以四水合氯化亚铁和硝酸银为原料,硼氢化钠为还原剂,氧化石墨烯(GO)为载体,通过原位还原法制备了具有磁分离功能的银/四氧化三铁/还原氧化石墨烯(Ag/Fe_3O_4/rGO)纳米复合抗菌材料.采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对复合材料进行了表征.结果显示,Fe_3O_4和Ag纳米颗粒均匀分布在rGO片层上.复合材料的饱和磁化率(Ms)为40.5 A·m~2·kg·(-1),表明其具有较强的磁性,将其与菌液混合后,在磁场作用下10 min即可吸附沉降完成磁分离.以大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)为实验菌株,通过琼脂扩散法评价了复合材料的抗菌性能.结果表明,该复合材料具有良好的抗菌效果,对E.coli和S.aureus的抑菌圈直径分别为18 mm和13 mm,最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)分别为50 mg/L和80 mg/L,最低杀菌浓度值(MBC)分别为30 mg/L和50 mg/L. 相似文献

借助聚吡咯(PPy)的调控,采用脉冲电沉积法在生物医用金属钛表面制备出均匀的纳米HA/PPy/Ag抗菌复合涂层.考察了电解液中Py浓度、Ag~+浓度、钙磷盐浓度等对复合涂层的形貌及成分的影响.探讨了PPy聚合过程形成球形HA-NPs和Ag-NPs的形成机理,并对复合涂层的生物活性、生理稳定性及抗菌性能进行研究.研究结果表明,电解液中Py浓度的高低影响涂层的形貌,Py浓度为0.03 mol/L时有利于复合涂层的沉积.电解液中Ag~+浓度影响涂层的形貌、结晶,电解液中Ag~+浓度为0.3 mmol/L左右比较适合.电解液中Ca~(2+)浓度影响涂层的形貌及结晶,其浓度过高颗粒尺寸增大,Ca~(2+)浓度为5.0 mmol/L左右较适合.复合涂层能够诱导磷灰石的生成,使其沿着(002)晶面出现择优生长,具有较好的生物活性.PPy的加入大大降低了复合涂层中Ca~(2+)和Ag~+的释放速度,提高了复合涂层的生理稳定性.抗菌检测表明复合涂层具有良好的抗菌性. 相似文献

Conoideoxime A (1), a prenyl-tryptophan dimer possessing bis-oxime functionality, was isolated from cultures of the whitefly pathogenic fungus Conoideocrella luteorostrata BCC 76664. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. A series of novel organosoluble polyamides (PAs) bearing different functional groups such as flexible ether, substituted imidazole, and xanthene rings and electron-withdrawing CF3 groups were synthesized from diamines and various dicarboxylic acids. The structures of diamines and PAs were fully characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The PAs showed good solubility in aprotic and polar organic solvents, with high thermal stability exhibiting the glass transition temperatures (Tgs) and 10% weight loss temperatures (T10%) in the range of 184–277°C and 410–480°C in N2 atmosphere, respectively. These polymers showed fluorescence emission upon irradiation with UV light. Diamine compounds and two of synthesized polymers were also screened for antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and the obtained results for all four combinations showed good inhibition. Extraction capability for heavy metal ions such as Cr3+, Pb2+, Hg2+, Cd2+, and Co2+ from aqueous solutions was also tested at 25°C and pH 7–8. 相似文献

Microbore columns utilizing polypropylene capillary-channeled polymer (C-CP) fibers as the stationary phase in high-performance
liquid chromatography (HPLC) have been investigated. The polypropylene C-CP fiber diameter is ∼50 μm, with eight channels
along the periphery of the fiber ranging in diameter from ∼12 to 35 μm. The polypropylene C-CP fibers were packed into fluorinated
ethylene propylene (FEP) tubing, 1.3 mm inner diameter, with lengths of 500, 750, and 1,000 mm, to examine the effects of
increased column length with regards to plate height, resolution and analysis time. The low backpressures characteristic of
the C-CP fiber stationary phases allow the length of the column to be increased without significantly decreasing the specific
permeability. The high specific permeability (∼5×10−8 cm2) of the C-CP packed microbore columns yields a relatively low backpressure of 2.35 MPa at the highest flow rate of 17 μL/s
(54 mm/s) for a 1,000 mm column. Radial compression of the soft-walled FEP tubing is accomplished by pulling the 1.7 mm o.d.
column through a 1.4 mm diameter orifice. Reducing the inner diameter of the column from 1.3 to 1.0 mm lowered the interstitial
fraction from 47% to 42%, decreased the A-term contributions to band broadening, resulted in a significant decrease in average
plate height (∼30%), and increased resolution (∼36%) at identical linear velocities. Although the lower void volume of the
radially compressed column increased the backpressure from 0.57 to 2.11 MPa at a linear velocity of ∼20 mm/s, the specific
permeability only decreased from ∼7×10−8 to 4×10−8 cm2.

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)和逐步回归分析法对15种新合成的取代喹啉类化合物进行了定量构效关系(QSAR)研究. 在B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)水平上计算了取代喹啉的量子化学参数, 通过逐步多元回归分析筛选出影响抗菌活性的主要因素, 建立了定量构效关系方程, 并用留一法交叉分析了模型的稳定性及预测能力. 结果表明, C5的亲核电子密度fNC5及C9-N1的键级BC9-N1是影响喹啉类化合物抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性的主要因素, 所得模型对该类化合物抗菌活性有较好的预测效果. 同时基于QSAR研究结果设计了4个活性较高的新喹啉衍生物. 相似文献

Two new branched pentadentate amines (N5), 3,7-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-5,5-dimethyl-3,7-diazaheptane-1-amine (1) and 4,8-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4,8-diaza octane-1-amine (2) have been prepared. These have been used to synthesis two new Schiff base complexes containing a pyridine and 2-pyridylmethyl pendant arm, by template [1+1] condensation of pyridine-2-carbaldehyde with the amines in the presence of Mn(II) in methanol. Elemental and spectral results are used to characterize the complexes and their structures are confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The structure of MnL1(ClO4)2 indicates that in the solid state the Mn(II) ion adopts a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The crystal structure of [Ni(1)(MeCN)](ClO4)2 is also reported and exhibits a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Also the synthesized complexes were screened for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli (Lio), Serratia marcescens (PTCC 1330), Staphylococcous aureus (ATCC 6633), and Proteus vulgaris (Lio) and results showed that the all complexes have antibacterial effects and [NiL1](ClO4)2, [MnL2](ClO4) and [MnL1](ClO4)2 have more effective ones against E. coli. 相似文献
