Structural Phase Transformations of ZnS Nanocrystalline Under High Pressure

In-situ energy dispersive x-ray diffraction on ZnS nanocrystalline was carried out under high pressure by using a diamond anvil cell. Phase transition of wurtzite of 10nm ZnS to rocksalt occurred at 16.0GPa, which was higher than that of the bulk materials. The structures of ZnS nanocrystalline at different pressures were built by using materials studio and the bulk modulus, and the pressure derivative of ZnS nanocrystalline were derived by fitting the equation of Birch-Murnaghan. The resulting modulus was higher than that of the corresponding bulk material, which indicates that the nanomaterial has higher hardness than its bulk materials.

碳化硅压腔和高压下的中子衍射

使用宝石级碳化硅晶体作为压砧材料，成功研制出了碳化硅压腔（MAC），并应用全景式MAC进行了高压下物质的中子衍射实验研究。结果表明，MAC是一种既能产生高的压力又具有大的高压样品室的装置，特别适合于高压下的中子衍射研究。     

Molecular dynamics of MgSiO3 perovskite melting

It is shown that the simulated equation of state of MgSiO3 perovskite is very successful in reproducing accurately the experimental data. The pressure dependence of the simulated melting temperature of MgSiO3 perovskite reproduces the stability of the orthorhombic perovskite phase up to high pressure of 130GPa at ambient temperature, consistent with the theoretical data of the other calculations. It is shown that its transformation to the cubic phase and melting at high pressure and high temperature are in agreement with recent experiments.     

考虑材料熔化潜热的高温高压本构

本文在修正的SCG模型基础上，提出了一种考虑了熔化潜热的高温高压本构.该本构所给出的铝的剪切模量的变化分为三个阶段：加工硬化，温度软化和熔化，并在完全熔化点处变为零.并且在前两个阶段，计算的结果与修正的SCG模型所给出的剪切模量的差别不超过4%，这一差别是在动高压实验误差范围之内的，在熔化区所给出的剪切模量与现有的实验数据相符合. 关键词： 剪切模量 熔化潜热 修正的SCG模型 动高压实验     

LaB6在低压强氮气和氦气中的放电特性

 研究了LaB₆在1~10 Pa氮气和氦气中的直流和脉冲放电特性以及放电过程对电极的影响。结果表明，电极直径为5 mm的LaB6氦气放电管在脉冲工作状态下可以长期稳定放电。在脉冲电压为2.2 kV、脉冲宽度10 ms、频率13.3 Hz下，脉冲峰值放电电流超过120 A。氦气放电管在放电过程中，阴极表面有离子的清洗和活化作用，可以使电极的表面逸出功降低，提高放电管的发射能力和稳定性。LaB₆作为气体放电电极具有寿命长、延迟时间短、放电电流大等优点，可用于重复强流脉冲气体放电的高压高速开关器件。     

新颖的PPLN电光开关

在分析基于级联二阶非线性效应的准相位匹配周期极化铌酸锂(PPLN)波导全光波长变换器的有关参量容限的基础上,提出PPLN波长变换器的电光调控设想,并给予简要论证,论证结果是可行的,从而可实施电控调谐来自动补偿其失配,进而也可实现光开关的功能 关键词： 准相位匹配 周期极化铌酸锂 波长变换 光开关 电光效应调控     

Cd-Sn(0.2)-Zn三元合金高压相图的测定

 为了验证三元合金高压相图的计算结果，本文采用高压DTA方法，测定了Cd-Sn-Zn三元系中x_Sn=20 at.%截面的高压垂直截面相图，实验压力为0、0.5、1.0、1.5 GPa。测得的常压相图（p=0 GPa）中其液相线与H. J. Bray的实验结果完全相符，所得高压相图与常压相图比较，在p=1.5 GPa时低共晶点上移了大约35 K，共析组成向富锌端移动了大约8%。
