Graphite-like carbon nitride (g-C3N4) based heterostrutures has attracted intensive attention due to their prominent photocatalytic performance. Here, we explore the g-C3N4/SnS2 coupling effect on the electronic structures and optical absorption of the proposed g-C3N4/SnS2 heterostructure through performing extensive hybrid functional calculations. The obtained geometric structure, band structures, band edge positions and optical absorptions clearly reveal that the g-C3N4 monolayer weakly couples to SnS2 sheet, and forms a typical van der Waals heterojunction. The g-C3N4/SnS2 heterostructure can effectively harvest visible light, and its valence band maximum and conduction band minimum locate in energetically favorable positions for both water oxidation and reduction reactions. Remarkably, the charge transfer from the g-C3N4 monolayer to SnS2 sheet leads to the built-in interface polarized electric field, which is desirable for the photogenerated carrier separation. The built-in interface polarized electric field as well as the nice band edge alignment implys that the g-C3N4/SnS2 heterostructure is a promising g-C3N4 based water splitting photocatalyst with good performance. 相似文献

A new strategy involving the computer‐assisted design of substituted imidazolate‐based ionic liquids (ILs) through tuning the absorption enthalpy as well as the basicity of the ILs to improve SO2 capture, CO2 capture, and SO2/CO2 selectivity was explored. The best substituted imidazolate‐based ILs as absorbents for different applications were first predicted. During absorption, high SO2 capacities up to ≈5.3 and 2.4 mol molIL−1 could be achieved by ILs with the methylimidazolate anions under 1.0 and 0.1 bar (1 bar=0.1 MPa), respectively, through tuning multiple N ⋅⋅⋅ S interactions between SO2 and the N atoms in the imidazolate anion with different substituents. In addition, CO2 capture by the imidazolate‐based ILs could also be easily tuned through changing the substituents of the ILs, and 4‐bromoimidazolate IL showed a high CO2 capacity but a low absorption enthalpy. Furthermore, a high selectivity for SO2/CO2 could be reached by IL with 4,5‐dicyanoimidazolate anion owing to its high SO2 capacity but low CO2 capacity. The results put forward in this work are in good agreement with the predictions. By using commutator methods, we show uniform resolvent estimates and obtain globally smooth operators for self-adjoint injective homogeneous operators H on graded groups, including Rockland operators, sublaplacians, and many others. Left or right invariance is not required. Typically the globally smooth operator has the form T = V|H|1∕2, where V only depends on the homogeneous structure of the group through Sobolev spaces, the homogeneous dimension and the minimal and maximal dilation weights. For stratified groups improvements are obtained, by using a Hardy-type inequality. Some of the results involve refined estimates in terms of real interpolation spaces and are valid in an abstract setting. The existing literature contains many examples of mean-field particle systems converging to the distribution of a Markov process conditioned to not hit a given set. In many situations, these mean-field particle systems are failable, meaning that they are not well defined after a given random time. Our first aim is to introduce an original mean-field particle system, which is always well defined and whose large number particle limit is, in all generality, the distribution of a process conditioned to not hit a given set. Under natural conditions on the underlying process, we also prove that the convergence holds uniformly in time as the number of particles goes to infinity. As an illustration, we show that our assumptions are satisfied in the case of a piece-wise deterministic Markov process. 相似文献

Blow‐up phenomena for a nonlinear divergence form parabolic equation with weighted inner absorption term are investigated under nonlinear boundary flux in a bounded star‐shaped region. We assume some conditions on weight function and nonlinearities to guarantee that the solution exists globally or blows up at finite time. Moreover, by virtue of the modified differential inequality, upper and lower bounds for the blow‐up time of the solution are derived in higher dimensional spaces. 老油田进入特高含水期后,剩余油分布更加零散,各种地质因素也因长期注水开发而发生了一定的改变.此时稳油控水难度进一步加大,为了进一步挖掘剩余油,控制含水上升速度、减缓产量递减,必须对注水井采取进一步的细分调整.基于水湿油藏注水井注水层段吸水效果,从注入水受力分析入手,运用达西定律推导出了水驱油藏水驱油全过程中的单位体积注入水沿竖直、地层两个方向运移的渗流速度公式,明晰了水驱油藏注水层段不同开发阶段砂岩吸水机理.研究结果表明,水驱油藏细分注水效果与岩石绝对渗透率、水相相对渗透率、注入水黏度、水动力压力梯度、注水井启动压力梯度、含水饱和度、地层倾角、油水密度差等参数有关.结合胜利油田断块油藏地质特征及细分注水工艺要求,制定了一套适合胜利油田不同断块区的细分注水技术政策界限:层段内渗透率变异系数小于0.3,砂岩条带宽度极比小于2.5,且东辛油区断块油藏层段内砂岩厚度小于6m,小层数小于4个;现河油区断块油藏层段内砂岩厚度小于5m,小层数小于5个;临盘油区断块油藏层段内砂岩厚度小于6m,小层数小于6个.矿场试验证实,该细分注水技术政策界限是合理、实用的,其为胜利断块油藏注上水、注够水、注好水,实现多层断块油藏的高效开发提供了技术保障,对类似油藏细分注水技术界限研究具有一定的借鉴意义. 相似文献

Numerical modeling of the single-phase Stefan problem in a semitransparent layer with transparent, nonabsorbing, and partially
radiation-absorbing boundaries is performed. It is shown that at low temperatures of the medium, convection is a determining
factor on the boundary of the irradiated sample, and at high temperatures, radiation is predominant. The absence of absorption
on the boundaries of the layer leads to acceleration of the heating of the plate and considerable deceleration of melting
processes.

报道了激光诱导热光栅光谱测温技术的研究. 通过两束相干交叉的脉冲抽运光, 在NO2/N2混合气中诱导出热光栅, 一束满足布拉格散射条件的连续探测光在交叉区域激励出相干的热光栅信号, 经过空间和光谱滤波的信号光由光电倍增管探测, 并由数字示波器显示和存储. 该信号携带了丰富的流场信息, 通过频域分析, 对气体的温度进行了测量, 热光栅光谱技术测量的温度与热电偶温度符合得很好. 同时还利用热光栅光谱技术进行了气体声速的直接测量, 在一定的温度范围内, 测量结果与理论曲线基本一致, 显示了该技术具有较高的测量精度与多参数同时测量的能力. 对影响信号波形的因素进行了分析, 结果表明, 热光栅光谱测温技术在高压强环境下应用具有独特的优势, 是一种应用前景广阔的激光燃烧诊断技术. 相似文献
