A New Sesquiterpene Polyol Ester from Celastrus Angulatus

A new sesquiterpene polyol ester, angulatin D, has been isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus. The chemical structure is elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.

中国土维螨属一新种记述（蜱螨亚纲：真螨目）

本文记述作者从江西省南昌市芋头中采得的粉螨科Acaridae土维螨属Schwieben一新种，江西土维螨，Schwiebea jiangxiensis sp.nov.     

腐霉属真菌分类研究进展

腐霉属(Pythium Pringsheim)是1858年由Pringsheim创建的.目前世界上承认的腐霉有140余种,其中我国已报道的有58种.本文从腐霉属的建立、分类地位的变化、种类资源、分类性状的评价及其分类研究的新技术方法等方面,对腐霉的分类学研究进展进行了综述.     

Two new coumarin glucosides biosynthesized by transgenic hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum

The glycosylation of hydroxylcoumarin was investigated by using suspension cultures of hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum. Two new coumarin glucosides （3 and 4） were biosysthesized by regioselectively glycosylation of corresponding substrates （1 and 2） in the system. The structures of two products were identified as 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and 7- hydroxy-3,4-dimethylcoumarin 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on the ground of chemical and spectroscopic methods, respectively. 2007 Rong Min Yu. New Eudesmane and Eremophilane Derivatives from Laggera Alata

From the aerial part of Laggera alata,a novel erenophilanoid(1)as well as two new eudesmanoids(2-3)were isolated.Their structures were elucidated by 2D-NMR technique and Xray diffraction studies.The cytotoxic activities of these sesquiterpenes were also investigated.     

新疆女娄菜属（石竹科）植物分类研究及生态地理分布

Melandrium Roehl.中国有30余种.1980年出版的“新疆植物检索表”第二册收载了3种,“新疆植物名录”中收载了8种,“中国高等植物图鉴补编”(1:319,1982)收载了9种,作者把这一类群并入蝇子草属Silene L内,本文在对Melandrium和Silene两属的分类研究上做了形态学、孢粉学以及数值定量分析等方面的工作,认为把Melandrium并入Silene中欠妥(这一问题在另一篇文章中已讨论)。故仍持把这两个属分立对待的观点。本文按现行新疆维吾尔自治区的行政范围进行整理研究,共收载11种,其中发现全国分布新记录1种——M.tenellum Tolm.新疆分布新记录1种——M.noctiflo-rum(L.)Fries。本文阐明了新疆境内女娄菜属植物的生态、地理分布特点。指出新疆境内本属植物的区系地理成分主要是亚洲中部的草原和山地成分。     

Two New Triterpenoid Glycosides from Elsholtzia bodinieri Nan′t

Two new triperpenoid glycosides, hederagenion-3-O-β-xylopyranoside(1),dodecandral 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (2), were isolated from Elsholtzia bodinieri Van′t. The structures of 1 and 2 were established by spectroscopic and chemical methods.     

Biphenyl Ferulate from Glehnia littoralis

From the underground parts of Glehnia littoralis Fr.Schmidt ex Miquel (Umbelliferae), a new compound named glehnilate was obtained. Its structure was determined by analysis of its spectral data.     

显脉香茶菜素的晶体结构及其抗癌活性区的电子结构研究

显脉香茶菜素是从抗癌中草药,显脉叶香茶菜中,提取出来的一种具有抗癌活性的化合物.由X射线衍射测定结果可知,其晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P2~12~12~1,a=0.7629(2),b=0.9557(4),c=2.6473(9)nm,z=4 .晶体结构表明,分子中含有部分共轭的α-亚甲基环戊酮的五元环,该五元环具有较大的内应力,是一个抗癌活性区.由量子化学计算结果可知.抗癌活性区的LUMO是πMO,能级较高,容易接受电子参与反应,因此,该分子是亲电型的.
