研究了LED照明器件的蓝光特性。针对我国的LED照明现状,通过测试LED照明器件的光谱成分,根据现行国内外标准GB/T 20145—2006/CIE S009/E:2002和IEC62471:2006,以及CTL-0744_2009-laser决议,分析了LED光生物安全性,给LED照明灯具制造和相关安全性标准、法律制定提供参考。LED中蓝光的辐亮度值低于100 W·m-2·Sr-1时对人眼属于无危害类型,正常使用情况下不会对人眼造成伤害,但是应该注意对特殊人群(小孩)的保护,避免长时间直视光源。灯具富蓝化也会影响人的作息规律,因此色温4 000 K以下,显色指数80的LED灯具适合在室内使用,同时还要根据不同的使用距离选择不同的参数的灯具。 相似文献

This work reports on a method for the accurate determination of kinetic swelling behavior and properties of superabsorbent polymers by a tracer-assisted on-line spectroscopic measurement. Based on monitoring the spectral absorption of a tracer compound (blue dextran 2000) at 610 nm in a superabsorbent polymer containing solution, the swelling (water absorption) of the polymer during the process can be followed, from which the parameters in a kinetic equation can be obtained. The results showed that the data obtained by the present method has a good measurement precision and accuracy, in which the relative differences were less than 4.0% when comparing the data measured by a reference method (i.e., the tea bag method). Since the present method can perform an on-line measurement, it is much superior to the current tea bag method and therefore is very suitable to be used in the process related study for the swelling behavior of superabsorbent polymers in many applications. 相似文献

We have found that the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals placed on a thin film of insulator (GaAsOx/GaAs) depends on excitation wavelength through the interference effects of the excitation light. By employing the multi-reflection/interference calculation, the insulator thickness of the underlying non-uniform patterns can be evaluated by the simple observation of CdSe/ZnS PL with a couple of excitation wavelengths. Moreover, the differences observed for the temporal evolution of CdSe/ZnS PL (blue shifts and degradation) among the excitation wavelengths suggest that the photo-induced changes of chemical composition and surface ligands are responsible for blue shifts and degradation, respectively. 相似文献

本文采用阿利新蓝(AlcianBlue)与尿样中氨基多糖(以下称GAG)在pH=5.8的醋酸钠溶液中,发生沉淀反应生成GAG铜复合物。离心分离沉淀物,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定沉淀物中铜含量,间接计算GAG含量。本文对尿样加入染液浓度,沉淀反应平衡时间;沉淀物的洗涤剂、洗涤次数等进行了探讨,确定了最佳实验条件,实测了60例健康人尿中GAG含量,与文献报导值一致。 相似文献

A direct extractive method has been developed for preparation of pure Semi-Methylthymol Blue (SMTB) from a synthetic mixture containing ca. 30% of SMTB in presence of Thymol Blue (TB, ca. 45%), Methylthymol Blue (MTB, ca. 10%) and other components such as acetic acid and iminodiacetic acid (IDA). The method is based on the dependence of the extraction coefficients of the individual components on the pH of an aqueous phase in equilibrium with butanol phase. The separation of TB from the mixture is best at pH 9.5–10.5 and the separation of SMTB is best at pH 2.9–4.5. At pH 10.2 the ratio of the extraction coefficient of TB to that of SMTB is 213 and to that of MTB is 776. At pH 2.9 the ratio of the extraction coefficient of SMTB to that of MTB is ca. 20 and at pH 4.5 is ca. 100, but the absolute values of the extraction coefficient for SMTB are only 3.4 at pH 4.5 and ca. 10 at pH 2.9. This means the quantitative transfer of SMTB to the butanol phase is much easier at pH 2.9. Then a more complete separation of SMTB from the mixture with MTB can be achieved by stripping of the latter into a pH 4.5 aqueous medium. The method for obtaining of anhydrous SMTB is also given. In this letter, a novel zinc complex of Zn(ECTFBD)2 was synthesized by an environment-friendly grinding technique in high yield. Its structure was confirmed by1H NMR, MS and EA. HECTFBD is 1-(9-ethyl-9Hcarbazol-3-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorobutane-1,3-dione. Zn(ECTFBD)2-based light-emitting devices were fabricated. The architecture of the devices was ITO/PEDOT(40 nm)/100 wt% PVK: 40 wt% OXD-7: x wt% Zn(ECTFBD)2(85 nm)/CsF(1.5 nm)/Al(100 nm), where x = 1, 5, and 10(relative to the mass of PVK and OXD-7). The three devices displayed blue emissions with peaks at 450, 458, and 460 nm, respectively. A maximum luminous efficiency of 0.86 cd/A and a luminance of 228 cd/m2were achieved by the 1 wt% doped device. So, we demonstrated further that Zn2+–b-diketone complexes can be effectively severed as a class of new electroluminescent materials. In addition, the thermal stability of Zn(ECTFBD)2 was tested and the UV–vis and photoluminescent behaviors of Zn(ECTFBD)2 in CH2 Cl2 were investigated. 相似文献

3-Imidazolyl coumarin molecules were synthesized under solvent-free condition and the optical properties both in solution and the solid state were determined. The compounds showed dual efficient luminescence, which were blue fluorescence with the highest fluorescence quantum yield being more than 0.9 and also exhibited favorable yellow solid-state fluorescence. Additionally, by using density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) calculation, all structures were optimized and the associated optical performances showed similar results as the experimental results. 相似文献

The photoluminescence of porous silicon with and without carbon deposition fabricated by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition technique has been investigated. After the deposition, the rapid thermal processes in the temperature ranging from 500 to 1100 °C have been carried out. It was found that after the carbon deposition a new intense blue emission appeared. The rapid thermal processes at 800and 900 °C could enhance the blue emission, while the other rapid thermal processes quenched it. Finally, the mechanism for the effect of carbon deposition and rapid thermal processes on photoluminescence properties of porous silicon was discussed. 相似文献
