 借助自主开发的2维半导体器件-电路联合仿真器,研究了电磁脉冲从发射极注入双极型晶体管时,外电路的影响,分析了共基极接法晶体管的电流分配系数,然后在此基础上研究了3种典型外电路元件的影响。结果表明:当脉冲从发射极注入时,基极外接电阻对器件烧毁过程影响不大;集电极外接正电压源等效于削减电磁脉冲的幅度,有延缓器件烧毁的作用;集电极外接电阻能明显提高器件对电磁脉冲的耐受性。  相似文献

Over the past several years, various archaeal symmetrical/unsymmetrical and acyclic/macrocyclic bipolar lipid analogues have been synthesized to study, from well-defined molecules, the membrane organizing and packing properties of this new class of amphiphiles. CS-CMC bipolar membrane was prepared and the cross-section photograph of CS-CMC BM was observed by SEM. FT-IR spectrum indicated that CS-CMC BM contained -N=CRH2 and -COO- functional groups. The charge density of -N=CRH2 in CS membrane was about 14.13 mmol/g and the charge density of -COO- in CMC membrane was about 9.01 mmol/g. The electrochemistry properties of CS-CMC BM were also studied. CS-CMC BM not only can effectively stop FeO4 from diffusing into the cathode chamber, but also plays an important role in the supply of OH- consumed during the electro-generated FeO42- process.  相似文献

Ni-mSA-mCS bipolar membrane (BM) was prepared by sodium alginate (SA) and chitosan (CS),which were modified by Ca~(2 ) and glutaraldehyde as linking reagents,respectively,mSA-mCS membrane was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TG and used as a separator in the electrolysis cell to produce thioglycolic acid (TGA).The experiment results show that TGA was prepared effectively by electro-reduction of dithiodiglycolic acid (DTDGA) with the mixture of TGA and DTDGA in the cathodic chamber.The current efficiency was up to 66.7% at the room temperature (25℃) during the current density of 10 mA/cm~2.Compared with the traditional metal reduction method,the electro-reduction technology saves the zinc powder and eliminates the pollution to environment. 双向脉冲充电法对锂枝晶生成的抑制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用双向脉冲电流充电方法取代传统的直流电充电方法, 研究了金属锂电极在有机电解液1 mol•L−1 LiPF6/碳酸乙烯酯(EC):二甲基碳酸脂(DMC)(1:1, V/V)中的充电过程. 锂电极的表面变化通过原位显微镜观测和交流阻抗谱进行检测. 原位显微镜观测结果显示, 在直流充电时锂电极上明显地出现了枝晶, 而在双向脉冲充电时, 枝晶的产生和生长受到了抑制. 交流阻抗谱结果显示在双向脉冲充电下, 锂电极的表面积增长较直流充电时缓慢. 这种抑制枝晶生长, 稳定锂沉积的新充电方法有望用于锂阳极二次电池.  相似文献

Single-sheet bipolar membranes have been prepared by grafting of styrene into radiation peroxidized LDPE films, which were then chlorosulfonated from one side, chloromethylated and quaternized from the other side. Various monomer systems were investigated and optimized. Obtained bipolar membranes were characterized by their specific electrical resistance, static potentials, rectification properties and water splitting capabilities.  相似文献

A novel miniature electrolytic conductivity probe and its successful operation with modified bipolar pulse conductometry are presented. The probe based on a concentric ring‐disk electrode configuration of less than 1 mm in diameter featured extremely small detection volume, and conductivity was measured with a 1 μL solution. Rapid response, easy and quick washing, and virtually no consumption of samples by measurements were additional advantages of the suggested probe design. Poor linearity was observed with conventional AC conductometry due to a large cell constant and a small double layer capacitance of the probe. Measurement circuits for modified bipolar pulse conductometry were designed, and optimization of the various pulse parameters led to a wide linear dynamic range of 0.05–10 mS cm?1, thus achieving high accuracy with a single‐point calibration. The suggested conductometric device could be conveniently applied to biological reagents and samples that are usually too little to be measured with conventional conductometers.  相似文献

To explore a more function-stable and energy-efficient bipolar membrane, palygorskite and FeCl3 were added at the intermediate layer as water-splitting catalysts. As proven, the two materials have a synergetic effect on water splitting. Particularly, the bipolar membrane modified with 5 g dm−3 palygorskite and 0.005 mol dm−3 FeCl3 can achieve a voltage drop of 0.68 V at 100 mA cm−2 and loses only 14.7 μg of Fe after an electrodialysis operation at 100 mA cm−2 for 660 min. Obviously, palygorskite can protect ferric ions from significant loss, which makes the membrane stable in the performance of water splitting. Nevertheless, how palygorskite immobilizes ferric ions is still under investigation.  相似文献

双极膜技术在电氧化制备3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺中的应用   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
分别以戊二醛和Fe3+改性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠并分别与柔性链聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混, 制备了Fe-SA-CS-GA/PVA聚合物双极膜. 测定膜的红外光谱, I-V工作曲线, Na+与Cl-透过双极膜的迁移数, 离子交换容量及阴阳两极室中OH-及H+的变化, 并以扫描电镜观察膜表面和界面层形态. IR与接触角分析结果表明, CS经GA/PVA改性后其亲水性能得到显著提高. 将SA-CS/PVA双极膜及Nafion膜应用于电氧化制备3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺. 实验结果表明, 以SA-CS/PVA双极膜为隔膜合成3-甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺的产率达到49.8%, 高于以Nafion膜为隔膜的产率.与传统的的方法相比, 该方法的反应条件温和且能有效利用能源.  相似文献

The silicon NPN rf power transistors were irradiated with different linear energy transfer (LET) ions such as 50?MeV Li3+, 80?MeV C6+ and 150?MeV Ag12+ ions in the dose range of 1–100?Mrad. The SRIM simulation was used to understand the energy loss and range of these ions in the transistor structure. The different electrical parameters such as Gummel characteristics, excess base current (ΔIB), DC current gain (hFE), displacement damage factor (K) and output characteristics were systematically studied before and after irradiation. The ion irradiation results were compared with 60Co-gamma irradiation result in the same dose range. A considerable increase in base current (IB) and a decrease in hFE and ICSat were observed after irradiation. The degradation in the electrical parameters was comparably very high for Ag12+ ion-irradiated transistor when compared to other ion-irradiated transistors, whereas the degradation in the electrical parameters for Li3+ and C6+ ion-irradiated transistors was comparable with gamma-irradiated transistor. The isochronal annealing study was conducted on the 100?Mrad irradiated transistors up to 500°C to analyze the recovery in different electrical parameters. The hFE and other electrical parameters of irradiated transistors were almost recovered after 500°C for 50?MeV Li3+, 80?MeV C6+ ion and 60Co-gamma-irradiated transistors, whereas for 150?MeV Ag12+ ion-irradiated transistor, the recovery in electrical characteristics is not complete.  相似文献
