In situ green synthesis of Cu‐Ni bimetallic nanoparticles supported on reduced graphene oxide as an effective and recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of N‐benzyl‐N‐aryl‐5‐amino‐1H‐tetrazoles

In the present work, for the first time we have designed a novel approach for the synthesis of N‐benzyl‐N‐aryl‐5‐amino‐1H‐tetrazoles using reduced graphene oxide (rGO) decorated with Cu‐Ni bimetallic nanoparticles (NPs). In situ synthesis of Cu/Ni/rGO nanocomposite was performed by a cost efficient, surfactant‐free and environmentally benign method using Crataegus azarolus var. aronia L. leaf extract as a stabilizing and reducing agent. Phytochemicals present in the extract can be used to reduce Cu²⁺ and Ni²⁺ ions and GO to Cu NPs, Ni NPs and rGO, respectively. Analyses by means of FT‐IR, UV–Vis, EDS, TEM, FESEM, XRD and elemental mapping confirmed the Cu/Ni/rGO formation and also FT‐IR, NMR, and mass spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis were used to characterize the tetrazoles. The Cu/Ni/rGO nanocomposite showed the superior catalytic activity for the synthesis of N‐benzyl‐N‐aryl‐5‐amino‐1H‐tetrazoles within a short reaction time and high yields. Furthermore, this protocol eliminates the need to handle HN₃.     

电浮选方法在净化镍离子中的应用研究

采用电浮选方法,对水溶液中的Ni^2 的净化效果进行了研究。通过考察溶液的pH、离子强度、Ni^2 的初始浓度以及电极电流密度等因素,讨论了电浮选方法影响重金属Ni^2 净化的情况;并与传统的自然沉降法对照,认为电解过程所产生的微小气泡除参与浮选之外,还参与了金属胶体颗粒形成的絮凝过程,使电浮选工艺过程不仅能浮选不溶性胶体颗粒,而且还可以进一步去除溶液中可溶性重金属Ni^2 ,从而使净化效果更佳。实验结果也表明,电浮选对于净化处理含低浓度重金属Ni^2 溶液效果优于重量沉淀法。并对其它含重金属离子污水净化提供了参考。     

Ni-Mo氧化物超细粒子催化剂的制备与表征

以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备NiMoO4超细粒子催化剂.使用DTA、BET比表面测定、XRD和LRS等表征手段考察了热处理条件和焙烧温度对粒子结构的影响.结果表明,在氩气气氛中于210℃分解干凝胶中的柠檬酸,可以避免柠檬酸分解时燃烧大量放热而引起超细微粒的烧结,脱除柠檬酸后的超细粉末为NiMoO4.经400℃以上的高温处理后,微粒明显晶化.

石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中镍的研究

建立了测定食品中镍的石墨炉原子吸收法，方法的最低检出限为１．６０μｇ／Ｌ，标准参考物牡蛎镍的测定值怀保证值偏差小于５％，回收率在８６．０％￣１０３．０％之间，并对我国八大类食品中镍含量本底值作了调查。     

Synthesis, characterization, antitumor activity of nickel(Ⅱ) and cobalt (Ⅱ) complexes of 2,2''''-diamino-4,4''''-bithiazole and their interaction with dGMP

New complexes,of bis(2,2'-diamino-4,4'-bithiazole)sulfate nickel(Ⅱ) and bis(2,2'-diami-no-4,4'-bithiazole)sulfate cobalt(Ⅱ),have been prepared.The complexes were characterized by infrared and UV-Vis spectroscopy,1H NMR,elemental analyses and molar conductivity.The effect of these complexes on the DNA synthesis of sarcoma 180 cells has been studied by the technique of isotopic liquid scintillation.The results indicated that complexes show ability to inhibit DNA synthesis of the tumor cells.In order to provide a molecular basis for understanding the biological effects,the probe,[trana-en2Os(η2-H2)](CF3SO3)2 (en,ethylenediamine) as a monitor was first used to explore interaction of the complexes with 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-monophosphate (dGMP).

New Ni(II)Cu(II)Ni(II) trinuclear complexes with an 5=3/2 high-spin ground

Four new heterotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized and characterized, namely {[Ni(L)₂]₂[Cu(opba)]}(ClO₄)₂, where opba denotes o-phenylenebis(oxamato) and L stands for 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) (1), 5-nitro-l,10-phenanthroline(NO₂-phen) (2), 2,2′-bipyridyl(bpy) (S) and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridyl(Me₂bpy) (4). The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of {[Ni(phen)₂]₂[Cu(opba)]}(ClO₄)₂3H₂O has been studied in the 4–300 K range, giving the exchange integral J—109 cm^?1. The HMT vs. T plot exhibits a minimum at about 100 K, characteristic of this kind of coupled polymetallic complex with an irregular spin-state structure.
