Migration behavior and enantioseparation of racemic hydrobenzoin and structurally related compounds, including benzoin and benzoin methyl ether, in CZE with a dual CD system consisting of heptakis-(2,3-dihydroxy-6-O-sulfo)-beta-CD (SI-S-beta-CD) and beta-CD as chiral selectors in the presence and absence of borate complexation at pH 9.0 were investigated. The results indicate that enantioseparation of hydrobenzoin is mainly governed by CD complexation of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes with SI-S-beta-CD when SI-S-beta-CD concentration is relatively high. Whereas CD complexation of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes with beta-CD plays a significant role in enantioseparation when SI-S-beta-CD concentration is comparatively low. The (S,S)-enantiomer of the hydrobenzoin-borate complex was found to interact more strongly than the corresponding (R,R)-enantiomer with both SI-S-beta-CD and beta-CD. These two types of CD show the same chiral recognition pattern, but they exhibit opposite effects on the mobility of the enantiomers of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes. Enantiomer migration reversal of hydrobenzoin occurred in the presence of borate complexation when varying the concentration of beta-CD, while keeping SI-S-beta-CD at a relatively low concentration. Binding constants of the enantiomers of benzoin-related compounds to beta-CD and those of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes to SI-beta-CD were evaluated; the mobility contributions of all complex species to the effective mobility of the enantiomers of hydrobenzoin as a function of beta-CD concentration in a borate buffer were analyzed. In addition, comparative studies on the enantioseparation of benzoin-related compounds with SI-S-beta-CD and with randomly sulfate-substituted beta-CD were made.  相似文献

Bismuth(III) nitrate pentahydrate is found to be an efficient catalyst for the Pechmann condensation reaction of phenols and β-ketoesters under solvent-free conditions. The micro-sized Sb2O3 octahedra can be synthesized on a large scale via a simple PEG-1000 polymer-assisted hydrothermal route (PAHR) in the temperature range of 160-180 °C for 10-14 h. The structures, compositions, and morphologies of the as-synthesized products are derived from X-ray power diffraction pattern, X-ray photoelectron spectra, and field emission scanning electronic microscope. Meanwhile, the optical properties of the micro-sized Sb2O3 octahedra are studied by their photoluminescene spectroscopy and Raman spectrum. Furthermore, the possible growth mechanism of the micro-metered Sb2O3 octahedra is discussed on the basis of a series of supplementary experiments. And it has been found that PEG-1000, sodium tartrate, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time have considerable effects on the final morphology of Sb2O3, while the pH value has an influence on the formation of the Sb2O3 crystals.  相似文献

The first successful example of a polymer‐clay hybrid was nylon‐clay hybrid (NCH), which is a nano‐meter‐sized composite of nylon‐6 and 1‐nm‐thick exfoliated aluminosilicate layers of the clay mineral. NCH was found and developed at Toyota Central Research and Development Laboratories over 17 years ago. The NCH containing a few weight percentages of clay exhibits superior properties such as high modulus, high strength, and good gas‐barrier properties. The key for the discovery of NCH was the polymerization of a nylon monomer in the interlayer space of the clay. 考察了反应温度、气体空速和进料中CH4:O2比值对Mo2C/Al2O3催化的POM反应制合成气的影响.结果发现较高的温度具有较高的甲烷转化率、CO和H2的选择性;而在较低的温度下,对CO的选择性比对H2的影响更大.反应气体的空速较小时对于甲烷的转化率、CO和H2的选择性是有利的;而在较高的气体空速下,氢气的选择性则更低.进料中CH4:O2比值稍高于2:1时有利于获得高的甲烷转化率、CO和H2的选择性.并且还可以增加催化剂的稳定性.当CH4:O2比值低于2:1时.甲烷转化率、CO和H2选择性随反应的进行急剧下降.而当此比值调整到高于2:1时.转化率和选择件都可以得到恢复。  相似文献

TMSOTf-catalyzed intramolecular condensation for catechin and epicatechin units are described. A potential electrophile and a nucleophile were connected with diester linkers and TMSOTf-catalyzed condensation was examined. In comparison with intermolecular catechin and catechin condensation, the intramolecular condensation required high reaction temperature and reversed 3,4-cis product was obtained. The condensed product was transformed into the natural 3,4-cis (+)-catechin-(4β→8)-(+)-catechin dimer.  相似文献

