In this paper, we study the Noether-form invariance of nonholonomic mechanical controllable systems in phase space. Equations of motion of the controllable mechanical systems in phase space are presented. The definition and the criterion for this system are presented. Based on the Nagel-Schreckenberg (NaSch)
model of traffic flow, a modified cellular automaton (CA) traffic
model with the density-dependent randomization (abbreviated as the
DDR model) is proposed to simulate traffic flow. The fundamental
diagram obtained by simulation shows the ability of this modified
NaSch model to capture the essential features of traffic flow,
e.g., synchronized flow, metastable state, hysteresis and phase
separation at higher densities. Comparisons are made between this
DDR model and the NaSch model, also between this DDR model and the
VDR model. And the underlying mechanism is analyzed. All these
results indicate that the presented model is reasonable and more

A proposed procedure for determining the spectral values of the refractive index of spherical erythrocytes of human blood
is based on angular light scattering and the use (for one-time scattering) of a multiple regression equation. A theoretical
study of the stability of the relationship between the light scattering indicatrix and the refractive index of erythrocytes
toward possible variations of their microstructure parameters is performed in order to select the optimal angles. The precision
of the proposed method and its sensitivity to indicatrix measurement uncertainties are estimated.

Mass-filtered cobalt clusters with a size of 8 nm have been deposited in-situ under soft-landing conditions onto Au(111).
The spin and orbital moments of the Co nanoparticles on a Au (111) single crystal have been investigated as a function of
the temperature using the element-specific method of X-ray magnetic circular dichroism in photoabsorption. The results hint
at an temperature-dependent spin-reorientation transition which is discussed with respect to different contribution to the
magnetic anisotropy. Furthermore, by means of an in-situ oxidation experiment, the influence of an exposure to oxygen on the

We compare magnetism in two artificial lattice structures, a
quantum dot array formed in a two-dimensional electron gas and an optical lattice loaded with repulsive, contact-interacting
fermionic atoms. When the tunneling between the
lattice sites is strong, both lattices are non-magnetic. With reduced tunneling in the tight-binding limit, the shell-filling
of the single-site quantum wells combined with Hund's rule determines the
