Time-dependent evolution process of Sb_2Te_3 from nanoplates to nanorods and their Raman scattering properties 下载免费PDF全文
High-quality Sb_2Te_3 nanostructures are synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. The morphologies of the nanostructures change from hexagonal nanoplates to nanorods with the extension of growth time. Secondary nucleation is the dominant factor responsible for the change of the morphologies. Structural analyses indicate that all the obtained nanostructures are well crystallized. IR-active phonons are mainly observed in the Raman spectra of the nanoplates and nanorods. The slight deviations are observed in the Raman modes between the nanoplates and nanorods, which could originate from confinement effect in the nanostructures. 相似文献

在水溶液中,Sb(Ⅲ)与四丁基溴化铵和碘化钾形成不溶于水的三元缔合物[SbI4][TBAB],此三元缔合物沉淀浮于盐水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相。当四丁基溴化铵和碘化钾的浓度分别为4.0×10-4mol/L和6.0×10-3mol/L时,在pH1.6的克拉克-鲁布斯缓冲溶液中,Sb()的浮选率达到100%。而Ce(Ⅲ)、Zr(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅵ)离子在该体系中不被浮选,实现了Sb(Ⅲ)与这些金属离子的定量分离。对合成水样中Sb(Ⅲ)的分离和测定,结果满意。该方法具有简便、快速等特点,在微量锑的分离和富集分析中有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) relativistic magnetosonic solitons in the negative-ion-rich plasma consisting of positive ions Ar+, negative ions SF6- and electrons are investigated in the presence of an applied magnetic field B0 and can be described by a Kadomtsev--Petviashvili (KP) equation in the weakly relativistic limit. The ratio of positive ion density to negative ion density has a marked influence on the amplitude Φm and width W of the steady-state KP soliton. The problem of nonlinear variable charge dust acoustic waves in a dusty plasma with trapped ions is revisited. The correct non-isothermal ion charging current is presented for the first time based on the orbit motion limited (OML) approach. Structure distortion, optical and electrical properties of ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb by so--gel spin coating 下载免费PDF全文
ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb with different concentrations and a fixed molar ratio of AlCl3 to SbCl3 at 1:2, are prepared by a sol--gel spin-coating method on glass annealed at 550 ℃ for 2 h in air. The x-ray diffraction results confirm that the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb are of wurtzite hexagonal ZnO with a very small distortion, and the biaxial stresses are 1.03×108, 3.26×108, 5.23×108, and 6.97×108 Pa, corresponding to those of the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb in concentrations of 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0 at% respectively. The optical properties reveal that the ZnO thin films co-doped with Al and Sb have obviously enhanced transmittance in the visible region. The electrical properties show that ZnO thin film co-doped with Al and Sb in a concentration of 1.5 at% has a lowest resistivity of 2.5Ω·cm. 相似文献

Mesoporous Si-MCM-41 molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally and different wt.% of Sb (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0) was loaded on it by wet impregnation method. The Sb/MCM-41 materials were characterized by various physico-chemical techniques such as XRD, TGA and TEM. The TEM image showed a honeycomb structure of the host material. They were used as catalytic templates for the growth of MWCNTs by CVD method with different temperatures at 700, 800, 900 and 1000 °C using acetylene as a carbon precursor. The reaction temperature was optimized for the better formation of MWCNTs and they were purified and then characterized by XRD, SEM, HR-TEM and Raman spectroscopy techniques. The formation of MWCNTs with diameter in the range of 4−6 nm was observed from HR-TEM. The good thermal stability and high productivity of catalyst observed in this study revealed that the 2 wt.% Sb loaded MCM-41 could be a promising support for the catalytic synthesis of MWCNTs at 800 °C by CVD method. 相似文献
