本文基于在邻菲罗啉活化下,锰(Ⅱ)对高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的催化作用,建立了痕量锰的反相流动注射分析方法。方法的线性范围为0-50μg/L,检测下限为0.7μg/L锰(Ⅱ)。对20μg/L锰(Ⅱ)测定九次的相对标准偏差为1.8%,进样频率不少于60次/h。方法应用于水样和标准镁合金样品分析,结果满意。 相似文献

Reaction rates of alkene epoxidations, promoted by aqueous NaOCl and catalyzed by Mn(III)-tetrakis(2,6-dichlorophenyl)porphyrin chloride1 (P) in the presence of a lipophilic axial ligand (L) (e.g.N-hexylimidazole) and carried out under H2O/CH2Cl2 two phase conditions at 0°C, are strongly enhanced by lowering the pH of the aqueous phase from 12.7 to 9.5. Under these conditions, a further relevant increase in the reaction rates can be achieved by adding phase-transfer catalysts (PT), e.g. quaternary ammonium salt 3, lipophilic crown ether4 or cryptand5, provided that the amount of L is very small (L/P=1 for very reactive alkenes, e.g. cyclooctene, and 10 for poorly reactive ones, e.g. 1-dodecene). In the case of cyclooctene epoxidation, the use of 0.006–0.03 mol. equiv. of PT completes the reaction in 1–10 min., the initial rates being up to 600 turnovers/min. with (2.2.2,C10) cryptand. In the absence of the axial ligand, the quaternary ammonium salt3 and cryptand5 show an inhibitory effect. Such an effect is due to the formation of the poorly reactive Mn(P)CI species, by Cl– extraction to the organic phase. However, dibenzo crown ether 4 does not show this effect. In the presence of 4, and with L/P =1, the 1-dodecene epoxidation reaches 94% in 1 min. The unique behavior of crown ethers can be explained by their ineffectiveness in extracting alkali chlorides, providing a very low concentration of Cl– in the organic phase and thus avoiding the Mn(III)-porphyrin deactivation.This paper is dedicated to the memory of the late Dr C. The electronic conductivity of a particular metallic particles/semiconductor system, i.e. Ag particles in cesium-oxide thin film, has been studied. The experimental results show a transition from a polycrystalline semiconductor to metallic behavior as characterized by the conductivity-temperature curve (log bs 1/T), and a five order of magnitude increase in the room temperature value of the conductivity with surface Ag content increasing from an equivalent thickness of 2Å to 20Å. It was observed by TEM that the deposited Ag was mainly in the form of dispersed particles with the particle size varying from 20 to 200Å and their separations varying from hundreds to tens of angstroms over the Ag content range. These results can hardly be explained with the model of direct electron tunneling through the Schottky barrier at the Ag-particle/cesium-oxide interface. A microstructure model with two conduction layers is presented, and an analogy to the hopping conduction mechanism is proposed to explain the electronic conduction behavior. This model predicts that the attenuation length for electronic wavefunctions localized at Ag particles falls in the range 20–50Å. 相似文献

Thermal noise in Hg0.795Cd0.205Te detectors is estimated for large biasing fields at a lattice temperature of 77 K, by computing the correlation functions of the velocity fluctuations with the Monte Carlo technique. The noise temperature for current components transverse to the field is almost independent of the field, but that corresponding to the parallel component increases by a factor of about 1.3 at 50 V/cm and by a factor of 3.0 at 300V/cm. The thermal noise voltage for a detector of 85 resistance increases from 0.6nV/Hz1/2 at low biasing fields to about 3nV/Hz1/2 at a field of 300 V/cm. The noise power is also found to remain constant up to about 75 GHz, and it decreases thereafter by a factor of 0.25 for doubling of the frequency. 相似文献
