中国苔鲜植物─新记录种──日本褶萼苔

本文报导了在我国山东崂山发现的中国苔鲜植物一新记录种──日本褶萼苔（ＰｔｙｃｈｏｃｏｌｅｕｓｎｉｐｐｏｎｉｃｕｓＨａｔｔ．）反映了崂山苔藓与日本的关系．     

Preparation of the Ag2O2-PbO2 Modified Electrode and Its Application towards Escherichia coli Fast Counting in Water

A novel nano crystalline Ag2O2-PbO2 film chemically modified electrode (CME) was prepared and the CME was characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and atomic focrce microscope (AFM). By chronoamperometry, the nano Ag2O2-PbO2 CME was used as bioelectrochemical sensor to determine the population of Escherichia coli (E.coli) in water. Compared with conventional methods, it is found that the technique we used is fast and convenient in counting E.coil     

CO在负载型Ru、Co和Ru－Co金属簇催化剂上的脱附及表面加H_2反应

担载于Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３和ＺｒＯ＿２上的三种金属羰基络合物在Ｈｅ气中进行程序升温分解（ＴＰＤＥ）时，其羰基发生表面歧化反应生成ＣＯ＿２能力的次序为ＮａＲｕＣｏ＿３（ＣＯ）＿（１２）＞＞Ｒｕ＿３（ＣＯ）＿（１２）＞＞Ｃ＿３Ｈ＿７ＣＣｏ＿３（ＣＯ）＿９。吸附于担载Ｒｕ＿３和Ｃｏ＿３上的ＣＯ在Ｈｅ气中进行程序升温脱附（ＴＰＤ）时发生表面歧化反应生成ＣＯ＿２。在Ｈ＿２气中，吸附于担载Ｒｕ＿３上的ＣＯ力Ｈ＿２生成ＣＨ＿４，吸附于担载Ｃｏ＿３上的ＣＯ却生成Ｃｏ＿２，在担载ＲｕＣｏ＿３上的ＣＯ几乎完全力Ｈ＿２生成ＣＨ＿４。以ＺｒＯ＿２为载体的Ｒｕ＿３、Ｃｏ＿３和ＲｕＣｏ＿３催化剂上的ＣＯ吸附和反应能力均大于以Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３为载体者。吸附于以ＺｒＯ＿２为载体的ＲｕＣｏ＿３催化剂上的ＣＯ在ＴＰＤ和ＩＲ谱上并不显示ＣＯ物种的存在，分析了Ｃ＿（ａｄｓ）和Ｏ＿（ａｄｓ）物种存在的原因。根据实验结果还讨论了金属、载体对催化性能的影响和表面反应机理。     

Cucurbitacin and Triterpenoid Glycosides from Hemsleya giganthy

From rhizomes of Hemsleya giganthy collected in Shichuan of China,16 compounds were isolated.Among them,three compounds (8,9,15)are new natural products called Hemslecins G;Hemsgiganosides A and B;respectively.Their structures were elucidated as 7-hydroxy-23,24-dihydro-cucurbitacin F-25-O-acetate(8);3-O-(6‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘-butyl ester-)-β-D-glu-curono-pyranosyl)-oleanolic acid-28-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(9);3-O-β-D-glucuropyranosyl oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-gluco pyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15)by spectroscopic and chemical means.     

不同温度下选择性合成硫氰酸亚铜与硫化亚铜微晶

Hexagonal CuSCN and cubic Cu₂S micro-scale crystallites have been selectively fabricated using CuCl₂·2H₂O and KSCN as the starting materials at 30 ℃ and 220 ℃, respectively. The results reveal that the reaction temperature plays a key role in obtaining pure phase of CuSCN and Cu₂S crystallites. Nearly monodispersed Cu₂S nanocrystals were prepared by introducing surfactant into reaction system. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed.     

Microcalorimetric Studies on Gene Promoter Function of Cloned DNA Fragements from Halobacterium halobium J7 Plasmid pHH205 in Escherichia coli TG1

Halobacterium halobium is a typical kind of extremely halophilic bacterium. Combined with the antibiotic resistance assay, the microcalorimetric method was used to study the promoter function of the cloned DNA fragments from Halobacterium halobium J7 plasmid pHH205 in Escherichia coli TG1. The promoter probe vector, plasmid pKK232-8, was used to form the recombinants. The DNA fragment, which is the promoter for the chloramphenicol acetyl transferase （CAT） gene in plasmid pKK232-8, is about 800 bp, and the chloramphenicol resistance level presented by IC50 is about 200 μg·mL^-1, which suggests a high promoter activity. The conclusions show that there probably exist double-function or trinary-function gene promoters in Halobacterium halobium, and Archaea may contain rich genetic resources.     

A New Compound from the Root of Salvia przewalskii Maxim

Neo-przewaquinone A was isolated from the root of Salvia przewalskii Maxim. The structure elucidation and ^1H, ^13C NMR assignments were achieved by spectroscopic method.     

1-β-D-呋喃核糖基-1,2,4-三唑-3-酰胺铂配合物的合成研究

cis-[Pt(DMSO)₂Cl₂], K[Pt(DMSO)Cl₃]分别与两摩尔1-β-D-呋喃核糖基-1,2,4-三唑-3-酰胺(Ribavirin)进行络合反应, 制得了高收率的二配位铂配合物; 讨论了不同摩尔的1-β-D-呋喃核糖基-1,2,4-三唑-3-酰胺与cis-[Pt(DMSO)₂Cl₂]和K[Pt(DMSO)Cl₃]进行络合反应的结果; 对[Pt (N⁴,N⁷-Ribavirin)(DMSO)Cl]配合物(1)的X衍射晶体结构进行了测定.
