Synthesis, crystal structure and spectroscopic properties of an unsymmetrical compound with carbazole and benzothiadiazole units

An unsymmetrical organic compound with carbazole (Cz) as donor and benzothiadiazole (BTD) as acceptor (D-π-A-π∗-D∗) was designed and synthesized via simple Heck reaction. The unique crystal structure of Cz-BTD-Cz∗ shows a ladder-like packing mode. A two molecule pair stacks parallelly with each other in each packing unit. In each cell, one Cz moiety is connected with BTD by vinylene bond in same plane. However, the other Cz group is connected to BTD by a one-end vinyl bond in almost perpendicular position to the coplanar part of the molecule. The shortest intermolecular plane distance is 3.48 ± 0.1 Å. The photophysical properties of Cz-BTD-Cz∗ in solution and in bulky crystalline powder state were studied. In bulk crystalline powder state, it has a red-shifted emission band peaked at 609 nm relative to that in solution, and the FWHM was reduced to only 58 nm. Electrochemical properties were also investigated.     

球形SiO2-Al2O3的制备、结构和性能

将Na2SiO3·9H2O 溶液通过强酸性阳离子树脂进行离子交换得到酸性硅溶胶,再将硅溶胶与铝溶胶及六次甲基四胺混合后采用油柱成型法制备了球形SiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物. 通过XRD、BET 及TPD等手段对样品进行测试和表征, 结果表明, 600 ℃焙烧得到的SiO2-Al2O3中SiO2以无定型形式存在, 其比表面、孔容与表面酸性随SiO2含量的增加而提高, 孔径、堆密度随SiO2含量的提高而减小, 压碎强度基本保持不变.     

纳米稀土谷氨酸咪唑三元配合物的合成、表征及抗菌活性研究

合成了6种新型纳米稀土三元配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱、氢谱、碳谱、热重-差热等表征,确定了该类配合物的化学组成为：RE（Glu）3ImCl3·3H2O（RE=La^3＋,Nd^3＋,Er^3＋,Eu^3＋,Y^3＋,Gd^3＋;Glu=L-谷氨酸;Im=咪唑）,TEM电镜测试表明其有一定规则形貌,粒径在30-60 nm。通过抗菌实验对其抑菌效果进行研究,结果表明：6种纳米稀土三元配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均有较强的抑制作用（最小抑菌浓度MIC分别约为140,100,250μg·ml^-1）,属于广谱抗菌剂;抗菌效果明显优于非纳米稀土三元配合物、稀土氯化物、L-谷氨酸或咪唑。     

聚酰胺酸及其接枝衍生物的三阶非线性光学性能研究

设计合成了苯代三聚氰胺与均苯四酸二酐缩聚物, 及不同侧链的p-π共轭缩聚物, 并以量子化学PM3/CIS方法为基础, 利用完全态求和(SOS)公式, 对不同侧链取代的聚酰胺酸的分子进行了几何构型优化, 并计算了其三阶非线性光学系数γ. 研究了不同侧链对聚合物三阶非线性性能的影响. 这些结果对合成具有优良加工性能的三阶非线性光学材料是有一定的指导作用.     

3-取代-5(3-乙基-4,5-二苯基噻唑叉)洛丹宁的增感性能

简单份菁(或称零甲川份菁)是一种可以用作卤化银感光乳剂层感蓝增感的染料。彩色正性材料的发展,要求感蓝乳剂层使用氯溴化银乳剂,并配合使用感蓝增感染料以符合感蓝区域的光谱要求。以氩离子激光为光源的电子分色片乳剂要求对波长488nm附近有较高的敏感,此种乳剂本身感色范围偏离氩离子激光发射峰。寻找增感效率高、光谱增感峰适合的感蓝染料很有必要。本文用2-甲硫基-3-乙基-4,5二苯基噻唑对甲苯磺酸盐(1)分别与3-取代洛丹宁(2)在无水乙醇存在下反应,制得六个未见文献报导的3-取代-5-(3-乙基-     

Chiral separation of the four stereoisomers of a novel antianginal agent using a dual cyclodextrin system in capillary electrophoresis

Reported here is an analytical method enabling the stereochemical resolution of a new antianginal compound possessing two stereogenic centers, leading to four stereoisomers. Only one of these isomers is currently under development as a novel antianginal agent and consequently, the other three isomers are considered as unwanted chiral impurities. Therefore, an enantioselective method is required in order to check its enantiomeric purity. This paper presents a method exploiting the high efficiency of capillary electrophoresis and the complexing properties of cyclodextrins to achieve the separation of the four stereoisomers of this weakly basic compound (pKa = 7.4). For this purpose, the combination of a neutral cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl-gamma-cyclodextrin (HP-gamma-CD), and an anionic cyclodextrin, carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin (CM-beta-CD), was added to the separation buffer running in an uncoated silica capillary. After selection of the suitable cyclodextrin system, satisfactorily separation conditions were as follows: 30 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.4) containing 10 mM of HP-gamma-CD and 10 mM of CM-beta-CD, running voltage +30 kV. The resulting run time and resolutions were respectively about 17 min and between 1.95 and 2.84. Linearity curves (0.993 < r2 < 0.998) are also shown.     

Solvothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Electrochemical Property of Complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2''-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O)

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.     

一维链状锰(Ⅱ)三氮唑配合物的合成，结构与磁性质(英)

A novel one-dimensional chain manganese(Ⅱ) compound [Mn(trz)₂Cl][phthH], (trz=1,2,4-triazole, phthH=hydrogen phthalate), 1, was synthesized and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2 /c with a=1.381 1(11) nm, b=0.815 5(7) nm, c=0.735 4(6) nm, β=94.667(15)°, V=0.825 5(12) nm³. It consists of one dimensional cationic manganese(Ⅱ) chain and uncoordinated hydrogen phthalate anions. The manganese(Ⅱ) ions are bridged with two 1,2,4-traizoles and one chloride anion along the cationic chain, in which the weak antiferromagnetic exchange occurs between manganese(Ⅱ) atoms. CCDC: 267461.
