毛细管电泳测定甲芬那酸制剂及体液中的甲芬那酸 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
建立了制剂和体液中甲芬那酸毛细管电泳高频电导分析法,并用于甲芬那酸胶囊及血清、尿液中甲芬那酸含量的测定。对电泳介质的种类、浓度以及操作电压和进样量等影响因素进行了优化。实验采用3.0 mmol/L环己胺 3.0 mmol/LH3BO3 5.0mmol/Lβ-CD 0.17 mol/L乙醇作为电泳介质,20.0 kV为分离电压,可在7 min内实现对甲芬那酸的分离检测。在优化实验条件下,测定甲芬那酸的线性范围为0.8~550μg/mL,检出限为0.1μg/mL,回收率范围为98.3%~101.0%。 相似文献

The level structure in neutron-deficient nucleus 91Ru was investigated via the 58Ni(36Ar,2 plnγ)Ru reaction at a beam energy of 111 MeV.Charged particles,neutrons,and y-rays were emitted in this reaction and detected by the DIAMANT CsI ball,Neutron Wall,and the EXOGAM Ge clover array,respectively.In addition to the previously reported levels in 91Ru,new low-to-medium spin states were observed.Angular correlation and linear polarization measurements were performed to unambiguously determine spins and parities of the excited states in 91 Ru.The low-spin states of 91 Ru exhibit a scheme of multi-quasiparticle excitations,which is very similar to that of the neighboring N=47 isotone.These excitations have been interpreted in terms of the shell model.The calculations performed in the configuration space(p3/2,f5/2,p1/2,g9/2)reproduce the experimental excitation energies reasonably well,supporting the interpretation of the newly assigned positive-parity states in terms of the three quasiparticle configurationsπ(g9/2)^-2v(g9/2^-1 and v(g9/2)^-3. 相似文献

丘脑底核(STN)深部脑刺激(DBS)已成为帕金森病的重要外科治疗手段,然而其确切的作用机理尚不明确.本研究采用微机电系统(MEMS)技术制备了一种16通道植入式微电极阵列(MEA),在MEA表面修饰了铂黑-还原氧化石墨烯-Nafion膜(Pt/RGO/Nafion)纳米材料,用于同步检测麻醉大鼠脑内纹状体神经元在STN电刺激前后多巴胺(DA)含量和动作电位(Spike)发放变化.STN-DBS结果表明,电刺激20 s后,DA含量开始升高,最高达1.72 μmol/L,较高浓度状态保持约50 s后回落至正常水平.与此同时, 检测到在DA上升阶段中间神经元Spike发放活动增强,在保持高于DA正常浓度水平阶段,中等多棘神经元(MSNs)放电频率增加.本研究制备的微电极阵列传感器能够实现脑内多巴胺和电生理的原位实时检测,有望成为神经信息检测的有力工具. 相似文献

Tissue-specific differentially methylated regions (tDMRs) are regions of the genome with methylation patterns that modulate gene expression in those tissue types. The detection of tDMRs in forensic evidence can permit the identification of body fluids at trace levels. In this report, we have performed a bioinformatic analysis of an existing array dataset to determine if new tDMRs could be identified for use in body fluid identification from forensic evidence. Once these sites were identified, primers were designed and bisulfite modification was performed. The relative methylation level for each body fluid at a given locus was then determined using qPCR with high-resolution melt analysis (HRM). After screening 127 tDMR's in multiple body fluids, we were able to identify four new markers able to discriminate blood (2 markers), vaginal epithelia (1 marker) and buccal cells (1 marker). One marker for each target body fluid was also tested with pyrosequencing showing results consistent with those obtained by HRM. This work successfully demonstrates the ability of in silico analysis to develop a novel set of tDMRs capable of being differentiated by real time PCR/HRM. Childhood malnutrition is highly prevalent and associated with high mortality risk. In observational and interventional studies among malnourished children, body composition is increasingly recognised as a key outcome. The deuterium dilution technique has generated high-quality data on body composition in studies of infants and young children in several settings, but its feasibility and accuracy in children suffering from moderate acute malnutrition requires further study. Prior to a large nutritional intervention trial among children with moderate acute malnutrition, we conducted pilot work to develop and adapt the deuterium dilution technique. We refined procedures for administration of isotope doses and collection of saliva. Furthermore, we established that equilibration time in local context is 3?h. These findings and the resulting standard operating procedures are important to improve data quality when using the deuterium dilution technique in malnutrition studies in field conditions, and may encourage a wider use of isotope techniques. 相似文献

Ever since it was proposed more than three decades ago, the nuclear optical model has been very successful in interpreting
a large body of nucleon-induced nuclear reaction data in terms of a complex nucleon-nucleus potential. Rapid progress both
in the experimental measurements and the theoretical developments in the last two decades has led to a better understanding
of this nucleon-nucleus optical potential. From the parameter-fitting phenomenological stage, the optical model has come a
long way and it is now possible to calculate the nucleon-nucleus optical potential in a reasonable way starting from the fundamental
nucleon-nucleon interaction. Excellent reviews on various aspects of the optical model exist in the literature for proton
energies above 10 MeV. The present article is an attempt to review comprehensively the status of the proton-nucleus optical
potential at low proton energies, below the Coulomb-barrier, for target nuclei with mass numbers lying between 40 and 130.
The sets of phenomenological optical potential derived mostly from (p, n) reaction data are reviewed and their applicabilities discussed. The neutron-nucleus optical model is referred to wherever
it is relevant. Microscopic calculations for one case is carried out and compared with the corresponding phenomenological

In this paper the procedure for the dynamic analysis of body separation is introduced. Based on the general laws of classical
dynamics, the method for obtaining the velocity and the angular velocity of the remainder body during separation is developed.
Due to the discontinual mass variation, the jump-like change of the velocity and the angular velocity of the body is evident.
Various types of motion of the separated body are considered. Depending on the type of motion of the separated body the dynamic
properties of the remainder body are obtained. As a special case the in-plane motion of the body before and after separation
is considered. The theoretical considerations are applied for the separation analysis of a rotor (a shaft-disc system). The
transient motion of the body after separation is investigated. To prove the correctness of the procedure suggested in the
paper, the case when the mass and the moment of inertia of the separated body are infinitesimal is analyzed. The obtained

Messenger RNA (mRNA) profiling is a technique increasingly applied for the forensic identification of body fluids and skin. More recently, an mRNA‐based organ typing assay was developed which allows for the inference of brain, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, heart, kidney, and skin tissue. When applying this organ typing system in forensic casework for the presence of animal, rather than human, tissue is an alternative scenario to be proposed, for instance that bullets carry cell material from a hunting event. Even though mRNA profiling systems are commonly in silico designed to be primate specific, physical testing against other animal species is generally limited. In this study, human specificity of the organ tissue inferring system was assessed against organ tissue RNAs of various animals. Results confirm human specificity of the system, especially when utilizing interpretation rules considering multiple markers per cell type. Besides, we cross‐tested our organ and body fluid mRNA assays against the target types covered by the other assay. Marker expression in the nontarget organ tissues and body fluids was observed to a limited extent, which emphasizes the importance of involving the case‐specific context of the forensic samples in deciding which mRNA profiling assay to use and when for interpreting results. 相似文献
