The sol-gel processing was applied to the fabrication of PbTiO3 fibers. Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O and Ti(OC3H 7 i )4 were refluxed with stirring in 2-methoxyethanol to form Pb-methoxyethoxide and Ti-methoxyethoxide, respectively, followed by mixing with stirring in 2-methoxyethanol to form Pb−Ti double alkoxide. The hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction of this double alkoxide gave polymerized products, and as a result the viscosity of the solution increased, suggesting that linear polymers were produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction. Homogeneous PbTiO3 gel fibers were drawn from the spinnable viscous solutions, which were wellcrystallized into perovskite type PbTiO3 at 650°C. The heat-treated fibers were a few centimeters long and from 10 to 100 μm in diameter. The fiber was made up of extremely uniform grains. Electron diffraction revealed a preferred growth of (101) planes along the fiber axis, which might be due to the linear molecular characteristics of the alkoxide.  相似文献

Gold nanoparticles modified with C10NH2, C12NH2, C16NH2 and C18NH2 respectively have been prepared by the reverse micelle method. Nanoparticles stability and their two-dimensional (2D) ordered arrangement were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra and LB technique. The factors, such as the chain length and the size distribution of particles, which affect the 2D ordered arrangement formation, are discussed. Experimental results show that the longer the chain length of surfactants capping the gold nanoparticles, the more stable the nanoparticles, and the more ordered 2D arrangement of gold nanoparticles.  相似文献

The enthalpy of oxidation of SrFe1-xCoxO3-d with x=0.33 and 0.67 has been determined by adiabatic calorimetry; average values for x=0.33 and 0.67 are -67±11 and -49.5±9 kJ (mol O2)-1. These data and the previously reported value for SrFeO3-d suggest that the enthalpy of oxidation for pure (perovskite-type) SrCoO3-d is close to zero. Earlier reported composition - partial pressure data for SrFe0.67Co0.33O3-d are reproduced when preferential oxidation of iron is assumed for low partial pressures of oxygen. A large specific surface area perovskite-type mixed oxide PbTiO3 supported cupric oxide was synthesized as a catalyst for NO decomposition and characterized by techniques such as XPS, XRD, H2-TPR before and after NO decomposition reactions. The catalytic properties were tested with a fix-bed micro-reactor. The results showed that the PbTiO3 was inactive for the reactions, but 1wt % Cu/PbTiO3 catalyst gave fairly good activities for NO decomposition at temperature as low as 473 K. Copper species were found well-dispersed but weakly interacted with the support before NO decomposition, and the NO decomposition caused significant change in the environment of the copper species, which became Cu(Ⅰ) and most probably incorporated into surface crystal lattice of the nano-sized PbTiO3. In NO reaction, a large amount of oxygen atoms from the decomposition of NO penetrated into the nano-sized PbTiO3 support and caused small expansion of crystal lattice. The transport of oxygen between the copper species and the catalyst support may be helpful to speed up the kinetic regeneration of active metal sites from oxygen occupancy and resulted in good catalytic performance.  相似文献

The oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) in a periodic regime over the SrMnO3 and its derivatives has been investigated. It has been established that partial replacement of the strontium ion by alkali metal ions leads to an increase in both catalytic activity and in selectivity with respect to higher hydrocarbons. Comparison of the results obtained in the present work with those obtained earlier for catalysts based on SrCoO3 led to the conclusion that the Co-containing catalysts were preferable to the Mn-containing catalysts for carrying out oxidative coupling of methane in a periodic regime.__________Translated from Teoreticheskaya i Éksperimentalnaya Khimiya, Vol. 41, No. 1, pp. 30–34, January–February, 2005.  相似文献

Exfoliated polystyrene (PS)/laponite nanocomposites were prepared successfully. The characteristic doo1 diffraction peak of organo-laponite disappeared in the XRD patterns of nanocomposites, indicating that the laponite layers were exfoliated and the ordered crystal structure of laponite was destroyed because of the styrene polymerization. TEM observations showed that the exfoliated laponite primary particles were dispersed randomly in the PS matrix with lateral dimensions from 1 nm to 10 rim. SEM results showed that the PS/laponite nanocomposite particles were almost monodispersed spheres with the size of about 120 rim. Because of the interaction between PS and laponite nanolayers, the nanocomposites exhibited higher thermal stability and glass transition temperature when compared to pure PS.  相似文献

We have prepared polycrystalline samples of Sr3YCo4O10.56, Sr2.4Ca0.6YCo4O10.54, and Sr3YCo3.76Mn0.24O10.59, and found that these materials show unusual impurity effects on their transport and magnetic properties. A tiny amount of impurities such as Mn or Ca suppresses room-temperature ferromagnetism of Sr3YCo4O10.56. With the suppression, their resistivities and thermopowers are also dramatically changed. We propose that the unusual impurity effects are caused by the suppression of orbital ordering.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) ordered structure was achieved by self-organization of monodisperse polystyrene latex about 250nm in diameter after being ambient dried. The stacked morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation. It is shown that the face-centered cubic(FCC) phase dominantly exists. This finding presents a potential template for preparing an inverse FCC structure as a photonic crystal of full band gap if the index contrast is higher than 2.8.  相似文献
