Applying Parikh's quantum tunneling model, we study the quantum tunneling radiation of Reissner-Nordström de Sitter black hole with a global monopole. The result shows that the tunneling rates at the event horizon and the cosmic horizon are related to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy if we take the energy conservation into consideration, and the true radiate spectrum is not precisely thermal.  相似文献

The deformation surrounding Vickers indentations on InGaAsP/InP epilayers have been studied in detail. The surface topography was characterized by using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The material pile-up and sink-in regions around the indentation impression was observed for the quaternary InGaAsP/InP epilayers. The sectional analysis mode of the AFM shows the depth profile at the indented region. Microindentation studies were carried out for different atomic fraction of the quaternary InGaAsP/InP compound semiconductor alloys. The microhardness values of InGaAsP/InP epilayers were found to be in the range of 5.08 and 5.73 GPa. These results show that the hardness value of the quaternary alloy drastically increases as the composition of As was increased by 0.01 atomic fraction and when the phosphorous concentration decreases from 0.4 to 0.38. The reason may be that the increase in As concentration hardens the lattice when phosphorous concentration was less and hardness decreases when phosphorous was increased.  相似文献

Simultaneous imaging of laser-induced fluorescence of toluene and 3-pentanone was used to determine the local absolute oxygen and residual gas concentrations present within an engine. The technique utilizes the different sensitivities of the laser-excited molecules to quenching by molecular oxygen as a means to determine quantitative images of in-cylinder oxygen concentrations. The difference in the amount of oxygen available between two operating conditions was investigated. Results are in agreement with measurements in the exhaust gas. The optical properties of Ce3+ in CaSO4, SrSO4 and BaSO4 are reported. The Ce3+ ion shows 4f05d12F5/2,2F7/2 luminescence in all three sulphates. Co-doping with Na+ does not change the local surrounding of the Ce3+ ion, but enhances the amount of Ce3+ ions built in. Under optical excitation, besides the typical Ce3+ doublet emission in the ultraviolet spectral region, band emission around 445 nm was observed. This band emission was not assigned to emission from a Ce3+ centre, but to emission from an impurity-trapped exciton. Under X-ray excitation, both Ce3+ emission and an emission band around 380 nm was observed. This band was assigned to emission from a self-trapped exciton.  相似文献

强磁场下的物理研究是一个富有成果的研究领域,40T以下稳态强磁场的研制成功为固体物理研究提供了新的科学机遇。文章简要地介绍强磁场下某些固体物理,其中包括高温超导体的H-T相图和非费米液体行为,德哈斯(de Haas)效应和费米面性质,电子的Wigner结晶及其动力学行为,磁场诱导的相变(如绝缘体-金属和超导转变),多级磁有序,串级自旋密度波和大块材料中的量子霍尔效应等的实验研究的近期进展,希望以此引起人们对国内强磁场下物理研究的关注。  相似文献

采用自组装法制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)微球三维光子晶体结构,通过在PS微球悬浮液中掺入不同浓度的二氧化硅大球,实现了光子晶体结构从有序向无序过程的转变。通过对这些样品的透射、反射进行测量和分析,发现无序效应对光子晶体的光子响应特性具有极大的影响,随着无序程度的增加,高频波段的透射率急剧下降,低频波段的法布里-珀罗振荡消失,光子带隙蓝移且逐渐消失;而在掺杂浓度为0.02%(质量分数)时,光子晶体带隙中心的最低透射率从10%下降到1%,且反射单峰随着探测角度的增大而分裂为双峰。这有助于基于介质球三维光子晶体沿Γ-L方向透射消光,促进其在新型光学器件领域的应用发展。  相似文献

The Banerjee-Majhi's recent work shows that the Hawking radiation and entropy/area quantum of the black hole horizon (EH) can be well described in the tunneling picture. In this paper, we develop this idea to the case of a de Sitter tunneling from the cosmological horizon (CH), and obtain the Hawking emission spectrum and entropy/area spectroscopy from the CH of the purely de Sitter black hole as well as the Schwarzschild-de Sitter black hole. It is interestingly found that the area of the CH is quantized by Δ A=4lpl2, as was given by Hod for the area quantum of -the EH by considering the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and Schwinger-type emission process. Also, we conclude from our derivation that the entropy/area quantum of the CH is universal in the sense that it is independent of the black hole parameters. This realization implies that, (at least) at a semiclassical level, the de Sitter gravity shares the similar quantum behavior as the usual gravity without presence of a cosmological constant.  相似文献

颤振,尤其是失速颤振是引起叶轮机械安全事故的重要原因之一。由于叶片颤振的复杂性,过去人们一直采用半经验的方法研究叶片的颤振。本文发展了一套更精确的流固耦合计算方法,并用这种算法研究了三维透平叶片的扭转颤振。在模拟大负攻角下的颤振时发现,传播失速响应频率向固有频率靠近是振动发散的一个重要判据。通过计算得出了压比和攻角对颤振影响的特性曲线,它不但可用于判断流体激振的稳定性,而且可以研究颤振的强度。  相似文献
