本文研究了meso-四-(对甲氧苯基)卟啉与Zn~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、Pb~(2+)的共显色条件和导数光谱行为,并提出用四阶导数光谱同时测定该三组份含量的计算分析方法。在Tween-80存在下,在0.06mol/L的NaOH介质中,于沸水浴上加热30min,Zn、Cd、Pb混合体系能较好地显色。其表观摩尔吸光系数在10~5数量级以上,四阶导数光谱摩尔响应系数仍在10~6数量级以上。通过计算机精选工作波长后,用四阶导数CPA法同时测定合成样品中的锌、镉、铅〔Zn:Cd:Pb=0.05:2:4~1.5:0.05:4~0.2:3:0.2~7.5:0.4:0.5(μg/25ml)〕回收率在90~110(%)之间。 相似文献

本文研究了meso-四-(4-甲氧苯基)卟啉与Cd(Ⅱ)在表面活性剂〔(OP+Tween-80)或(Tween-80)〕存在下的显色反应,并对它们的双波长及导数光谱行为进行了探讨。结果表明,在碱性介质中该试剂与Cd(Ⅱ)均形成1:1配合物,λmax为438.5nm,ε'_(438 .5)(OP+Tween-80)=4.85×10~5,ε' _(438.5)(Tween-80)=4.05×10~5,ε_(438.5/422)~双波长(OP+Tween-80)=8.75×10~5,ε_(438.5)~四阶导数(Tween-80)=8.57×10~6。混合增溶体系灵敏度高,选择性好,而Tween-80体系简单。两者的合成样品测定回收率在94.50~109.00%之间。 相似文献

Based on combination of chiral recognition ability of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) derivatives and flexibility of monolithic material, a series of chiral stationary phases (CSPs) were prepared by the immobilization of β-CD and three of its derivatives to the epoxy-activated poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) monolith under mild condition. Immobilization condition for the connection reaction by different functional groups and bonding ways was studied to obtain good enantiomer selectivity. 运用荧光光谱法研究了共存物亚硝酸钠、葡萄糖或维生素C对白杨素(CHR)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用的影响.结果表明:无共存物时,白杨素对BSA的荧光猝灭过程为静态猝灭,结合常数K值为10~3~10~4数量级,结合位点数n近似等于1,分子间相互作用力以疏水作用力为主;亚硝酸钠、葡萄糖、维生素C分别参与下,白杨素对BSA的荧光猝灭类型由静态猝灭转变为动态猝灭,葡萄糖的参与使白杨素与BSA之间作用力类型由疏水作用力转为氢键与范德华力,亚硝酸钠或维生素C的分别存在不影响白杨素与BSA的作用力类型;三种外加试剂的单独参与均使得白杨素与BSA的结合常数明显增大,结合位点数略有增加,但仍维持在1左右.初步探讨了共存物影响白杨素与BSA结合的可能方式. 相似文献

Present study is devoted on the efficient application of Sn (O, S)-NPs -AC for simultaneous sonicated accelerated adsorption of some dyes from single and multi-components systems. Sn (O, S) nanoparticles characterization by FESEM, EDX, EDX mapping and XRD revel its nano size structure with high purity of good crystallinity. Present adsorbent due to its nano spherical shape particles with approximate diameter of 40–60 nm seems to be highly effective in this regard. The effects of five variables viz. pH (3.5–9.5), 0.010–0.028 g of adsorbent and 0.5–6.5 min mixing by sonication is good and practical conditions for well and expected adsorption of MB and CV over concentration range of 3–15 mg L−1. Combination of response surface methodology (RSM) based on central composite design (CCD) and subsequent of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test statistics were used to test the significance of the independent variables and their interactions. Regression analysis reveal that experimental data with high repeatability and efficiency well represented by second-order polynomial model with coefficient of determination value of 0.9988 and 0.9976 for MB and CV, respectively following conditions like pH 8.0, 0.016 g adsorbent, 15 mg L−1 of both dyes 4 min sonication time is proportional with achievement of experimental removal percentage of 99.80% of MB and 99.87% of CV in batch experiment. Evaluation and estimation of adsorption data with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm well justify the results based on their correlation coefficient and error analysis confirm that Langmuir model is good model with adsorption capacity of 109.17 and 115.34 mg g−1 in single system and 95.69 and 102.99 mg g−1 in binary system for MB and CV, respectively. MB and CV kinetic and rate of adsorption well fitted by pseudo-second order equation both in single and binary systems and experimental results denote more and favorable adsorption of CV than respective value in single system. 本文叙述了比值导数波谱法的原理,该法以混合物的波谱除以干扰组分的标准波谱面得到比值波谱,以比值波谱对波长求导得到比值导数波谱,由此得到的波谱可完全消除干扰组分的吸光度贡献。采用此法能方便地对二组分混合体系进行分析,如选择合适的零交点,则可对二组分混合体系进行分析。利用此法对胭脂红、日落黄及柠檬黄三种色素的二组分及三组分混合体系进行了分析,均获较好的结果。 相似文献

This study is part of a more extensive research project that addresses the understanding of the derivative concept in university students with prior instruction in differential calculus. In particular, we focus on the analysis of students’ responses to a sequence of tasks that require a high level of understanding of the concept, and complement this information with clinical interviews. APOS (Action-Process-Object-Schema) theory and the configuration of the derivative concept that is characterized by: mathematical elements, logical relations and the representation modes that students use to solve a task were used in the analysis of students’ responses. The results obtained suggest that thematizing the derivative schema is difficult to achieve. In addition, nuances were observed in responses given by those students who succeeded, indicating differences in the construction of relations between the successive derivatives of a function. 相似文献

We study the periodic traveling wave solutions of the derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation (DNLS). It is known that DNLS has two types of solitons on the whole line; one has exponential decay and the other has algebraic decay. The latter corresponds to the soliton for the massless case. In the new global results recently obtained by Fukaya, Hayashi and Inui [15], the properties of two-parameter of the solitons are essentially used in the proof, and especially the soliton for the massless case plays an important role. To investigate further properties of the solitons, we construct exact periodic traveling wave solutions which yield the solitons on the whole line including the massless case in the long-period limit. Moreover, we study the regularity of the convergence of these exact solutions in the long-period limit. Throughout the paper, the theory of elliptic functions and elliptic integrals is used in the calculation. 相似文献
