Rapid,simple and selective determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol by molecularly imprinted spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection

A rapid, simple and selective method based on molecularly imprinted, spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection was successfully established for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples. The 2,4-dinitrophenol imprinted polymers exhibited highly selective recognition for the template molecule and the maximum adsorption capacity was 138.9 mg/g. The results indicated that when water is used as the loading solution, only 2,4-dinitrophenol could be adsorbed on the spin column without the remaining structural analogs（2-nitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol and phenol）. After eluting with acetonitrile/acetic acid（9/1, v/v）, 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples could be determined by using the fluorescence spectrometer, based on the fluorescence enhancement of fluorescein by the template molecule. Under the optimal conditions, the spiked recovery ranged from 95.8% to 103.4% and the detection limit was 1 nmol/L. The results confirmed the reliability and practicality of the protocol and revealed a good perspective of this method for biological sample analysis.     

Synthesis and thermal properties of novel calix[4]arene derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety via K2CO3-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction

Two calix[4]arene derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety were synthesized via K2CO3-catalyzed1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between calix[4]arene-based azide and active methylene compounds in good yields.The structures of the two compounds synthesized herein were fully confirmed by 1HNMR,,（13）C NMR,and MS（ESI）.The thermal analysis showed that the mass losses of the synthesized compounds 4 and 5 containing 1,2,3-triazole groups are similar to each other.     

Asymmetric catalytic anhydride openings via carbon-based nucleophiles

The asymmetric desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides via the addition of carbon-based nucleophiles has been the focus of considerable levels of interest because it leads to optically active products. Over the past 20 years, a variety of different catalytic asymmetric alkylation reactions have been developed for the desymmetrization of cyclic anhydrides using different metal reagents as nucleophiles and using chiral ligands. Lipase-catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation between α,β-unsaturated aldehydes and active methylene compounds

A simple and efficient Knoevenagel condensation between a b-unsaturated aldehydes and active methylene compounds is reported.Notably,this condensation can be catalyzed by PPL(lipase from porcine pancreas) with satisfied yields(49%–92%).Moreover,PPL induces moderate Z/E selectivity in the Knoevenagel condensation.     

Nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of alkynyl bromides with Grignard reagents

We describe a convenient method for the synthesis of 1,2-disubstituted acetylenes via a cross-coupling reaction of （bromoethynyl）benzene with Grignard reagents. The reaction of （bromoethynyl）benzene （1 mmol） with Grignard reagent （1.3 mmol） mediated by NiCl2 （4 mol%） and （p-CH3Ph）3P （8 mol%） in THF could produce 1,2-disubstituted acetylenes in good yields at room temperature.     

Synergistic effect of W and P on ZSM-5 and its catalytic performance in the cracking of heavy oil

In order to develop the conversion of heavy oil with a high yield of propylene in the catalytic cracking process, ZSM-5 zeolite was modified by tungsten and phosphorus, which was proved to be an effective method. Characterization results show that the improvement of catalytic performance could be correlated to the interaction of phosphorus and tungsten species on ZSM-5. P inhibited the aggregation of tungsten species on ZSM-5 and was conductive to convert the tungsten species with octahedral coordination into tetrahedral coordination. And this ultimately led to that more acid sites were reserved after hydrothermal treatment in the tungsten and phosphorus co-modified ZSM-5 catalyst. Phosphorus species played an important role to restrain the dehydrogenation activity of tungsten. In addition, a model reflecting the interaction between tungsten species and ZSM-5 framework was proposed.     

纤维素负载金属催化剂研究进展

高分子负载金属催化剂由于催化活性好、稳定性高、反应后容易和产物分离、易于从反应体系中分离回收和重复使用等原因,近年来成为了人们的研究热点之一。纤维素是自然界中储量最丰富的天然高分子,其在大多数有机溶剂中稳定,且其比表面积大,结构中含有大量羟基,可参与许多反应。本文以自然界中储量丰富、无毒、可降解、可再生的天然高分子纤维素为载体,按照纤维素负载金属催化剂制备方式的不同,综述了纤维素负载Pd、Ag、Au、Cu等金属催化剂的制备及其在有机反应中的应用。

报告了学生以碘体系的自由能—氧化数图为例,对钒体系的自由能—氧化数图的绘制和讨论,并进而探讨金属和非金属变价元素体系自由能—电极电势关系的一般规律的教学案例。通过对这一教学环节的实证分析,证明这种范例教学法的实施,能够使学生快速有效地掌握基础知识,提高学习兴趣,达到事半功倍的教学效果。     

Effect of the graphitic degree of carbon supports on the catalytic performance of ammonia synthesis over Ba-Ru-K/HSGC catalyst

A series of high surface area graphitic carbon materials （HSGCs） were prepared by ball-milling method. Effect of the graphitic degree of HSGCs on the catalytic performance of Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x （x is the ball-milling time in hour） catalysts was studied using ammonia synthesis as a probe reaction. The graphitic degree and pore structure of HSGC-x supports could be successfully tuned via the variation of ball-milling time. Ru nanoparticles of different Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x catalysts are homogeneously distributed on the supports with the particle sizes ranging from 1.6 to 2.0 nm. The graphitic degree of the support is closely related to its facile electron transfer capability and so plays an important role in improving the intrinsic catalytic performance of Ba-Ru-K/HSGC-x catalyst.
