N ,O-苄基壳聚糖在浓溶液中形成胆甾液晶相 .用圆偏光二向色性谱 (CD)研究了这一聚合物的螺旋行为 ,主要包括螺距和螺旋方向 .浓度越高 ,螺距P越大 ,意味着胆甾相的扭转力随浓度增加而减弱 .CD谱图上观测到两类吸收 ,即在 5 70nm附近较宽但较强的吸收和 330nm附近较尖但较弱的吸收 .前者归属于胆甾相层片的超分子螺旋构象 ,而后者可以归属于分子链的螺旋构象 .改变浓度或溶剂性质时这两个层次的构象都会发生符号的变化 .提高浓度 (固定二氧六环为溶剂 )时两种螺旋结构先后发生反转 .以氯仿为溶剂 (固定浓度为 6 5 % )时两种螺旋结构均为左旋 (正Cotton效应 ) ,但二氧六环和四氢呋喃为溶剂时均变为右旋 (负Cotton效应 ) .溶剂的影响可能与溶剂和高分子间形成氢键的能力有关 相似文献

It is demonstrated quantitatively that the serial number N is not m + n + 4 in the nitrogen bridge conjugated system (Ⅸ), so the lone pair of electrons on the nitrogen cannot conjugate with acenyl branch and formyl polyenic branch simultaneously. The character of UV spectra and substituent equivalents (△Ns) show that acenyl branch competes for the lone pair of electrons with formyl polyenic branch. If the length m of acenyl branch is lengthened while n keeps constant, a point where the acenyl branch is predominant over formyl polyenic branch in competition, will eventually be reached. On the other hand, the effect of the latter will become greater than the former. The effect of the two branches predominates each other alternately with the alternate increase in m and n values. 相似文献

The effect of bulk dielectric solvation on chemical shielding at nitrogen in CH3CN is studied with reaction field theory. A previous work has demonstrated the strong influence on this property from volume polarization, which describes that part of the reaction field arising from solute charge density penetrating outside its cavity. The essentially exact treatment of volume polarization used in that work is computationally demanding, and a more facile method for simulation of the volume polarization has recently been proposed. It is found in the present work that this simulation of the volume polarization yields results in excellent agreement with the essentially exact treatment of the strong volume polarization effects on nitrogen shielding in CH3CN.Contribution to the Jacopo Tomasi Honorary Issue 相似文献

Solid-state 31P NMR spectroscopy was applied to measure the isotropic chemical shifts, chemical shift anisotropies and asymmetry parameters of three phosphorylated amino acids, O-phospho-L-serine, O-phospho-L-threonine and O-phospho-L-tyrosine. The cross-polarization buildup rates and longitudinal relaxation times of 31P and 1H were-determined and compared with the values measured for a triphosphate (GppCH2p) bound to a crystalline protein (Ras). It is shown that the phosphorylated amino acids are well-suited model compounds, e.g. for the optimization of experiments on crystalline proteins. Two-dimensional exchange experiments on O-phospho-L-tyrosine indicate the existence of an exchange between the two different conformations of the molecule. 相似文献

Summary A reexamination of the vibrational coordinates appropriate in vibronic intensity calculations in octahedral coordination compounds is presented. We derive a complete set of symmetry coordinates that is orthonormal and transforms correctly under the group generators. The vibronic hamiltonian for the crystal field and ligand polarization contributions to the intensity are calculated in the basis of these coordinates. The crystal field term is evaluated both using a truncated basis set for the intermediate electronic states and using the closure approximation. The enantiomeric separation of a series of imidazole analogues of Fluoxetine and Miconazole endowed with potent antifungal activity was performed using cellulose tris(4-methylbenzoate) (Chiralcel OJ) and cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (Chiralcel OD) as chiral stationary phases. Binary mixtures of n-hexane and alcohol as well as pure alcohols (ethanol or 2-propanol) were used as eluents. The enantiomer elution order was monitored by chiroptical detectors based on on-line optical rotation and circular dichroism measurements. For some of the compounds studied very high enantioseparation factor values (alpha > 7) on Chiralcel OJ CSP were observed. In order to study the chiroptical characteristics of the two most biologically active compounds, chromatographic resolutions were carried out on a semipreparative scale. Assignment of the absolute configuration was empirically established by comparing the CD spectra of the separated enantiomers with those obtained from the enantiomers of Miconazole. 相似文献

Sixteen diastereomeric 2,3-dihydrobilatrienes-abc substituted in position 3 with various chiral ligands, seven chiral derivatives of a 2,3-dihydrobilatriene-abc-12-propionic acid and a chiral derivative of a 8,12-bilatriene-abc-dipropionic acid were prepared. The chiroptical properties (CD) of these compounds were used as a monitor for the conformational influence of the various ligands. Therefrom it could be deduced that steric effects play a minor role in determining the topology of the chromophore. On the contrary, dipole-dipole interactions of the various partial moments of bile pigments and of the attached ligands crucially influence the conformational situation of the chromophore. This fact may be significant for the stabilization of certain chromophore conformations in biliproteids.

Adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied at different acidities of the medium on the non-charged and titanium hydroxide-modified surfaces of the carbon fibers (ACF and ACF-B (Ti)). The fiber covered with titanium hydroxide was shown to have the highest adsorption capacity at pH = 4.7, which is close to the isoelectric point of BSA. The cathodic polarization has the greatest effect on the BSA desorption ability, which enabled the determination of conditions for recovering the adsorption capacity of the fibrous sorbent. 相似文献

This report describes an accelerated self-assembly of a synthetic cyclic hexapeptide in the presence of alkali metal ions. Time-dependent aggregation of hexapeptide was considerably influenced upon co-incubation with monovalent metal ions, of which K+ afforded the most significant effect both on the time-scale required for self-assembly and on the morphology of aged structures. Metal ion adducts formation ability of the hexapeptide was confirmed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry measurements and 13C NMR spectrometry. The effect of metal ion binding on peptide structure was also probed by circular dichroism, optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. K+ ions not only interacted more efficiently with the hexapeptide enabling it to reach conformational state(s) conducive for self-assembly, but also altered the morphologies of the aged peptide fibers, when compared to the unmetalated peptide. 相似文献
