The First Total Synthesis of Triprenylquinone and Hydroquinones

Marine natural products have received much attention for their attractive structural features and biological activities1. Since the isolation of the moritoside, about 10 related triprenylquinones and hydroquinones were isolated. Large Enhancement of Optical Nonlinearities of New Organophosphorus Fullerene Derivative

Optical nonlinearities of new organophosphorus fullerene derivative were determined by the Z-scan method with a pulsed Q-switch Nd:YAG laser at 532nm. The experimental results demonstrated that the derivative has much larger excited-states nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refraction than C60. A five-level model was utilized to fit the experimental data, and a good agreement is reached. Some parameters such as excited-state absorption cross and refraction cross were obtained. To our knowledge, the excited-state cross section of new organophosphorus fullerene derivative and its effective ratio to the ground-state cross section are the largest values among the fullerene derivatives reported to date.

Soluble Polymer—supported Synthesis of Indoles via Palladium—mediated Heteroannulation of Terminal Alkynes with o—Iodoanilines

A soluble polymer-supported synthesis of indoles via palladium-mediated heteroannulation of terminal alkynes with o-iodoanilines has been described. The protocol provides a useful tool for constructing combinatorial indole libraries.     

Br^—2,Cl^—2.诱导氧化磷酰化甲硫氨酸水溶液的脉冲辐解研究

采用脉冲辐解动态吸收光谱法研究了Ｂｒ＾－２和Ｃｌ＾－２自由在诱导氧化Ｎ－二异丙基磷酰化甲硫氨酸（ＮＤＭ）水溶液的过程，结果表明：Ｂｒ＾－２和Ｃｌ＾－２进攻ＮＤＭ中的硫原子形成含硫三电子键ＮＤＭ（Ｓ∴Ｘ）（Ｘ＝Ｂｒ，Ｃｌ）它们分别在４００ｎｍ和３９０ｎｍ处有最大吸收峰，形成和衰变均呈一级反应，测定了不同条件下氧化反应的速率常数，推导了反应机理，并从分子结构观点与甲硫氨酸水溶液的Ｂｒ＾－２．Ｃｌ＾－２     

新型富勒烯衍生物的光限幅研究

应用倍频Ｎｄ∶ＹＡＧ脉冲激光，在波长为５３２ｎｍ、脉冲宽度分别为８ｎｓ和２３ｐｓ的条件下，研究了新型富勒氮烯乙酰氨衍生物（Ｎ－ａｃｅｔａｍｉｄｅ１，２－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏ－１，２－ａｚａ－ｆｕｌｅｒｅｎｅ［６０］）的反饱和吸收与光限幅特性。实验结果表明，同脉宽为纳秒的激发脉冲相比，富勒烯乙酰氨衍生物对脉宽为皮秒的脉冲限幅效果比较好。
