Summary The displacement of bicarbonate anion in the (NH3)3ZnII(HCO

) complex with water has been studied throughab initio calculations. It has been found that H2O binds to the (NH3)3ZnII(HCO
3
–
) species yielding a stable pentacoordinate (NH3)3ZnII(HCO
3
–
)(H2O) complex. The results also indicate that deprotonation of water in the pentacoordinate species facilitates the release of HCO
3
–
, although, the presence of HCO
3
–
in the coordination sphere of ZnII makes such deprotonation more difficult. Environmental effects have been considered in the study of HCO
3
–

This work examines the main features of modern electronic noses (e-noses) and their most important applications in food control in this new century. The three components of an electronic nose (sample handling system, detection system, and data processing system) are described. Special attention is devoted to the promising mass spectrometry based e-noses, due to their advantages over the more classical gas sensors. Applications described include process monitoring, shelf-life investigation, freshness evaluation, authenticity assessment, as well as other general aspects of the utilization of electronic noses in food control. Finally, some interesting remarks concerning the strengths and weaknesses of electronic noses in food control are also mentioned. 相似文献

基于中药多糖结构的复杂性和特征性,针对多糖部分降解后的寡糖片段,建立了一种采用毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)分离分析中药寡糖,并利用其特征性电泳谱图信息,结合聚类分析(CA)进行中药鉴定的方法。该方法以1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)为寡糖柱前衍生化试剂,对3个科属的6种中药如黄精、玉竹等同时进行鉴定。采用的电泳条件:未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(49 cm(有效长度40 cm)×50 μm),以50 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 2.5)为运行缓冲液,检测波长为245 nm,运行电压为15 kV,虹吸进样10 cm×4 s,柱温为室温。结果表明聚类分析辅助中药寡糖电泳分析法可有效用于3个科属6种中药的鉴定。本方法结果可靠,重现性好,可以作为中药鉴定的一种有效手段。 相似文献

Through electrodepositing Prussian blue (PB) and chitosan (CS), then casting Pt hollow nanospheres (HN‐Pt) and assembling CA19‐9 antibody on the electrode surface, an immunosensor was achieved. A new signal amplification strategy based on PB and HN‐Pt toward the electrocatalytic reduction of H2O2 was employed when performing the determination. The resulting immunosensor showed a high sensitivity, broad linear response to carbohydrate antigen 19‐9 (CA19‐9) in two ranges from 0.5 to 30 and 30 to 240 U mL?1 with a low detection limit of 0.13 U mL?1 (S/N=3). Moreover, it displayed good reproducibility and stability, and would be potentially attractive for clinical immunoassay of CA19‐9. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶技术将乳腺癌抗体固定于电极表面,研制成用于检测乳腺癌抗原的非标记型溶胶-凝胶-抗体膜免疫传感器;用循环伏安法对电极的修饰过程进行表征,同时对乳腺癌抗原定量检测的可行性进行了探讨;随着抗体与抗原特异性反应的进行,形成的抗体-抗原免疫复合物使膜电位发生变化(△V),该变化的大小与溶胶-凝胶-抗体膜表面免疫反应进行的程度相关;本文以此为依据对CA15-3进行检测,在5~240U/mL范围内.△V/与lgCCA15-3呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=O.998;该传感器响应迅速,灵敏度高,稳定性好,于4℃干态保存30d,其响应信号基本不变。 相似文献

本文将PEG/PAA凝胶浸入铁/柠檬酸(Fe3+/CA)溶液中,在自然光照一定的时间可实现凝胶-溶胶的相互转化,而且转化行为受溶液的组成及其pH值的影响。只有当溶液中[Fe3 ]0: [CA]0≤1:2,且溶液的pH在1-6之间,该转化才会发生,通过改变溶液中[Fe3 ]0: [CA]0的值或溶液的pH可以有效地控制其转化速率。此外,实验结果表明,当凝胶转化为溶胶后,在其中加入高价金属阳离子,例如Fe3 、 Al3 、Ce4 、Cu2 等,溶胶又会再次转化为凝胶。由于这种新颖的特性,该凝胶有望应用于药物释放、细胞培养等领域。 相似文献

Coaxial-electrospinning (ES) was used as a new method to fabricate one-dimensional (1D) confinements for studying confined crystallization of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG). A series of core–sheath ultrafine fibers with PEG as the core and cellulose acetate as the sheath were obtained by coaxial ES. It was found that the uniform core–sheath ultrafine fibers could be fabricated and a (1D) confinement environment, a nanotube with a diameter from 68 to 860 nm, could be obtained by coaxial-ES. When the confinement dimension decreased to be smaller than 120 nm in diameter, the melt temperature (Tm), the crystallization temperature (Tc), the crystallinity (Xm), and the crystal sizes of the PEG were much smaller than those of bulk PEG and when the nanotube was larger than 200 nm in diameter, the Tm, Tc, Xm, and the crystallite sizes of the PEG were close to those of bulk PEG, which suggested that the crystallization of the PEG was influenced by the confinement dimension. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Thermo- and photo-responsive emulsions were prepared using mineral oil as an oil phase and a thermo- and-photo-sensitive polymer as an emulsifier. Hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) was copolymerized with Coumaryl acrylate (CA) and 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) by a free radical reaction with the content of CA in the reaction mixture being varied (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 mol%) and the content of EHA being kept constant (2 mol%). CA was used as a photo-responsive comonomer and EHA was used as a hydrophobic comonomer to endow the copolymer with amphiphilicity. The copolymers prepared using the HEA/CA/EHA mixture where CA content was 1, 2, 3 mol% exhibited a phase transition in the range of 20°C– 45°C, and the phase transition temperature decreased with increasing the content. The CA of the copolymers was readily dimerized under the irradiation of UV (365 nm. 400 W) and the dimerization degree was 27%–47% in 60 min. The droplet size of emulsions significantly increased with increasing the temperature from 27°C- 50°C, possibly due to the thermal contraction of the copolymers. Also, the size markedly increased by 60 min-irradiation of the UV light, possibly because of the photo collapse of the copolymers. 相似文献
