傅里叶变换轮廓术中新的相位及高度算法分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在传统傅里叶变换轮廓术三维面型测量中,为了准确得到被测物体的高度分布,必需保证投影仪出射光瞳和摄像机入射光瞳的连线与参考面平行并且在同一水平面,否则存在较大的误差。着眼于更普通的情况,讨论双瞳连线与参考面成某一夹角时的高度计算,推导出了非平行时的参考面光场及物面变形条纹光场的表达式,并给出了高度映射公式。因而,传统的傅里叶变换轮廓术测量成为角度α=0时的特例。该方法使傅里叶变换轮廓术的测量条件得到了放宽;易于通过移动投影装置或成像装置获取全场条纹;并为在难以实现双瞳与参考面平行的特殊环境下的测量提供了可行的方法。计算机模拟及实验均证实了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

Results on time-resolved study of GaN photoluminescence (PL) in a power density range from 0.5 mW/cm2 under CW excitation by ultraviolet light emitting diode (UV LED) to 1 GW/cm2 under pulsed excitation by YAG:Nd laser in the temperature range from 8 to 300 K are presented. Measurements of PL response in the frequency domain by using amplitude-modulated emission of a UV LED as well as time-resolved PL measurements using a streak camera and light-induced transient grating technique have been used in the study. Yellow luminescence (YL) intensity increases with increasing temperature up to 120 K and faster components in YL decay switch to slower components with increasing temperature under UV LED excitation. At low carrier densities, the trapping decreases the carrier lifetime below 250 ps, while the carrier lifetime in the same GaN sample under excitation ensuring saturation of the traps equals 2 ns. 相似文献

采用了高反射率金属Al和电化学性能稳定的金属Mo,在硅基底上制备了多层结构的 Al/Mo/MoO3阳极,并研究了不同MoO3厚度下多层阳极的反射率。在此基础上,通过发光层共掺杂制备了顶部发光OLED器件,并对器件发光机制进行了系统研究和分析。实验结果表明:采用发光层共掺杂制备的顶部发光OLED器件的色坐标,随电流密度或电压的增加而发生漂移;OLED器件色坐标漂移的原因是三基色发光强度随电流密度的增加,逐渐偏离了形成白光(0.33, 0.33)所需三基色强度比例值,导致了OLED器件的色坐标发生了漂移,其机制是发光层中主-客之间能量转移和陷阱共同作用的结果。进一步研究发现,在不同电压下,红光发光强度随驱动电压(或电流密度)增大而线性地减小。 相似文献

Filter bank multicarrier (FBMC) systems are active candidates for the physical layer of the fifth generation of wireless communication networks (5G). The combination of FBMC system with the coordinated multipoint (CoMP) has been proposed to improve the performance of mobile terminals (MT) located at the cell edge. Accurate estimation of carrier frequency offset (CFO) and channel has great importance in communication systems. In this paper, a data-aided joint maximum likelihood (ML) CFO and channel estimation is proposed for the downlink of CoMP. Notably choosing the proper training sequences from Hadamard matrix for different base stations (BSs) reduces the complexity of estimator. Additionally joint CFO correction and channel equalization has been studied at the MT. Finally, we evaluate the efficacy of the presented algorithms using simulation. 相似文献

Some aspects concerning the subfringe integration method in interferogram analysis have been investigated and modified. The modified algorithm, introduced in this paper, is capable of reconstructing the phase in the presence of noise or errors in carrier frequency. The subfringe integration method was applied to analyze two computer simulated patterns of equispaced Fizeau fringes using N bucket integration. Also, it is used to analyze the multiple-beam Fizeau fringe. The refractive index profile of polyethylene fiber is obtained by using two methods, subfringe integration method, and Fourier transform method. We have fabricated a solution-processed ZnO thin-film transistor without vacuum deposition. ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by the polyol method from zinc acetate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and diethyleneglycol. The solution-processable semiconductor ink was prepared by dispersing the synthesized ZnO in a solvent. Inverted stagger type thin-film transistors were fabricated by spin casting the ZnO ink on the heavily doped Si wafer with 200 nm thick SiO2, followed by evaporation of Cr/Au source and drain electrodes. After the drying and heat treatment at 600 C, a relatively dense ZnO film was obtained. The film characteristics were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). In order to obtain the electrical properties of the solution-derived transistor, the on–off ratio, threshold voltage, and mobility were measured. 相似文献

The magnetic properties of Mn-doped ZnO semiconductor have been investigated using the Monte Carlo method within the Ising model. The temperature dependences of the spontaneous magnetization, specific heat and magnetic susceptibility have been constructed for different concentrations of magnetic dopant Mn and different carrier concentrations. The exact values of Mn concentration and carrier concentration at which high temperature transition occurs are determined. An alternative for the explanation of some controversies concerning the existence and the nature of magnetism in Mn diluted in ZnO systems is given. Other features are also studied. 相似文献

We present an application of an improved speckle photography technique for spatially extended phase objects. A contour mapping of a thin lens displaying its phase variation is presented. A theoretical analysis is investigated followed by the experimental presentation. Reasonable interference fringes are obtained and compared with the fringes obtained for hot air.
