This paper presents a theoretical model on the normal (head-on) collision between soft-spheres on the basis of elastic loading of the Hertz contact for compression process and a nonlinear plastic unloading for restitution one, in which the parameters all are determined in terms of the material and geometric ones of the spheres, and the behaviors of perfect elastic, inelastic, and perfect plastic collisions appeared in the classical mechanics are fully described once a value of coefficient of restitution is specified in the region of 0 ≤ ε ≤ 1. After an empirical formula of the coefficient of restitution dependent on the impact velocity is suggested to fit the existing experimental measurements by means of the least square method, the predictions of the dependency and the collision duration are in well quantitative agreement with their experimental measurements. It is found that the measurable quantities are dependent on both the impact velocity and the parameters of spheres. Following this model, finally, an approach to determine the spring coefficient in the linear viscoelastic model of the collision is also displayed. These results obtained here will be significantly beneficial for the applications where a collision model is requested in the simulations of relevant grain flows and impact dynamics etc..  相似文献

Sensitivity enhancement of indium determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was achieved; using a slotted quartz tube (SQT-FAAS) and slotted quartz tube atom trap (SQT-AT-FAAS). SQT was used as an atom trap (AT) where the analyte is accumulated in its inner wall prior to re-atomization. The signal is formed after re-atomization of analyte on the trap surface by introduction of 10 μL of isobutyl methyl ketone (IBMK). Sensitivity was improved 400 times using SQT-AT-FAAS system with respect to conventional FAAS and 279 times with respect to SQT-FAAS without any collection. Characteristic concentration (C0) and limit of detection values were found to be 3.63 ng mL−1 and 2.60 ng mL−1, respectively, using a sample flow rate of 7.0 mL min−1 and a collection period of 5.0 min. In addition, interference effects of some elements on indium signal were studied. In order to characterize indium species trapped, X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometry (XPS) was utilized and it was found that indium was collected on the inner surface of SQT as In2O3. The accuracy of the procedure was checked to determine indium in the standard reference material (Montana Soil, SRM 2710).  相似文献

A one-pot method for the synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-(NH)-triazoles via carbonylative Sonogashira reaction/1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of terminal acetylenes, carbon monoxide, aryl iodides, and sodium azide was developed. A series of new 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-(NH)-triazoles were prepared readily under mild conditions.  相似文献

Ambient temperature atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of methyl acrylate (MA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene (Sty) in the presence of polar solvents (dimethyl sulfoxide: DMSO, dimethylformamide: DMF and acetonitrile: MeCN) with a mixed transition metal catalyst system (Fe(0) as initial activator and CuBr2/Me6TREN complex as deactivator) provides a rapid synthesis of polymers with very low polydispersity (PDI) values and predetermined molecular weights. The polymethylacrylate (PMA) prepared using this novel approach contains the Br-terminated chain ends (functionality ∼100%) and can be successfully used for block copolymer synthesis (as demonstrated on the chain extension experiment performed using the PMA–Br macroinitiator). The key elementary reactions involved in this novel ATRP system and some preliminary mechanistic aspects of the process are also discussed.  相似文献

Lauryl (LA) and stearyl (SA) acrylates were successfully polymerized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), leading to well defined homopolymers and diblock copolymers (PDI < 1.2). Interestingly, the polymerization was very well controlled using N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA), a ligand which had initially been reported to be unadvisable for the polymerization of such monomers. Both kinetic studies and chain extension reactions supported our conclusions. A PLA65-b-PSA47 diblock copolymer was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis, revealing that both blocks exhibit side-chain crystallinity and phase segregate in the crystalline state. The diblock behaves as a brittle rigid polymer when both blocks are crystalline, as a ductile material after the melting of the PLA phase and becomes a viscous liquid when both blocks are molten. This work could be extended to the preparation of PSA-b-PLA-b-PSA bio-issued thermoplastic elastomers.  相似文献

Novel pH-responsive amphiphilic dendritic star-block poly(l-lactide)-b-poly(2-(N, N-diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (DPLLA-b-PDEAEMA-b-PEO) terpolymers were synthesized by the combination of ring-opening polymerization (ROP), atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and click chemistry. DPLLAOH was synthesized by ROP of l-lactide (LLA) and then reacted with propargyl 3-carboxylic-propanoate to obtain alkynyl-DPLLA. PEO-b-PDEAEMA-Br was prepared by ATRP of DEAEMA and then reacted with NaN3 to obtain PEO-b-PDEAEMA-N3. DPLLA-b-PDEAEMA-b-PEO was easily prepared by click chemistry of alkynyl-DPLLA and PEO-b-PDEAEMA-N3. DPLLA-b-PDEAEMA-b-PEO can assemble into micelles in water with PLLA segments as core and PEO segments as corona. The hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of PDEAEMA can be adjusted with the alteration of pH values. Therefore, PDEAEMA segments form core or corona of micelles at pH ? 7 or pH < 7. Due to the pH-responsive property of PDEAEMA and unique structure of terpolymer, the size and conformation of the micelles can be changed to some extent by altering the pH values of solutions.  相似文献

The multiplicity distribution of projectile protons and multiplicity correlations between black particles, grey particles, shower particles, compound particles, heavily ionized track particles, projectile helium fragments and projectile spectator protons in 84Kr-emulsion collisions at 1.7 A GeV are investigated. It is found that the projectile spectator proton multiplicity distribution becomes broader with increasing target mass. The average multiplicity of shower particles and compound particles strongly depends on the number of projectile spectator protons, but the average multiplicity of black particles, grey particles and heavily ionized track particles weakly depends on the number of projectile spectator protons. The average multiplicity of projectile helium fragments increases linearly with increasing numbers of projectile spectator protons. Finally, the multiplicity distribution of projectile spectator protons obeys a KNO type of scaling law.  相似文献

The use of a block copolymer, poly (styrene)-b-poly (acrylic acid) (PS-b-PAA) to prepare a magnetic nanocomposite was investigated. Poly (styrene)-poly (t-butyl acrylate) block copolymer, being synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization, was hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid for obtaining PS-b-PAA. The obtained PS-b-PAA was then compounded with the modified γ-Fe2O3, and subsequently the magnetic nanocomposite was achieved. The products were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, gel permeation chromatography, thermogravimetric analysis, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that the nanocomposites exhibited soft magnetism, with the mean diameter of 100 nm approximately.  相似文献
