层的厚度约为25 nm,Ag/C包覆在保持了固溶体材料α-NaFeO2六方层状晶体结构的前提下,显著地改善了Li[Li0.0Mn054Ni0.13Co013]O2的电化学性能.在2.0-4.8 V (vs Li/Li+)的电压范围内,首次放电(0.05C)容量由242.6 mAh·g-1提高到272.4 mAh·g-1,库仑效率由67.6％升高到77.4％;在0.2C倍率下,30次循环后,Ag/C包覆的电极材料容量为222.6 mAh·g-1,比未包覆电极材料的容量高出14.45％;包覆后的电极材料在1C下的容量仍为0.05C下的81.3％.循环伏安及电化学交流阻抗谱研究表明,Ag/C包覆层抑制了材料在充放电过程中氧的损失,有效降低了Li[Li02Mn0.54Ni0.13Co013]O2颗粒的界面膜电阻与电化学反应电阻.     

A Narrative Review of Alternate Gait Training Using Knee-ankle-foot Orthosis in Stroke Patients with Severe Hemiparesis

Impairments resulting from stroke lead to persistent difficulties with walking. Subsequently, an improved walking ability is one of the highest priorities for people living with stroke. The degree to which gait can be restored after a stroke is related to both the initial impairment in walking ability and the severity of paresis of the lower extremities. However, there are some patients with severe motor paralysis and a markedly disrupted corticospinal tract who regain their gait function. Recently, several case reports have described the recovery of gait function in stroke patients with severe hemiplegia by providing alternate gait training. Multiple studies have demonstrated that gait training can induce “locomotor-like” coordinated muscle activity of paralyzed lower limbs in people with spinal cord injury. In the present review, we discuss the neural mechanisms of gait, and then we review case reports on the restoration of gait function in stroke patients with severe hemiplegia.     

A Chiral Helical Compound Based on Achiral Components

The title compound, [Cu(dpa)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)2]n 1 (H2dpa = diphenic acid and 2,2'- bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine), has been synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 10.597(4), b = 11.317(4), c = 17.630(7) , V = 2114.3(14) 3, C24H20CuN2O6, Mr = 495.97, Z = 4, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.079 mm-1, F(000) = 1020, Flack value = 0.052(18), R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.1016 for 3381 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In compound 1, the dpa ligands link metal ions into helical structures in the same direction.     

Syntheses, Crystal Structures and Magnetism of Two New Coordination Polymers [Ni（bix）2Cl2]n and [Co（bix）Cl2]n

The self-assembly reactions of MIICl2 (M = Ni, Co) with the flexible bix ligand [bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene] yielded a 2D network [NiII(bix)2Cl2]n 1 and a 1D chain [CoII(bix)Cl2]n 2. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Complex 1 characters a two-dimensional grid-type structure and crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.7231(7), b = 12.7787(9), c = 13.9374(13) , β = 105.419(4)o, C28H28Cl2N8Ni, Mr = 606.19, Ζ = 2, V = 1326.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.518 g/cm3, μ = 0.969 mm-1, F(000) = 628, R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0783 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Compound 2 is a one-dimensional chain and crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 11.3696(6), b = 10.2128(6), c = 14.4943(9) , C14H14Cl2CoN4, Mr = 368.12, Z = 4, V = 1683.01(17) 3, Dc = 1.453 g/cm3, μ = 1.334 mm-1, F(000) = 748, R = 0.0317 and wR = 0.0800 for 1778 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Magnetic properties of the title complexes were also investigated.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Metronidazole-derived Compound

A MET-OH derivative,MET-OTs 1,was designed,prepared and structurally charac-terized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c,with a=16.1178(14),b=7.5473(6),c=13.4161(11),V= 1520.3(2)3,β=111.3210(10)o,Z=4,Dc=1.421 g/cm3 and F(000)=680.     

采用柱切换色谱-离子阱质谱联用法研究复方丹参滴丸中丹参素及其代谢产物

采用柱切换高效液相色谱技术对人血清中的丹参素及其代谢产物进行富集和分离,利用对电喷雾离子阱多级质谱负离子模式进行结构分析。一级流动相为甲醇-水(30：70,V/V),流速0．8mL／min;二级流动相为甲醇-水-甲酸铵(15：85：0．5,V/V/V),流速0．2mL／min;在人血清中检测到丹参素及其代谢产物,并探讨了主要代谢产物乙酰化的丹参素(m/z 240．2)。建立一种复方丹参滴丸中丹参素及其代谢产物在人体内代谢过程的高效分析方法。该方法可用于复方丹参滴丸中丹参素及与其结构类似的其它药物的体内代谢研究。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Layered Lead(Ⅱ) Carboxylate-sulfonate Compound Templated by 4,4''-Bipyridine

A new lead(Ⅱ) carboxylate-sulfonate has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal and elemental analyses. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P,(1) with a=8.1573(6), b=9.4663(7), c=12.7488(9) (A), α=89.2320(10), β=80.7380(10), γ=77.9760(10)°, Z=2, V=950.10(12) (A)3, Mr=599.57, Dc=2.096 g/cm3, μ=9.032 mm-1, F(000)=572, the final R=0.0412 and wR=0.1035. It has a 1D chain structure, and the Pb(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated. Two PbO6 polyhedra are interconnected via edge-sharing into a two-core unit. Such units are further interconnected by 3-sulfonato-benzoic acids into 1D chains which are linked by hydrogen bonds into a layer structure. The 4,4'-bipyridines are located at the interlayer space and link the layers into a supramolecular structure by π-π stacking interactions.     

复方维生素B片中主要成分的高效毛细管电泳电化学法检测

采用高效毛细管电泳－电化学检测法同时测定复方维生素B片中的主要成分维生素B1，B12，B6和C的含量；研究了电极电位，运行缓冲溶液的浓度和酸度，电泳电压和进样时间等对电泳的影响，以微铂电极为工作电极，检测电位＋0．5V（vs SCE)，在pH9.0的15mmol/L Tris-1mmol/L H3BO3缓冲溶液中，上述4组分在5min内获得基线分离；维生素B1，B12，B6和C的线性范围分别为2．1mg/L-1.0g/L,6.0mg/L-0.80g/L,1.4mg/L-0.72g/L和0．97mg/L-0.44g/L检出限分别为0．50mg/L,1.0mg/L,,0.65mg/L和0．40mg/L；5次测定峰高的相对标准偏差分别为2．4％，3．0％，3．1％，和2．5％，5次测定的平均回收率分别为99％，102％，98％和100％。     

高效毛细管电泳电导法快速检测复方维生素B片中的VB1、VB12、VB6和VC

采用高效毛细管电泳电导法同时分离、测定了复方维生素B片中的主要成分VB1, VB12,VB6和VC的含量.研究了运行缓冲溶液的酸度和浓度、电泳电压、进样时间等因素对电泳的影响.在优化的实验条件下40 mmol/L Tris -4 mmol/L H3BO3 (pH 8.0) 的缓冲溶液中加入0.30 mmol/L CTAB(溴化十六烷基三甲基铵),分离电压为15 kV,上述4组分在5 min内得到良好的分离.维生素B1,B12,B6和VC的线性范围分别为5.5～1.0 mg/mL; 15～1.5 mg/mL; 1.0～0.40 mg/mL和6.6～0.80 mg/mL; 检测限分别为0.80 μg/mL, 4.0 μg/mL, 0.50 μg/mL, 2.9 μg/mL; 5次测定峰高的相对标准偏差分别为2.2%, 1.6%, 3.9%, 2.8%.5次测定的平均回收率分别为99%, 94%, 100%, 97%.
