Zusammenfassung Zur Optimierung von Analysenverfahren erweist sich günstig, einfache Multifaktorpläne mit der Kammlinienanalyse nach Hoerl zu kombinieren. Es lassen sich Zielgrößen für die qualitative und die quantitative Analyse mit geringem experimentellen Aufwand optimieren. Der beschriebene allgemeine Gang wird an 2 Beispielen demonstriert (Spektralanalyse mit stabilisiertem Lichtbogen und Gel-Chromatographie).

Statistical optimisation of analytical-chemical conditions

For optimising analytical conditions simple multifactor experiments and statistical optimisation techniques have been combined. This method may be applied to problems of qualitative or quantitative analysis. That is described and pointed out in 2 examples, i.e. spectrochemical analysis with stabilised arc and gel chromatography.
