蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酯酶-1B(PTP1B)是抗糖尿病治疗的重要靶点,因此创制活性优良的PTP1B抑制剂具有重要意义。 本文设计并合成了11个含1,3-硒唑和1,2,4-三唑活性组块新型结构目标分子(ZLXZ1-ZLXZ11),并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)等对其进行了结构表征。 首先选择ZLXZ1和ZLXZ11在MOE 2015.10程序上,与PTP1B进行分子对接模拟,结果表明,在ZLXZ1分子中硒唑环上的硒原子与PTP1B中副催化位点Tyr46、Ala217、Lys120和Asp 48分别形成了π-H作用和氢键作用。 在ZLXZ11分子中硒唑上的硒原子与PTP1B中Asp181、Arg221和Asp48形成了氢键作用。 在分子对接模拟的基础上,测试了11个目标分子的抑制活性,结果表明,所有目标分子的抑制率均在87.02%以上,其中3个目标分子PTP1B抑制活性高于阳性参照物齐墩果酸,抑制活性优良,有望成为潜在的PTP1B抑制剂。 相似文献

We present a new concept to control the conformations of molecules in the excited state through harvesting negative hyperconjugation. The strategy was realized with the 2,3,1,4‐benzodiazadiborinane scaffold, which was prepared by a new synthetic procedure. Photochemical studies identified dual light emission, which was assigned to well‐defined conformers. The emission at longer wavelength can be switched off by restricting the rotational degrees of freedom in the solid state as well as by controlling the energy levels of the excited states through adjusting the solvent polarity. 相似文献

Pt-based alloy nanoporous structures have attracted a lot of attention because of their high activity and stability toward alcohol oxidation reactions. Especially, Pt alloying with Earth-abundant metal can lower the cost of catalyst. Here, we introduce a one-pot approach to synthesize bimetallic PtCu and Ni-doped PtCu nanoalloy with porous structure. The as-synthesized Ni-doped Pt60Ni3Cu37 nanoalloys exhibit excellent electrocatalytic properties toward methanol oxidation in acidic medium. The mass activity of the as-synthesized Pt60Ni3Cu37 nanoalloys is 3.6 times and 5.3 times that of Pt55Cu45 nanoalloys and commercial Pt black for methanol oxidation in 0.2?M methanol solution. Besides, the stability of the as-synthesized Pt60Ni3Cu37 nanoalloys was much better than Pt55Cu45 nanoalloys and commercial Pt black. After 3600?s chronoamperometry test, the remaining values of the Pt60Ni3Cu37 nanoalloys are 3.7 times and 11.0 times that of Pt55Cu45 nanoalloys and commercial Pt black. And it is the first time to report that small amount of Ni dopants can boost the activity and stability of PtNiCu alloys toward methanol oxidation. 相似文献

A novel turn-on rhodamine B-based fluorescent chemosensor (RBCS) was designed and synthesized by reacting N-(rhodamine B)lactam-1,2-ethylenediamine and carbon disulfide. Upon addition of Fe3+ in EtOH/H2O solution (2:1, v/v, HEPES buffer, 0.6?mM, pH 7.20), the RBCS displayed a significant fluorescence enhancement at 582?nm and a dramatic color change from colorless to pink, which can be detected by the naked eye. Significantly, the RBCS exhibited a highly selective and sensitive ability toward Fe3+. The detection limit of the probe was 2.05?×?10?7?M. Job's plot indicated the formation of 1:1 complex between the RBCS and Fe3+. Moreover, the practical use of the RBCS is demonstrated by its application in the detection of Fe3+ in HeLa cells. 相似文献

The effects of applied current density, anodizing time, and electrolyte temperature on the cell and pore morphology of anodic films and the voltage-time response obtained during galvanostatic anodizing of AA2024-T3 alloy in sulphuric acid electrolytes have been studied. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to observe the film morphology. Sponge-like porous structure was promoted by anodizing at relatively low current density and high electrolyte temperature. In contrast, linear porous structure was favoured under the converse conditions. Intermediate conditions resulted in films containing either sequential layers of the 2 morphologies or a morphology incorporating features of the 2 types; such conditions were associated with anodizing voltages in the range 25 to 35 V. The reasons for the morphological differences are proposed to be due to interactions between film growth stresses and stresses arising from oxygen evolution on the development of the alumina cells. 相似文献

Ca3MgNi14, Nd1.5Ca1.5MgNi14, Gd1.5Ca1.5MgNi14 and Er1.5Ca1.5MgNi14 alloys were prepared by high frequency induction melting and sintering. Characterization and analysis were performed by X-ray diffraction/Rietveld full-spectrum fitting, gaseous P-C-T hydrogen storage test and electrochemical properties tests. It can be found that all alloys consist of Gd2Co7-type 3R phase and Ce2Ni7-type 2H phase. Although the hydrogen storage capacities of Nd1.5Ca1.5MgNi14, Gd1.5Ca1.5MgNi14 and Er1.5Ca1.5MgNi14 decrease to some extent compared to that of Ca3MgNi14, their equilibrium pressures for absorption and desorption increase markedly. Moreover, R1.5Ca1.5MgNi14 alloys have better cycling stabilities and high-rate discharge(HRD) properties as compared to Ca3MgNi14.
