We present a new systematic method to compute the Riemann mapping from the outside of the unit disc to the outside of a simply connected domain. We derive explicit relations between the coefficients of the Riemann mapping and the generalized polarization tensors associated with the domain. Because the generalized polarization tensors can be computed numerically, we are able to compute the coefficients of the Riemann mapping using these relations. Over the past few years, considerable attention has been given to the role played by the Lamé9;s Wave Functions (LWFs) in various problems of mathematical physics and mechanics. The LWFs arise via the method of separation of variables for the wave equation in ellipsoidal coordinates. The present paper introduces the Lamé9;s Quaternionic Wave Functions (LQWFs), which extend the LWFs to a non‐commutative framework. We show that the theory of the LQWFs is determined by the Moisil‐Theodorescu type operator with quaternionic variable coefficients. As a result, we explain the connections between the solutions of the Lamé9;s wave equation, on one hand, and the quaternionic hyperholomorphic and anti‐hyperholomorphic functions on the other. We establish analogues of the basic integral formulas of complex analysis such as Borel‐Pompeiu9;s, Cauchy9;s, and so on, for this version of quaternionic function theory. We further obtain analogues of the boundary value properties of the LQWFs such as Sokhotski‐Plemelj formulae, the 9d51-918740b3921c/mma3376-math-0001.png">‐hyperholomorphic extension of a given Hölder function and on the square of the singular integral operator. We address all the text mentioned earlier and explore some basic facts of the arising quaternionic function theory. We conclude the paper showing that the spherical, prolate, and oblate spheroidal quaternionic wave functions can be generated as particular cases of the LQWFs. 对CYP2C9酶与S-Warfarin复合物的晶体结构进行分子对接、分子动力学模拟、通道分析及结合自由能计算,发现原晶体结构中的结合模式为"亚稳态",提出了CYP2C9与S-Warfarin结合的可催化模式;比较了CYP2C9与S-和R-Warfarin结合的异同,确定了在结合过程中起重要作用的锚定氨基酸残基,尤其是位于活性位点区域的苯丙氨酸簇.在结合过程中这些残基通过芳香环的移动对稳定底物的结合模式起到至关重要的作用,阐明了该酶呈现相关底物选择性的原因.对于CYP2C9与底物对接模式及立体选择性的研究有助于在分子层面上理解特异性底物与酶的结合特点,为潜在的药物设计提供了合理可信的理论依据. 相似文献

A simple, rapid, sensitive, and environmentally friendly method, based on modified dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography was developed for the simultaneous determination of five biogenic amines in fermented food samples. Biogenic amines were derivatized with 9‐fluorenylmethyl chloroformate, extracted by vortex‐assisted surfactant‐enhanced emulsification liquid–liquid microextraction, and then analyzed by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Five biogenic amine compounds were separated within 30 min using a C18 column and gradient elution with acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid. Factors influencing the derivatization and extraction efficiency such as type and volume of extraction solvent, type, and concentration of surfactant, pH, salt addition, and vortex time were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the method provided the enrichment factors in the range of 161–553. Good linearity was obtained from 0.002–0.5 mg/L for cadaverine and tyramine, 0.003–1 mg/L for tryptamine and histamine, and 0.005–1 mg/L for spermidine with coefficient of determination (R2) > 0.992. The limits of detection ranged from 0.0010 to 0.0026 mg/L. The proposed method was successfully applied to analysis of biogenic amines in fermented foods such as fermented fish (plaa‐som), wine and beer where good recoveries were obtained in the range of 83.2–112.5% 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the n-BuOH-soluble fraction of the aerial parts of Epimedium koreanum using the PCSK9 mRNA monitoring assay led to the identification of four previously undescribed acylated flavonoid glycosides and 18 known compounds. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by NMR, MS, and other chemical methods. All isolated compounds were tested for their inhibitory activity against PCSK9 mRNA expression in HepG2 cells. Of the isolates, compounds 6, 7, 10, 15, and 17–22 were found to significantly inhibit PCSK9 mRNA expression. In particular, compound 7 was shown to increase LDLR mRNA expression. Thus, compound 7 may potentially increase LDL uptake and lower cholesterol levels in the blood. 相似文献

We analyze the influence of surface heterogeneity, inducing a random ζ-potential at the walls in electroosmotic incompressible flows. Specifically, we focus on how surface heterogeneity modifies the physico-chemical processes (transport, chemical reaction, mixing) occurring in microchannel and microreactors. While the macroscopic short-time features associated with solute transport (e.g. chromatographic patterns) do not depend significantly on ζ-potential heterogeneity, spatial randomness in the surface ζ-potential modifies the spectral properties of the advection-diffusion operator, determining different long-term properties of transport/reaction phenomena compared to the homogeneous case. In this study, a phase-change memory device was fabricated and the origin of device failure mode was examined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) was used as the active phase-change material in the memory device and the active pore size was designed to be 0.5 9433207009518-si1.gif">m. After the programming signals of more than 2×106 cycles were repeatedly applied to the device, the high-resistance memory state (reset) could not be rewritten and the cell resistance was fixed at the low-resistance state (set). Based on TEM and EDS studies, Sb excess and Ge deficiency in the device operating region had a strong effect on device reliability, especially under endurance-demanding conditions. An abnormal segregation and oxidation of Ge also was observed in the region between the device operating and inactive peripheral regions. To guarantee an data endurability of more than 1×1010 cycles of PRAM, it is very important to develop phase-change materials with more stable compositions and to reduce the current required for programming. 相似文献
