A laser-plasma EUV source is described, which is going to be utilized for characterization of EUV optical components and sensoric devices in the wavelength region from 11 to 13 nm. EUV radiation is generated by focusing a Nd:YAG laser into a double stream gas puff target. By the use of different target gases, broadband as well as narrow-band EUV radiation can be obtained. The emission characteristics of the radiation is monitored by the help of different diagnostic tools including a pinhole camera, an EUV spectrometer, and various EUV photodiodes, either directly or after reflection from multilayer mirrors. Theoretical calculations of collision-induced energy transfer are given in order to explain the observed high degree of electronic excitation in the utilized target gases.  相似文献

介绍一种分光路二维剪切干涉光电检测系统。该系统实现了两正交方向(二维)同时进行检测与计算机自动化数据处理;采用了一系列消噪声措施和两图像相减等技术,使得波前重构中能较好地采用简单的数值积分方法;并得到了在士10μm的测量范围内,方差不超过0. 257μm和0. 05μm的灵敏度。利用该系统成功地对强激光腔镜变形过程实现了动态检测。  相似文献

The stationary and nonstationary rotating Navier-Stokes equations with mixed boundary conditions are investigated in this paper. The existence and uniqueness of the solutions are obtained by the Galerkin approximation method. Next, θ-scheme of operator splitting algorithm is applied to rotating Navier-Stokes equations and two subproblems are derived. Mid‐infrared ultrafast lasers have emerged as a promising platform for both science and industry because of their inherent high raw power and eye‐safe spectrum. 2D nanostructures such as graphene have emerged as promising photonic materials for laser mode‐locking to generate ultrashort pulses. However, there are still many unanswered questions about graphene's key advantages to be practical devices, especially over the matured semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM). In this work, we conducted systematic comparisons on the nonlinear optical properties of graphene and that of a commercial SESAM at 2 μm wavelength. Our results showed that graphene has significant advantages over the commercial SESAM, exhibiting ∼28% less absorptive cross‐section ratio of excited‐state to ground‐state and ∼50 times faster relaxation time. This implies that graphene can be exploited as a better mode‐locker than the current commercial SESAM for high power, high repetition rate and ultrafast mid‐infrared laser sources.  相似文献

The objective of this work is to investigate through the numeric simulation, the effects of the weakly viscoelastic flow within a rotating rectangular duct subject to a buoyancy force due to the heating of one of the walls of the duct. A direct velocity–pressure algorithm in primitive variables with a Neumann condition for the pressure is employed. The spatial discretization is made with finite central differences on a staggered grid. The pressure field is directly updated without any iteration. Numerical simulations were done for several Weissemberg numbers (We) and Grashof numbers (Gr) . The numerical results show that for high Weissemberg numbers (We>7.4 × 10?5) and for ducts with aspect ratio 2:1 and 8:1, the secondary flow is restabilized with a stretched double vortex configuration. It is also observed that when the Grashof number is increased (Gr>17 × 10?4) , the buoyancy force neutralizes the effects of the Coriolis force for ducts with aspect ratio 8:1. Thin viscous fluid film flows over rotating curvilinear surfaces are considered. The steady-state flow is studied for large and finite Ekman numbers. The possibility of obtaining a film of given thickness is considered. The wave formation on the surface of an inhomogeneous film and the development of nonlinear waves are also investigated. The film flow parameters in the cases of flow over a plane disk and a curvilinear surface are compared.  相似文献
