Chloroaluminate ionic liquid bound on magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@O2Si[PrMIM]Cl·AlCl3) was prepared and used as a heterogenous Lewis acidic catalyst for the Friedel–Crafts sulfonylation of aromatic compounds with sulfonyl chlorides or p-toluenesulfonic anhydride. The catalyst’s stability, efficiency, easy recovery, and high recyclability without considerable loss of catalytic capability after four recycles were evidence of its advantages. Furthermore, the stoichiometry, wide substrate scope, short reaction time, high yield of sulfones, and solvent-free reaction condition also made this procedure practical, ecofriendly, and economical. 相似文献

Lactams are essential compounds in medicinal chemistry and key intermediates in the synthesis of natural products. The Castagnoli–Cushman reaction (CCR) of homophthalic anhydride with imines is an exciting method for accessing cyclic densely substituted lactam products. Most CCRs need to be catalyzed or heated. Herein, we report a new, efficient, metal and catalyst-free CCR for the synthesis of poly-substituted 3,4-lactams utilizing the unique properties of trifluoroethanol (TFE). A series of polyethylene glycol grafted vinylpyrrolidone–maleic anhydride copolymers [P(VMP)] was synthesized by radical copolymerization of vinylpyrrolidone, maleic anhydride and polyethylene glycol maleic acid monoester. Escherichia coli l -asparaginase was chemically modified with these copolymers. The modified l -asparaginase exhibited the complete loss of antigenicity towards anti-asparaginase serum from rabbit. The highest enzyme activity of the modified l -asparaginase without antigenicity was retained by 59% of the nonmodified one. The modified enzyme was also more resistant to trypsin in vitro. When tested in vivo, the native l -asparaginase was quickly cleared from the plasma of rabbits (half-life time: t1/2=1.2 hr), whereas the modified enzyme showed prolonged clearance from plasma (t1/2=53 hr). © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Several isoimides substituted with hydroxylated substituents were prepared, and allowed to react with acryloyl chloride to form the corresponding acrylate esters. The acrylates were polymerized free radically using AIBN as the initiator yielding medium molecular weight polyacrylates. Upon warming the prepared polyacrylates or treatment with base most of the isoimide pending groups rearranged to the stable form of the corresponding imides. Analysis of the polyesterification in bulk without any external catalyst at 200°C of o-phthalic anhydride with neopentyl glycol (2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol) with a mole ratio ([(SINGLE BOND) COOH]/[ (SINGLE BOND) OH]) = 0.7 has been carried out by high resolution 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR). Polyesters can be analyzed by 13C-NMR spectra because of the fact that both o-phthalic acid (o-phthalic anhydride) and neopentyl glycol carbons are sensitive to sequence effects. Spin-lattice relaxation times T1, of quaternary, tertiary and secondary carbons in different structures are in the 0.1–6.5 s range depending on the neighboring residue effects in the polymer chain. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

将对羟乙氧基苯甲酸分别与已二酰氯、癸二酰氯和对苯二甲酰氯反应,制备了含酯键的二羧酸.经熔融缩聚,合成了主链含酯键的新型聚酯酸酐.通过1H NMR、IR及元素分析对单体及聚酯酸酐的结构进行了表征.研究了聚酯酸酐的体外降解和药物释放性能,其降解速率和释药速率次序为:聚4,4'-(已二酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸>聚4,4'-(癸二酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸>聚4,4'-(对苯二甲酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸. 相似文献
