LaMgAl11O19∶Eun+(n=2,3) was synthesized by solid state reaction using H3BO3 as a flux at 1 400 ℃ for 4 hours. And their luminescent properties was investigated under UV and VUV excitation. Strong pure blue emission due to d-f transition of Eu2+ was observed in LaMgAl11O19∶Eu2+ both in 254 nm and 147 nm excitation. At the same time, red emission due to 5D0 → 7FJ (J=0, 1, 2, 3, 4) transition of Eu3+ also observed in LaMgAl11O19∶Eu3+. The dependence of emission intensity of blue/red emission on Eu2+ / Eu3+-content was evaluated. The result indicated that the blue emission intensity was arrived optimum when Eu2+-content was 0.10 mol·mol-1under both UV and VUV excitation while red emission intensity reached optimum when Eu3+-content was 0.125 mol·mol-1 under UV excitation. This suggests that LaMgAl11O19∶Eu2+ phosphors could be potential blue phosphor for the application in PDP. 相似文献

In this paper, considering the quantum effect of electrons in a super-strong magnetic field, the influence of a super-strong magnetic field on the chemical potential of a non-zero temperature electron is analyzed, the rates of β decay under the super-strong magnetic field are studied, and then we compare them with the case without a magnetic field. Here, the nucleus ^63Co is investigated in detail as an example. The results show that a magnetic field that is less than 1010 T has little effect on the electron chemical potential and β decay rates, but the super-strong magnetic field that is greater than 1010 T depresses the electron chemical potential and improves the β decay rates clearly. 相似文献

According to a new electron screening theory,we discuss the beta decay rates of nuclide 56Fe,56Co,56Ni,56Mn,56Cr and 56V with and without strong electron screening (SES).The results show that SES has only a slight effect on the beta decay rates for ρ/μe 108 g/cm3.However the beta decay rates would be influenced greatly for ρ/μe 108 g/cm3.Due to SES,the maximum values of the C-factor (in %) on beta decay rates of 56Fe,56Co,56Ni,56Mn,56Cr and 56V is of the order of 95.03%,35.02%,98.05%,80.33%,98.30% and 98.71% at T9 = 4.0 and 98.83%,98.89%,99.65%,10.32%,4.10% and 40.21% at T9 = 7.0,respectively. 相似文献

报道了利用蓝宝石介质谐振器技术测量MgB2超导薄膜的微波表面电阻Rs sub>、0K时的穿透深度λ(0)和超导能隙Δ(0).λ(0)和Δ(0)的值是通过先测量样品穿透深度λ(T)的变化量Δλ(T),然后由BCS理论模型拟合Δλ(T)的实验数据得到的.测试样 品是利用化学气相沉积技术在MgO(111)基片上制备的c轴织构的MgB2超导薄膜, 薄膜的超导转变温度和转变宽度分别为38K和01K.微波测试结果表明在10K,18GHz下M gB2薄膜的Rs约为100μΩ,可以和高质量的YBCO薄膜的Rs值相比拟;BCS理论拟合得到的MgB2超导薄膜的λ(0)=102nm,Δ(0)=113k Tc. 相似文献
