A series of amino alcohol derivatives containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole moieties was synthesized with 7-bromo-2-tetralone as starting materials, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-oxazolidine as intermediates and Strecker reaction and cyclization with POCl3 as key steps. The structures of the key intermediate and target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The samples of hydroxyapatite and carbonate substituted hydroxyapatite (CHA) were obtained under the influence of physical factors, namely ultrasound (US) and microwave (MW) radiations. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis have proved the formation of the calcium deficient hydroxyapatite and B-type CHA with the Ca/P ratio in the ranges 1.62–1.87. In vitro studies have showed the increased bioactivity of the samples, synthesized under the influence of physical factors as compared to the standard ones. The samples of both groups, synthesized under the influence of 600 W MW, have shown the greatest stability in biological environment. In vivo tests confirm that obtained under US and MW radiations hydroxyapatite-based biomaterials are biocompatible, non-toxic and exhibit osteoconductive properties. The usage of US and MW radiations can significantly shorten the time (up to 5–20 min) of obtaining of calcium deficient hydroxyapatite and B-type CHA in nanopowder form, close in structure and composition to the biological hydroxyapatite. 相似文献

The formation of hydroxyapatite was investigated at the surface and at the cross-section of white Portland cement paste samples before and after immersion in simulated body fluid. Scanning electron microscope images showed that hydroxyapatite were found at the surface of white Portland cement after immersion in simulated body fluid. Hydroxyapatite grains of mostly ≈1 μm size with some grain size of ≈2-3 μm were seen after 4 days immersion period. More estabilshed hydroxyapatite grain size of ≈3 μm grains were observed at longer period of immersion at 7 and 10 days. The cross-section of the samples was investigated using line scanning technique and was used to determine the hydroxyapatite layer. A strong spectrum of phosphorus is detected up to 6-8 μm depth for samples after 4, 7 and 10 days immersion in simulated body fluid when compared to weak spectrum detected before immersion. The increase in the phosphorus spectrum corresponds to the hydroxyapatite formation on the surface of the samples after the samples were placed in simulated body fluid. 相似文献

Lycopodium japonicum Thunb (Lycopodiaceae) is a common and abundant plant widely distributed in China, Japan and countries of Southern Asia and used in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of sprains, strains and myasthenia. This review focuses on the phytochemicals and biological actions, with the objective of stimulating further studies on the plant. 132 chemical compounds have been identified and isolated from this plant, and the most important are alkaloids and serratane triterpenoids. The isolated compounds of L. japonicum were shown to possess acetylcholinesterase inhibitory, cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, anti-HIV-1 and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities. Further studies should be carried out on this plant in order to disclose many more active principles and mechanisms of active components. 相似文献

Selenized glucose can be easily prepared via the selenization reaction of glucose using in situ generated NaHSe as the selenization reagent. The technique has been industrialized to produce the chemical in kilogram scale, making it an easily available material in laboratory presently. The selenized glucose may be widely used as the starting material for the preparation of selenium-containing catalysts, as the organoselenium additive for feeds, and as the efficient selenium-enriched foliar fertilizers. In this work, we found that treating Fusarium graminearum, a fungal pathogen inciting wheat scab disease, with selenium glucose could significantly inhibit the generation of the deoxynivalenol (DON) toxin, which might be a breakthrough for reducing the detriment of the wheat scab disease. 相似文献
