压电陶瓷压电特性的激光调制法测量研究

介绍可测量压电陶瓷压电特性的激光干涉调制测量方法.采用相干检测原理对信号进行提取,不仅可以抑制噪声对干涉信号的影响,而且还可以大大降低光电探测器和电路的1/f噪声.与通常干涉仪测量方法相比,这种方法具有测量灵敏度高等优点.利用该方法对压电陶瓷压电特性进行了测量,讨论了激励电压信号的频率、幅度对压电陶瓷压电常数d₃₁的影响,并对其压电迟滞曲线进行了测量.     

CCD相机调制传递函数测试软件的研制

数学傅立叶分析法是测量调制传递函数常用的一种方法，为了迅速地给出采用该方法进行调制传递函数测试的结果，针对刀口扫描测试CCD相机调制传递函数的测试系统研制了测试软件。软件可读入CCD相机摄取的数字图像文件，对数据进行消噪声处理，并自动识别刀口位置，选择合适区域计算出相机的调制传递函数。软件采用VC语言编制，结果以列表和曲线两种形式输出，用户界面良好，使用方便。利用该软件得到的测试结果与俄罗斯软件的计算结果吻合较好。     

不锈钢过滤材料过滤特性

不锈钢过滤材料是采用多层金属编织丝网为原料，通过特殊的叠层设计、复合压制和真空（或保护气氛）烧结等工艺制备而成的一种新型多孔结构与功能材料。通过高温扩散烧结固定网孔的多层滤网，主要由保护层、阻挡过滤层和强度支撑层3部分组成，一般的典型结构为3-6层。烧结金属丝网和金属微孔膜不仅能够获得过滤精度高、可靠性好、工艺过程稳定的效果，而且具有承压强度高、操作压降小、耐腐蚀、适于进行反冲洗操作的特点，是一种非常理想的不锈钢高效过滤材料，综合特性明显优于高效玻璃纤维滤纸和滤膜材料。这里用扫描迁移粒径分析系统，用混合标准粒子和DOP多分散气溶胶对5μm不锈钢烧结丝网和0．5，0.3μm不锈钢过滤膜材料进行了过滤特性研究。     

激光水下偏振特性用于目标图像探测

利用激光水下偏振特性获得偏振差分图像(PDI),并运用PDI技术,从理论和实验上对水下目标探测进行了研究.介绍了PDI基本概念和实验系统原理,然后比较分析了不同条件下普通图像与PDI在辨别目标距离及其纹理上的差别和PDI中背景偏振光的影响,得出利用目标和背景偏振光的差异区分二者,从而提高探测距离的结论,并取得了较好的效果.在此基础上提出了通过处理有关PDI偏振参量来进一步辨别目标与背景的设想.     

Optical spectra and Exciton State in Vertically Stacked Self—Assembled Quantum Discs

We study the oscillator strengths of the optical transitions of the vertically stacked self-assembled InAs quantum discs.The oscillator strengths change evidently when the two quantum discs are far apart from each other.A vertically applied electric field affects the oscillator strengths severely.while the oscillator strengths change slowly as the radius of one disc increases.We also studied the excitonic energy of the system.including the Coulomb interaction.The excitonic energy increases with the increasing radius of one disc.but decreases as a vertically applied electric field increases.     

Measure Synchronization of High-Cycle Islets in Coupled Hamiltonian Systems

Measure synchronization is a new phenomenon found in coupled Hamiltonian systems recently and it is interesting to understand its properties comprehensively. We discuss the measure synchronization of a coupled pair of standard maps in high period quasi-period orbits, and the measure synchronization transition is associated with the transition of coupled systems from quasi-periodicity to chaos. This behaviour is very different from that found by Hampton and Zanette [Phys. Rev. Lett. 83 (1999) 2179].     

频谱测量中的边带噪声误差估测

将频谱测量中的误差分为两大类，即被测信号的误差和频谱仪本身的误差。图1为仪器输入信号Vin中包含的噪声Vn和信号Vs的频谱，则瞬时噪声Vn=Vin-Vs,在频域上关于信号工对称。笋析证明边带噪声是由幅度噪声和相位噪声组成，并用小信号调制理论来描述，     

调制不稳定性对级联放大光纤传输系统信噪比的影响

在考虑光纤损耗和级联放大器的情况下，推导了调制不稳定性的产生条件和增益的普适解析表达式，分析了调制不稳定性对信噪比的影响，给出了一个新的计算信噪比的表达式。     

Modulation Frequency Multiplexed Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy System for Simultaneous CO, CO2 Measurements

A modulation frequency multiplexed dual diode-laser system is developed for simultaneous detection of the two most common fire gas products CO and CO2. Simultaneous detection is achieved by modulating each laser at different frequencies, demodulating the signal by a pair of lock-in amplifiers for each gas. Laser beams are combined and detected by one detector after passing through an identical optical path. The experimental results show little performance degradation associated with modulation frequency multiplexing, and no cross-talk between the two multiplexed detection channels is measured.
