The review covers main applications of conducting polymers in chemical sensors and biosensors. The first part is focused on intrinsic and induced receptor properties of conducting polymers, such as pH sensitivity, sensitivity to inorganic ions and organic molecules as well as sensitivity to gases. Induced receptor properties can be also formed by molecularly imprinted polymerization or by immobilization of biological receptors. Immobilization strategies are reviewed in the second part. The third part is focused on applications of conducting polymers as transducers and includes usual optical (fluorescence, SPR, etc.) and electrical (conductometric, amperometric, potentiometric, etc.) transducing techniques as well as organic chemosensitive semiconductor devices. An assembly of stable sensing structures requires strong binding of conducting polymers to solid supports. These aspects are discussed in the next part. Finally, an application of combinatorial synthesis and high-throughput analysis to the development and optimization of sensing materials is described.  相似文献

An amperometric biosensor based on Pt electrodes modified with a thin film of a Ni, Al layered double hydroxide (LDH), submitted to a preliminary oxidative treatment in order to have the nickel centers at the oxidation state +4, and glucose oxidase (GOx) is presented. The oxidized LDH acts both as a system to support the enzyme and as a barrier to anions since it acquires an overall negative charge, as demonstrated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Even if the biosensor response is due to the detection of H2O2 at anodic potentials, glucose can be accurately determined in the presence of ascorbic acid or other interferences, commonly present in real matrices in anionic form, since they can not reach the electrode surface. The effectiveness of the developed biosensor has been demonstrated by measuring glucose in samples of fruit juices containing ascorbic acid at high levels.  相似文献

用氩载氨气泡膜限域共沉淀反应合成了层状复合氢氧化物(LDH)及其硬脂酸改性样品,与热塑性硫化胶Santoprene熔炼制成LDH/Santoprene复合材料,在EDS、XRD、IR和N2吸解表征的基础上,对LDH-Santoprene复合物的机械性能及燃烧性能进行了测试评价.结果表明所用合成方法能够实现小尺寸LDH微晶的快速合成与表面改性,微晶粒度及表面性能明显改观;改性样品对Santoprene有更好的复合效果和明显的阻燃作用.  相似文献

Differently synthesised layered double hydroxides (LDH) were characterised by using XRD, N2 adsorption, DTA/TG and 27Al NMR. The results of these investigations are discussed with respect to the crystallinity and purity of the material in dependence on the preparation method (without aging, aging at 20 °C, aging under hydrothermal conditions using microwave heating). It is shown that microwave heating is a suitable method to prepare well crystallised LDH without impurities in the form of e.g. Mg(OH)2 and Al(OH)3 and with a sufficient specific surface area within acceptable times.  相似文献
