回顾了铁电体问世以来,在军事,工业和科研应用领域的发展,着重介绍了目前国际,国内在高技术领域研究和应用趋势,特别在粒子加速器领域。铁电体作为高品质新型脉冲强流电子束源,展示的一系列独特优点,正受到高功率粒子加速器界和阴极电子学界的关注。近几年,随着高功率微波技术的发展,人们利用铁电体的高重复率激励能力,研制出一种触发可靠的高重复率,超低抖动(约70ps)的先进开关,这种开关将能满足超宽带(UWB)及高功率瞬变阵列等技术的精密要求。对铁电体这种新型功能材料的探索和开发应用将会给当代高技术的诸多方面注入新的活力,获得使用传统技术不可能达到的新进展。 相似文献

An efficient high power long wave infrared laser based on ZnGeP2 optical parametric oscillator pumped by a 2.09μm Tm:YLF/Ho:YAG laser at 10KHz pulse repetition rate is reported. The pump to idler conversion efficiency is 8% at 15.6W Ho pump power level and a quantum efficiency of 31% when the 1idler wavelength is tuned at 8.08μm. The wavelength tuning range from 8-9.1μm is also achieved by rotating the ZGP crystal. 相似文献

A conductively cooled, laser diode (LD) end-pumped, injection-seeded single frequency Nd:YAG laser is designed and impleinented. The laser utilizes Nd:YAG rod as gain medium and compact dual-endpumping arrangement using two fiber-coupled LDs with a maximum output of 150 W. The optimized ramp-fire technique is applied to build reliable single longitudinal mode oscillating. The laser is capable of producing a 10-raJ Q-switched pulse with 13-ns pulse width at 1064 nm at a pulse repetition rate of 250 Hz. The output beam qualities M2 of approximately 1.19 and 1.22 in horizontal and vertical directions are detected, respectively. 相似文献

We present a novel high-energy, single-mode, all-fiber-based master-oscillator-power-amplifier (MOPA) laser system operating in the C-band with 3.3-ns pulses and a very widely tunable repetition rate, ranging from 30 kHz to 50 MHz. The laser with a maximum pulse energy of 25 μJ and a repetition rate of 30 kHz is obtained at a wavelength of 1548 nm by using a double-clad, single-mode, Er:Yb co-doped fiber power amolifier. 相似文献

A compact Er:fiber ring laser operated at a fundamental repetition rate of 325 MHz is reported.Two gain fibers with opposite dispersion are employed to shorten the fiber laser cavity for high repetition rate and soliton-like pulse generation without losing gain and compactness.The spectral bandwidth of the output pulse is 24 nm and the direct pulse duration is 123 fs without extra-cavity compression,which are values near the transform-limited range. 相似文献

为研究电磁脉冲串重复率变化对数字通信电台阻塞效应的影响,以某型数字通信电台为受试对象,通过电磁脉冲注入试验,研究了受试电台误码率随电磁脉冲串幅度、重复率的变化规律。结果表明,重复率在50 Hz及其以下时,同一脉冲重复率下,随着脉冲幅度的增大,受试电台误码率随之增大,在达到敏感度判据标准后趋于稳定。不同脉冲重复率下,电磁脉冲重复率与受试电台敏感误码率之间存在线性关系,电磁脉冲重复率越高,受试电台测得的误码率越大,且受试电台误码率达到敏感误码率标准时,脉冲幅值在允许的实验误差内基本相同,通过分析可推测,脉冲重复率在414 Hz以下时,电台的阻塞效应属于单脉冲阻塞效应的累加,只有达到一定重复率后脉冲作用才会出现重叠,此时的敏感电压值会随着重复率的增大而减小。 相似文献

被动调Q晶体Cr∶YAG对激光器的性能起着重要的作用。对Cr∶YAG被动调Q Nd∶YAG激光器进行了实验研究。着重研究了抽运功率、腔长、输出镜透过率以及初始透过率等因素对激光输出脉冲序列的重复率、脉冲宽度以及输出功率的影响。实验结果表明,抽运功率是影响重复率的最大因素,抽运功率的增大可以提高重复率,并减小脉冲宽度;它对腔长的影响效果刚好相反;存在一个可使输出功率最大的最佳输出镜透过率;不同的初始透过率对输出有一定的影响。分析表明被动调Q技术适用于DPL。 相似文献

We have developed a two-stage Ti:sapphire amplifier system which can produce 17- TW/23-fs pulses at a repetition rate 10Hz. A birefringent plate is used in the regenerative amplifier to alleviate gain narrowing, while an all- reflective cylindrical-mirror-based pulse stretcher and an acousto-optic programmable dispersive filter (AOPDF) are used to compensate for the higher order dispersion of the system. 相似文献
