The formation of ammonium complexes with several crown ethers and cryptands in nitrobenzene, acetonitrile and dimethylformamide solutions was investigated by conductometry at 25°C. Stability constants of the resulting 1:1 complexes sere determined from the molar conductance-mole ratio data and found to vary in the order DC18C6>18C6>DB30C10>DB21C7>DB24C8>DB18C6>15C5>B15C5>12C4, in the case of crown complexes, and in the order C222>C221>C211>C22>C21 for the ammonium cryptates. The stabilities of the complexes varied inversely with the Gutmann donicity of the solvents. Influences of the number of members in the macrocycle, nature of the substituents in the polyether ring, cavity size and dimensionality, conformations of the free and complexed ligands and number of N+–H bonds available for hydrogen bonding are discussed. 相似文献

Our studies are presented to replace alcohols as solvents in reverse hydrolytic reactions catalyzed by immobilized β-glucosidase to synthesize O-substituted β-d-glucopyranosides in preparative-scale. We found that 1,2-diacetoxyethane is a suitable solvent and O-alkyl or aryl β-d-glucosides were synthesized in moderate yields (after isolation 12-19%). In these reactions proportion of glucose and glucosyl acceptor hydroxy compounds was 1:20. We suggest that 1,2-diacetoxyethane can be useful not only for alcohols but for other glucosyl donor compounds unsuitable for the role of solvent (e.g., phenols) in the synthesis of O-β-d-glucosides by reverse hydrolysis. 相似文献

The starting electrophoretic motion of a porous, uniformly charged, spherical particle, which models a solvent-permeable and ion-penetrable polyelectrolyte coil or floc of nanoparticles, in an arbitrary electrolyte solution due to the sudden application of an electric field is studied for the first time. The unsteady Stokes/Brinkman equations with the electric force term governing the fluid velocity fields are solved by means of the Laplace transform. An analytical formula for the electrophoretic mobility of the porous sphere is obtained as a function of the dimensionless parameters , , , and , where a is the radius of the particle, κ is the Debye screening parameter, λ is the reciprocal of the square root of the fluid permeability in the particle, ρp and ρ are the mass densities of the particle and fluid, respectively, ν is the kinematic viscosity of the fluid, and t is the time. The electrophoretic mobility normalized by its steady-state value increases monotonically with increases in and , but decreases monotonically with an increase in , keeping the other parameters unchanged. Summary The novel application of CE using non-aqueous media has been studied for the separation of a range of acidic compound types.
This enabled the first quantitative assay by CE employing non-aqueous media to be performed. Separation selectivity manipulation
for closely related species was achieved through variation of organic solvent types and composition, ionic strength changes,
alteration of pH* values and the addition of cyclodextrin additives soluble in organic solvents. This offers a greater range of possibilities
during method development than use of aqueous buffer. The generation of low operating currents permitted rapid, highly efficient
and selective separations to be achieved by applying high field strengths across short capillaries.
Optimised rinsing and capillary regenerating procedures were devised which allowed highly repeatable separations to be achieved
with migration time repeatability below 1% RSD. Use of internal standards also allowed 1% RSD values to be obtained for injection
precision. Routine operating effects were assessed and it was observed that stacking effects remain important in non-aqueous
CE. Also, optimal separations are obtained when the samples are diluted in the pure solvent used to prepare the electrolyte.
The application range of non-aqueous CE was appreciably extended to include acidic drugs, dyes, surfactants and preservatives. 相似文献

A novel zirconia-based hybrid organic-inorganic sol-gel coating was developed for capillary microextraction (CME) (in-tube SPME). High degree of chemical inertness inherent in zirconia makes it very difficult to covalently bind a suitable organic ligand to its surface. In the present work, this problem was addressed from a sol-gel chemistry point of view. Principles of sol-gel chemistry were employed to chemically bind a hydroxy-terminated silicone polymer (polydimethyldiphenylsiloxane, PDMDPS) to a sol-gel zirconia network in the course of its evolution from a highly reactive alkoxide precursor undergoing controlled hydrolytic polycondensation reactions. A fused silica capillary was filled with a properly designed sol solution to allow for the sol-gel reactions to take place within the capillary for a predetermined period of time (typically 15-30 min). In the course of this process, a layer of the evolving hybrid organic-inorganic sol-gel polymer got chemically anchored to the silanol groups on the capillary inner walls via condensation reaction. At the end of this in-capillary residence time, the unbonded part of the sol solution was expelled from the capillary under helium pressure, leaving behind a chemically bonded sol-gel zirconia-PDMDPS coating on the inner walls. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, and aldehydes were efficiently extracted and preconcentrated from dilute aqueous samples using sol-gel zirconia-PDMDPS coated capillaries followed by thermal desorption and GC analysis of the extracted solutes. The newly developed sol-gel hybrid zirconia coatings demonstrated excellent pH stability, and retained the extraction characteristics intact even after continuous rinsing with a 0.1 M NaOH solution for 24 h. The materials and especially organic materials used for creation of art objects can be utilized by various microorganisms for their growth and facilitate the microbial colonization of the object. An understanding of the chemical alterations in artefacts caused by the presence of microorganisms can be crucial for correct identification of the materials initially used for the artefact creation--nowadays an important step in restoration and/or art-historical investigation of the art object. The present article describes a model experiment in which we investigated the possible chemical alterations in animal glue films used as substrate for growth of the fungus Aspergillus niger. The sterilized animal glue solution was poured into Petri dishes, inoculated with Aspergillus niger, and subsequently incubated at 15 degrees C for 0, 7, 9, 14, and 28 days. After interruption of incubation, the content of the Petri dish was analyzed for amino acid composition by the GC-MS based method. It was found that the growth of Aspergillus niger on animal glue films did not cause significant changes in the amino acid composition of the film and had no impact on animal glue identification. 相似文献

Heat source function method is adopted in the present paper to derive elementary solutions of coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical
consolidation for saturated porous media under conjunct actions of instantaneous point heat source, instantaneous point fluid
source and constant volume force. By using the so-called fictitious heat source method and images method, the solutions of
a semi-infinite saturated porous medium subjected to a local heat source with time-varied intensity on its free surface are
developed from elementary solutions. The numerical integral methods for calculating the unsteady temperature, pore pressure
and displacement fields are given. The thermomechanical response are analyzed for the case of a circular planar heat source.
Besides, the thermal consolidation characteristics of a saturated porous medium subjected to a harmonic thermal loading are
also given, and the fluctuation processes of the field variables located below the center of heat source are analyzed.
