Summary Following our concept of rather new structural variations in the nitrogen region of morphine alkaloids we describe the first synthesis of N/C-10-bridged tertiary bases.

     

Chemical analysis of acidic silicon etch solutions: I. Titrimetric determination of HNO3, HF, and H2SiF6

The chemical etching of silicon using HF-HNO₃ mixtures is a widely used process in the processing of silicon wafers for microelectronic or photovoltaic applications. The control of the etch bath composition is the necessary condition for an effective bath utilization, for the replenishment of the consumed acids, and to maintain a certain etch rate. The present paper describes two methods for the total analysis of the individual etch bath constituents HF, HNO₃, and H₂SiF₆. Both methods start with an aqueous acid-base titration determining the total acid concentration and the concentration of H₂SiF₆. The first method is an acid-base titration using a 0.1 mol L⁻¹ methanolic solution of cyclohexylamine (CHA) as non-aqueous titrant to determine the content of nitric acid. Then, the amount of hydrofluoric acid is calculated from the difference between the total acid and nitric acid content. The second method is based on the determination of the total fluoride concentration using a fluoride ion-selective electrode (F-ISE). The content of hydrofluoric acid is obtained from the difference between the total fluoride content and the amount of fluoride bound as H₂SiF₆. The amount of nitric acid results finally calculated as difference to the total acid content.     

大环二萜类化合物的研究(Ⅳ)——Isosarcophytol—A前体化合物的合成

Isosarcophytol-A(1)是1982年首次从澳大利亚软珊瑚(Nephthea brassica)中分离鉴定的西松烷型(Cembrane)大环二萜类化合物,其结构为6,10,14-三甲基-3-异丙基-3E,5E,9E,13E-环十四碳四烯-1-醇,是Sarcophytol—A(2)的异构体,但有关1的生物活性试验和全合成研究尚未见报道.我们在前文报道了以低价钛诱导的分子内二羰基偶联为环化方法,完成了天然大环二萜类化合物Cembrene—C的全合成和Sarcophytol—A(2)苄醚衍生物(3)的合成.本文报道以天然法呢醇4为起始原料,经区域选择性氧化、羟醛缩合等六步反应,合成了1的前体化合物11.合成路线如下:     

Improvement of Dispersion and Release Properties of Nifedipine in Suppositories by Complexation with 2-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin

Geometries, electronic properties and NMR-shielding of cucurbit[5]uril, decamethylcucurbit[5]uril, cucurbit[6]uril, cucurbit[7]uril, and cucurbit[8]uril are investigated with DFT calculations. All molecules are highly symmetrical with a distinct geometric flexibility. In addition with a characteristic partial charge distribution these findings account for their chemical complex building ability.     

2，6－二氨基吡啶与苦基氯的反应历程研究

对２，６－二氨基吡啶与苦基氯的反应历程进行了研究。通过二氨基吡啶与几种多硝基卤代苯的反应、溶剂效应、ＮａＦ的促进作用和紫外光谱吸收，证实该反应属于芳香族亲核取代反应类型，按加成－消除历程进行，反应过渡态涉及一个Ｍｃｉｓｅｎｈｅｉｍｅｒ络合物。     

Novel optically active 1,3-aminoalcohols derived from D-glucal

A series of ethyl(phenyl) 6-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy--D-glucopyranosides (amino=piperidino (Pip), pyrrolidino (Pyr), azetidino (Az), Bu₂N) have been prepared from tri-O-acetyl-D-glucal to obtain catalysts for asymmetric synthesis and the starting compounds for the syntheses of other bidentate ligands.Published in Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 45–52, January, 2000.     

Synthesis and structure of novel derivatives of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine. An unusual product of intramolecular cycloaddition of 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbonitrile oxide

9-Methyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocino[4,5-c]isoxazole and 9-hydroxyimino-2-methyl-7-methylene-6, 7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocine have been prepared for the first time by the oxidation of 2--alkenylthio-3-thiophenecarbaldoximes with NaOCl. X-ray structural investigations of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine and 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbaldoxime have been carried out.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 2-Quinazolylguanidines in Heterocyclization Reactions. 2. Condensation with α,β-Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds

4,6,6-Trimethyl-1,4-dihydropyrimidines have been synthesized by condensation of 2-quinazolylguanidines with mesityl oxide. The analogous reaction with benzalacetone leads to unstable 4-methyl-6-phenyl-1,4-dihydropyrimidines, which are oxidized to the corresponding 4-methyl-6-phenylpyrimidines.     

Facile synthesis of 9-（N-amino-4-fluoromethyl-3-pyrrolidinyl）-2- fluoro-6-aminopurine from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline

A novel and simple procedure for synthesis of azanucleoside by Mitsunobu reaction between N-(p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl)- trans-4-hydroxy-D-proline methyl ester obtained from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline after six-step reaction and 2-fluoro-6-azidopurine is described,and azanucleoside is fluorinated by new fluridizer 2,2-difluoro-1,3-dimethylimidazolidine (DFI).All reactions could be carded out under mild condition.
