The effectiveness of applying a pulsed corona discharge to the destruction of olfactory pollution in air was investigated.
This paper presents a comparative study of the decomposition of three representative sulfide compounds in diluted concentrations:
hydrogen sulfide (H2S), dimethyl sulfide (DMS), and ethanethiol (C2H5SH), which could be completely removed when a sufficient but reasonable energy density was deposited in the gas. DMS showed
the lowest energy cost (around 30 eV/molecules); C2H5SH and H2S had an EC of respectively 45 eV and 115 eV. The efficiency of the non-thermal plasma process increased with decreasing the
initial concentration of sulfide compounds, while the energy yield remained almost unchanged. SO2 was the only identified byproduct of H2S decomposition, but the sulfur balance suggests the formation of undetected SO3. The byproducts analyzed during the degradation of DMS and C2H5SH enabled to propose a reaction mechanism, starting with radical attack and breaking of C–S bonds. 相似文献

Using diode-laser spectroscopy, the intensities of 58 lines of the v(1) + v(1/2) - v(1/2) band and 36 lines of the 2v(1) - v(1) band of OCS have been measured. Phenyltrimethylsilane possesses a higher HOMO energy (–9.34 eV) than nonsubstituted benzene (>0.41 eV). The π electron of the phenyltrimethylsilane localizes on the benzene ring at the ipso position rather than at the para position. Two center energies calculated by the MNDO-PM3 method indicate that the C? Si bond is facilitated to cleave in comparison with the C? H (para position) one of the benzene ring. Phenyltrimethylsilane and phenyl bis(trimethylsilane) were polymerized with sulfur chloride through the cationic oxidative polymerization. The product is isolated as oligo(p-phenylene sulfide), with a melting point of 150–190°C. An electrophile attacks the carbon atom linked to the Si atom in phenyltrimethylsilane. The reaction of Cp2Zr(L)(η2-Me3SiC2) (L = THF, py) with equimolar amounts of H2C = CMe-CHO at room temperature depends strongly on the ligands L and the solvents that are used. With L = THF, in the THF solution the insertion product 1 was isolated, whereas by conducting the reaction in n-hexane solution an alkyne substitution with 1,4-coordination of the methacrolein takes place and the binuclear complex [ 2 was obtained. In conttrast, with L = py (a stronger ligand) only a 1:1 ratio of 1 and 2 was observed in both THF and in n-hexane. At 50°C complex 1 was converted into 2 and the alkyne was eliminated quantitatively.
Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopical measurements and 1 by an additional X-ray structure determination. 相似文献

Recently, a novel enzymatic method was developed for determination of homocysteine. This method utilizes the electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensor along with methionine α,γ‐lyase to accomplish the fast, accurate, sensitive and selective measurements. As a continuation of this work, another enzyme, homocysteine α,γ‐lyase, was used and the parallel experiments of using both enzymes were carried out against the effect of pH, sensitivity, linearity, and interferences, in an intended comparison between these two enzymes. The excellent linearity of amperometric currents against homocysteine concentrations, high sensitivities and low detection limits for both enzymes reconfirmed that the electrochemical method is superior over other analytical means. The high enzymatic activity of methionine α,γ‐lyase surpassing homocysteine α,γ‐lyase endowed the former higher sensitivity, lower detection limit and faster response than the latter, suggesting methionine α,γ‐lyase a better candidate for homocysteine measurement by electrochemical method. The differences between these two enzymes on the trends of response time and sensitivity at different pH environments, reactivity toward several forms of homocysteine as well as on the interference from several agents were also addressed and discussed. 相似文献

报导用激光直接溅射的方法产生了大量的钽硫原子团簇离子Ta_nS_m~+(n≤9, m≤30),并用串级飞行时间质谱仪研究了所产生团簇离子的组成及紫外激光裂解规律。实验发现, 最稳定的团簇正离子往往具有Ta_nS_(2n+7)~+(n=1,2,…9)的组成, 相应的负离子具有, Ta_nS_(2n+3)~-(n=1,2,…9)的组成。各种团簇正离子的激光裂解的主要通道是连续的S_2消除过程, 且对于n=3,4,5的团簇, 主要光解产物还有Ta_3S_4~+或Ta_4S_6~+离子。据此推测出Ta_nS_m~+团簇离子的可能结构为在Ta原子周围有6个左右的S原子配位。Ta原子之间不存在直接的化学键,而较大团簇可能是以Ta_3S_4或Ta_4S_6为核心的结构。 相似文献
