在本文提供的条件下，镉的原子捕集灵敏度较常规法高81倍，再考虑到离子交换法的浓缩倍数至少可达40倍，因此可使镉的测定灵敏度至少提高3240倍，从而成功地测定了水中ppt级的超痕量镉。

电机工程中一类非线性振动方程的渐近分布

本文采用文［１］中提出的修正的Крылов－Боголюбов方法，研究电机工程中一类非线性振动方程，定量地给出了存在极限环的参数范围以及极限环的振幅，并判定该极限环是不稳定的，这些结果与已知的定性分析结果完全一致，从而进一步证实了上述渐近方法的有效性。

讨论了微分方程组 dx/dt=-y(1 -ax2 n) +bx-cx2 n+ 1,dy/dt=x(1 -ax2 n) ,并且给出了其极限环存在唯一的条件 .     

Structural Phase Transformations of ZnS Nanocrystalline Under High Pressure

In-situ energy dispersive x-ray diffraction on ZnS nanocrystalline was carried out under high pressure by using a diamond anvil cell. Phase transition of wurtzite of 10nm ZnS to rocksalt occurred at 16.0GPa, which was higher than that of the bulk materials. The structures of ZnS nanocrystalline at different pressures were built by using materials studio and the bulk modulus, and the pressure derivative of ZnS nanocrystalline were derived by fitting the equation of Birch-Murnaghan. The resulting modulus was higher than that of the corresponding bulk material, which indicates that the nanomaterial has higher hardness than its bulk materials.     

掠入射X射线衍射研究Si覆盖层对Ge/Si量子点微结构的影响

利用掠入射X射线衍射和常规X射线衍射研究了Si(001)上的Ge量子点在不同厚度的Si覆盖层下微结构的变化,同时用AFM研究了其形貌变化.实验结果表明在小的覆盖度下,量子点中组分的变化已十分明显,同时量子点的形状也发生了明显的变化.     

High-Density Read-Only Memory Disc with Ag11In12Sb51Te26 Super-Resolution Mask Layer

A novel read-only memory (ROM) disc with an Ag11ln12Sb51Te26 super-resolution mask layer is proposed and investigated for the first time to our knowledge. The carrier-to-noise ratio of more than 40 dB could be obtained from small pits (380nm), which are below the readout resolution limit (400nm), in our dynamic setup with a wavelength of 632.8 nm and numerical aperture of 0.40. Dependences of carrier-to-noise ratio on readout power,readout velocity and film thickness are studied. The results show that the optimum film thickness is 20-50nm and the corresponding carrier-to-noise ratio is more than 40dB at readout power of 4mW and readout velocity of 2m/s in our experiment. The super-resolution readout mechanism for this ROM disc is also discussed.