Being both nucleophilic and electrophilic, α-metalated isocyanides can add to polar double bonds, forming heterocycles. They are also synthons for α-metalated primary amines. This article describes recent or improved procedures for their use in organic synthesis: (1) In heterocyclic syntheses to give 2-oxazolines, 2-imidazolines, 2-thiazolines, oxazoles and oligooxazoles, thiazoles, triazoles, imidazolinones, pyrroles, 5,6-dihydro-1,3-oxazines and -thiazines, and (via cycloaddition with nitrones) 2-imidazolidinones. (2) In the field of formylaminomethylenation, for example transformation of estrone methyl ether and a keto sugar into the corresponding α-formylaminoacrylic esters, and the conversion of aldehydes and ketones by 3- and 4-pyridyl-methyl isocyanides into N-(1-pyridyl-1-alkenyl)formamides and their hydrolysis to 3- and 4-acylpyridines. (3) In connection with the use of α-metalated isocyanides as synthons for α-metalated primary amines, the author demonstrates how they may be used for preparation of 1,2- and 1,3-amino alcohols, 1,2-diamines, 2,3-diaminoalkanoic acids and for synthesis of higher amino acids starting from simple amino acids.  相似文献

Mercury(I) selenite(IV) is polymorphic and crystallizes at least in three modifications, named α-, β-and γ-Hg2SeO3. Polycrystalline β-Hg2SeO3 was prepared by precipitation of a concentrated mercurous nitrate solution with selenous acid. Hydrothermal treatment of the colorless β-Hg2SeO3 powder in demineralized water at 250°C (10 days) yields light-yellow single crystals of α-Hg2SeO3 which show the highest density of the three modifications. Colorless needle-shaped single crystals of β-Hg2SeO3 and very few single crystals of γ-Hg2SeO3 co-crystallize from strongly diluted Hg2(NO3)2 and H2SeO3 solutions and were grown by a diffusion technique. All crystal structures were solved and refined from single crystal diffractometer data sets and are based on Hg22+ dumbbells and trigonal pyramidal SeO32− anions as the main building units. A common structural feature of all modifications is the formation of open channels extending parallel to the shortest crystallographic axis. The non-bonding orbitals of the SeIV atoms are stereochemically active and protrude into the channels. Upon heating in an open system under N2 atmosphere, both α- and β-Hg2SeO3 decompose in a well-separated three-step mechanism. The first step (T > 250°C) involves disproportionation into elementary mercury and α-HgSeO3 which at ca. 400°C subsequently transforms into β-HgSeO3. The second step between T = 400 and 500°C is accompanied by a loss of Hg and SeO2 and the formation of the basic salt Hg3SeO6. In the third step, at temperatures between T = 500° and 600°C, this material decomposes completely. Upon heating in a closed system (sealed silica capillaries), β-Hg2SeO3 transforms between 320-340°C into the more dense α-Hg2SeO3 which on further heating likewise converts into elementary mercury and β-HgSeO3.  相似文献

The chelation controlled radical reactions of ethyl γ-benzyloxy-α-methylenecarboxylates bearing a bulky γ-substituent, such as CHMe2, CHPh2, c-C6H11 and CH(Ph)OTBDMS, with alkyl iodides gave the syn-adducts with high diastereoselectivities. However, the diastereoselectivity for the substrates bearing a γ-substituent CH(i-Pr)OTBDMS depended critically on the configuration of the substituent; the substrate bearing the OTBDMS group anti to the γ-benzyloxy group showed poor diastereoselectivity, but its diastereomer gave syn-adduct exclusively. The high syn-selectivitiy is referred to the H-atom transfer to the outside face of radical center in the sharply folded seven-membered chelate intermediate bearing the ethoxy group with Z-geometry. The corner flapping of the radical center atom of the global minimum energy conformer generates a local minimum conformer and the H-atom transfer to the outside face of the radical center of the newly formed structure gives the anti-adduct. The poor diastereoselectivity is due to the very small energy difference between the two conformers and consequently both the syn- and anti-adducts are yielded in nearly equal amounts.  相似文献

运用量子化学从头算方法, 在MP2/6-311++G(d,p), MP2/6-311++G(2df,2p), MP2/6-311++G(3df,3pd)和QCISD/6-311++G(d,p)水平上, 研究了CH3F, CH3Cl和CH3Br作为质子给体与Cl, Br作为质子接受体形成的氢键CH3…Y. 计算结果表明: 6种复合物中C—H键收缩, 伸缩振动频率增大, 形成蓝移氢键. 分子中原子(Atoms in Molecules, AIM)分析表明, 这些复合物的电子密度拓扑性质与普通氢键有着本质的不同, 在Y…H之间不存在键临界点, 而在Y与C之间存在键临界点, 因此这些相互作用严格地不能称为氢键. 自然键轨道(Natural bond orbital, NBO)分析表明, 在这些复合物中弯曲的CH…Y的特殊结构使得分子间超共轭n(Y)®σ*(C—H)减小到可以忽略; 质子接受体的电子密度没有转移到σ*(C—H)上, 而是转移到了σ*(C—X) (X=F, Cl, Br)上; 存在一定程度的重杂化; 分子内超共轭相互作用减小使得σ*(C—H)的电子密度减少. 这些因素共同导致C—H伸缩振动频率的蓝移.  相似文献
