10-Hydroxy-5-methyl-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(1)was prepared by a new technique of treating 10-methoxy-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(2)with an equivalent of NaH in anhydrous DMF,and then at 120℃ for 3-4h,which not only avoided poisonous and expensive methyl iodide used in literature,but made the consumption of NaH greatly decrease as well.The possible reaction mechanism was also described.The chemical structure of 1 was confiremed by IR,NMR,and mass spectroscopy. 相似文献

Suitably modified smectite clays can be very selective catalysts for a wide range of organic reactions. While it has long been known that such materials can act as Bronsted and Lewis acids, it has been shown recently that they are also effective Diels-Alder catalysts. A selection of illustrative reactions is given which emphasises their wide range of use, their selectivity, and the ease of work-up after reaction. DL-tartaric acid was used as a template for the formation of silica nanotubes and spheres by the sol-gel method from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica source. The reactions were carried out in ethanol/water mixtures in the presence of aqueous ammonia, between 0°C and 75°C, using both stirred and non-stirred conditions. TEM and SEM images show that the yield and microstructure of the silica is influenced by the synthetic conditions (temperature, ammonia (aq) concentration, gelation time, solvent mixture). It was observed that the chiral form of the tartaric acid used and the diffusion of TEOS to the template determines the eventual silica structure. 相似文献

The synthesis of an asymmetric glycocluster 1 has been achieved by coupling of a sugar unit with the β-alanine polypeptide, the principal chain, and combining a carbohydrate chain with the side chain causing it to branch from the N terminal. The synthesis of this side chain multivalent ligands is based on the scaffolding of some ω-amino acid (glycine, β-alanine, and GABA) derivatives. A common requirement in speech technology is to align two different symbolic representations of the same linguistic ‘message’.
For instance, we often need to align letters of words listed in a dictionary with the corresponding phonemes specifying their
pronunciation. As dictionaries become ever bigger, manual alignment becomes less and less tenable yet automatic alignment
is a hard problem for a language like English. In this paper, we describe the use of a form of the expectation-maximization
(EM) algorithm to learn alignments of English text and phonemes, starting from a variety of initializations. We use the British
English Example Pronunciation (BEEP) dictionary of almost 200,000 words in this work. The quality of alignment is difficult
to determine quantitatively since no ‘gold standard’ correct alignment exists. We evaluate the success of our algorithm indirectly
from the performance of a pronunciation by analogy system using the aligned dictionary data as a knowledge base for inferring
pronunciations. We find excellent performance—the best so far reported in the literature. There is very little dependence
on the start point for alignment, indicating that the EM search space is strongly convex. Since the aligned BEEP dictionary
is a potentially valuable resource, it is made freely available for research use. 相似文献
