研究了金属有机化学气相沉积设备生长条件对AlN 薄膜质量的影响. 应用Williamson-Hall方法测试并分析了不同氮化时间、AlN缓冲层生长时间、 载气流量生长参数对AlN薄膜的面内晶粒尺寸的影响. 实验结果表明, 随着氮化时间减小, 缓冲层生长时间增加, 载气流量减少, AlN薄膜的侧向生长和岛的合并能力增强, 面内晶粒尺寸增大, 从而晶体质量也变好.

We have carried out a high resolution X-ray study of the smectic phases of Butyloxybenzylidene Octylaniline. We find that the phase previously identified as Smectic-B in this material is crystalline with in-plane order extending over at least 1.4 μm. The in-plane Bragg peaks are accompanied by anomalously strong diffuse scattering that can be described by a form 1/(q 2⊥ + γ2 q 2 z). Unless the elastic constant C44 is more than an order of magnitude smaller than previously reported values of ~ 108 ergs/cm3 the diffuse scattering can not be due to acoustic phonons. The crystalline-B to Smectic-A melting transition is strongly first order with no observable pre-transition effects on either side of the transition. 相似文献

The vibrational spectra of monolayer assemblies of cadmium arachidate on smooth and rough silver substrates were obtained by surface infrared and surface plasmon enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The assemblies were laid down by the Langmuir-Blodgett deposition technique. For Raman scattering the intensity of the incident light was enhanced by grating coupling to surface plasmon optical modes of the metal or to localized plasmon modes in the case of rough surfaces. It was found that the different vibrational frequency regions corresponding, for example, to C-C and C-H stretching modes, were enhanced by selecting different scattering angles for collecting the inelastically scattered light. The Raman spectra of monolayer assemblies in contact with silver islands showed evidence of conformational disorder, i.e., the alkyl chains of some molecules were not in the all-trans configuration. In contrast, the infrared spectra did not show evidence of similar disorder. These observations were explained by assuming that the infrared photons sensed the majority undistorted molecular species, while the Raman photons came from a distorted minority species located in regions where optical electromagnetic fields were enhanced by shape plasmon resonances of the rough silver surface. 相似文献

Introduction
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) measures in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), particularly those measures associated with a specific white matter pathway, have consistently shown correlations with function. This study sought to investigate correlations between DTI measures in the fornix and common cognitive deficits in MS patients, including episodic memory, working memory and attention.Materials and Methods
Patients with MS and group age- and sex-matched controls underwent high-resolution diffusion scanning (1-mm isotropic voxels) and cognitive testing. Manually drawn forniceal regions of interest were applied to individual maps of tensor-derived measures, and mean values of transverse diffusivity (TD), mean diffusivity (MD), longitudinal diffusivity (LD) and fractional anisotropy (FA) were calculated.Results
In 40 patients with MS [mean age±S.D.= 42.55±9.1 years; Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS)=2.0±1.2; Multiple Sclerosis Functional Composite (MSFC) score=0.38±0.46] and 20 healthy controls (mean age±S.D.= 41.35±9.7 years; EDSS=0.0±0; MSFC score=0.74±0.24), we found that FA, MD and TD values in the fornix were significantly different between groups (P< .03), and patient performance on the Brief Visuospatial Memory Test-Revised (BVMT-R) was correlated with DTI measures (P< .03).Discussion
These results are consistent with findings of axonal degeneration in MS and support the use of DTI as an indicator of disease progression. 相似文献76.

A novel super-junction lateral double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor(SJ-LDMOS) with a partial lightly doped P pillar(PD) is proposed.Firstly,the reduction in the partial P pillar charges ensures the charge balance and suppresses the substrate-assisted depletion effect.Secondly,the new electric field peak produced by the P/P-junction modulates the surface electric field distribution.Both of these result in a high breakdown voltage(BV).In addition,due to the same conduction paths,the specific on-resistance(R on,sp) of the PD SJ-LDMOS is approximately identical to the conventional SJ-LDMOS.Simulation results indicate that the average value of the surface lateral electric field of the PD SJ-LDMOS reaches 20V/μm at a 15μm drift length,resulting in a BV of 300V. 相似文献

There have been reports of fake artesunate (ART), which has led to deaths from untreated malaria in South East Asia. To rapidly screen for fake and adulterated ART products in the drug market, a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) based on a colloidal gold–monoclonal antibody probe for detection of ART within samples was developed. With this method, the calibration curve for ART was determined by the intensity ratio of the test and control bands at various ART concentrations. The linearity range was 12.5–200 μg/ml of ART. Samples were tested by the developed LFIA and can be calculated for ART contents. The levels of ART in the samples were also confirmed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results of the two methods were in good conformance. The proposed LFIA was demonstrated to be a simple and rapid analytical method for detecting ART in the pharmaceutical formulation. 相似文献

Delaminations in structures may significantly reduce the stiffness and strength of the structures and may affect their vibration characteristics. As structural components, beams have been used for various purposes, in many of which beams are often subjected to axial loads and static end moments. In the present study, an analytical solution is developed to study the coupled bending-torsion vibration of a homogeneous beam with a single delamination subjected to axial loads and static end moments. Euler–Bernoulli beam theory and the "free mode" assumption in delamination vibration are adopted. This is the first study of the influences of static end moments upon the effects of delaminations on natural frequencies, critical buckling loads and critical moments for lateral instability. The results show that the effects of delamination on reducing natural frequencies, critical buckling load and critical moment for lateral instability are aggravated by the presence of static end moment. In turn, the effects of static end moments on vibration and instability characteristics are affected by the presence of delamination. The analytical results of this study can serve as a benchmark for finite element method and other numerical solutions. 相似文献

Two homologous series of λ-shaped chiral liquid crystal trimers composed of a laterally substituted benzylidene-aniline as the central core armed by two cholestryl ester moieties via odd-even alkyl spacer are synthesised. All the compounds are mesogenic exhibiting both chiral nematic (N*) and SmA phases except for trimers bearing long spacers (n = 9–10). A pronounced odd-even effect is observed on the phase transition temperatures and clearing enthalpies when the spacer length is varied in which the even-parity members show higher value. The widening of N* phase upon elongation of the alkyl spacer can be interpreted as a result of the destabilisation of SmA phase. Full recrystallisation from the cholesteric phase upon cooling is not observed for all the compounds bearing long spacer, especially oxydecanoyl spacer. Instead, the anisotropic fluid vitrified to form the cholesteric glassy state characteristic of polymer at low temperature. This finding is also evident from the polarising optical microscope whereby non-crystalline texture which resembles the Grandjean texture with various reflection colours is observed upon cooling to low temperature. The effect of the lateral substituents on the liquid-crystalline behaviour is also discussed. 相似文献
