We present a novel route for the preparation of ferrofluidic photoresist compatible with two-photon photopolymerization (TPP). To get a homogeneous ferrofluidic photoresit, the compatibility of photoresist and magnetic materials has been improved. Monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles synthesized via thermal decomposition of iron precursor were stabilized by 6-(methacryloyloxy) hexanoic acid (a kind of acrylate-based monomer). A ferrofluidic photoresist was prepared by doping the modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles in acrylate-based resin. In this way, the dispersibility of nanoparticles in photoresist was enhanced significantly. As a representative example, a precise magnetic micron-sized spring was created. In the test of the magnetic response, the sensitivity of magnetic microspring was improved remarkably due to the optimization of the ferrofluidic photoresist. When the intensity of external magnetic field reached a value of 1500 Gs, the deformation rate of the microspring would get to 2.25, indicating the compatibility of the ferrofluidic photoresist in microfabrication.  相似文献

中药复方配伍规律是中医药研究的重点,该文将红外光谱技术特有的宏观指纹特性与中医辨证施治的整体理论相结合,旨在建立一种既能反映中医药整体观的整合调节作用,又具有普遍适用于中药复方和快速、经济特点的研究模式。左金丸与其类方反左金、甘露散和茱萸丸是寒热配伍的经典方剂,它们都是由黄连和吴茱萸以不同比例组成的对药。文章通过分析比较单味药黄连、吴茱萸及其以不同配伍方式组成的黄连-吴茱萸类方的红外光谱图,对这4个药对复方的红外谱图进行特征峰指认,结果发现单味药黄连不仅在左金丸和甘露散中占绝对优势,而且在茱萸丸的水提物中贡献率也比吴茱萸大;此外,在茱萸丸和反左金的醇提物中,黄连亦表现出高于吴茱萸的整体贡献率。  相似文献

针对传统驱动电路一旦做出修改,则需对硬件或程序进行改变的缺点,以型号为TCD1707D的线阵CCD为例,介绍了一种工作模式可调的驱动方法.该方法是利用复杂可编程逻辑器件和控制外端结合,通过分别设置内外触发来实现的.在外触发模式下,利用外触发脉冲,可由用户控制CCD的曝光和信号输出时间;内触发时,可以调节CCD的积分时间和驱动频率.为提高信号输出质量,针对EMC问题给出了线阵CCD的外围驱动电路.实验结果表明,该方法调试方便、电路结构简单、集成度较高、输出信号可靠稳定、受干扰小,可配合多种用户需要,对高速精确测量及线阵推扫模式具有一定参考价值.  相似文献

Thermal behavior and morphology of blends prepared by solution casting of mixtures of chitosan and poly(ethylene oxide) were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The preliminary results indicate that both melting point and crystallinity depend on the composition of the blends, and that they exhibit minimum values when the blend contains 50% chitosan. From the prediction of melting point depression analysis, the compatibility of the blends shows a transition at this specific composition. This conclusion was further confirmed by observation of the morphology.  相似文献

Different chelating agents such as poly(ethylene glycol), propylene glycol monooctadecanoate and palm oil were used for modification of the surface-treated montmorillonite (MMT). The work also included the development of a technique for mixing chelating agents with MMTs using different methods and different proportions of MMT/chelating agent/ethanol. Evaluation of the result of mixing was performed by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction and high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM). The results showed that the chelating agents used were intercalated in MMT, increasing the interlayer spacing. The OMMT was used in the manufacture of composites with rigid PVC using a microcompounder. The master batch concept turned out to be promising in terms of dispersion and delamination of clay, as observed in HR-SEM photographs. However, despite good dispersion and exfoliation of MMT, poor compatibility between clay platelets and PVC matrix remains to be solved to enable full exploitation of its engineering potential. Despite this drawback, good thermal stability and mechanical properties have already been achieved.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of antisyzygies, which studies the inverse problem of finding a system of PDEs, given compatibility conditions. The system obtained possesses the property of removability of compact singularities. We write explicit computations in the cases of the Cauchy-Fueter system and Maxwell’s system for electromagnetism, and we conclude with a study of systems of non-maximal rank.   相似文献

Many methods for reducing and simplifying differential equations are known. They provide various generalizations of the original symmetry approach of Sophus Lie. Plenty of relations between them have been noticed and in this note a unifying approach will be discussed. It is rather close to the differential constraint method, but we make this rigorous basing on recent advances in compatibility theory of non-linear overdetermined systems and homological methods for PDEs.   相似文献

Propylene-co-ethylene elastomer resin (PER) has been blended into biodegradable poly(butylene succinate) copolymer (PBS) by a melt-blending process to develop a novel semi-biodegradable thermoplastic elastomer. The PBS/PER blends displayed good compatibility in the range 70/30 > PBS/PER > 30/70 according to analyses by DSC, DMA and the Couchman method. Although the PBS/PER blends displayed compatibility, SEM analyses of most of the PBS/PER blends revealed two-phase structures including sea-island and irregular fiber-shaped morphologies, except for PBS/PER (70/30). PBS/PER (60/40) and PBS/PER (50/50) display low tensile strength due to large sea-phase and irregular fiber-shaped morphologies, even though they have good compatibility. PBS/PER (70/30) apparently exhibited a single phase by SEM and showed the best compatibility by DSC and DMA. Furthermore, the tan δ, elongation and initial moduli of the PBS/PER blends were seen to increase with increasing PER content, indicating that the toughness and shock resistance of PBS are improved by incorporating PER into the composition.  相似文献

The Navier–Stokes equations and magnetohydrodynamics equations are written in terms of poloidal and toroidal potentials in a finite cylinder. This formulation insures that the velocity and magnetic fields are divergence-free by construction, but leads to systems of partial differential equations of higher order, whose boundary conditions are coupled. The influence matrix technique is used to transform these systems into decoupled parabolic and elliptic problems. The magnetic field in the induction equation is matched to that in an exterior vacuum by means of the Dirichlet-to-Neumann mapping, thus eliminating the need to discretize the exterior. The influence matrix is scaled in order to attain an acceptable condition number.  相似文献

选取硝化甘油(NG)和氧化铝(Al_2O_3)分别作为推进剂中的含能增塑剂和燃料表面的模型,研究了含硝酸酯类增塑剂与推进剂中燃烧剂表面的微观作用机理.采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法和全电子双数值基组研究了NG在α-Al_2O_3(0001)和γ-Al_2O_3(110)表面的吸附作用.计算结果表明,NG可以在α-Al_2O_3(0001)和γ-Al_2O_3(110)表面发生强烈化学吸附;吸附导致相应的O—NO_2键被明显拉长并断裂,无能垒自发产生NO_2自由基,该解离过程放出大量的热,吸附能高达约175.7 kJ/mol;NG在完全羟基化的α-Al_2O_3(0001)和γ-Al_2O_3(110)表面上的吸附明显减弱,从强烈的化学吸附转变成以氢键作用为主的物理吸附,吸附能只有约50.0 kJ/mol;而在部分羟基化的α-Al_2O_3(0001)和γ-Al_2O_3(110)表面上可以同时发生物理吸附和化学吸附,且两种机制并不存在明显的协同或催化作用.  相似文献
