1,3,3a,5-四苯基-3a,4,5,11-四氢-3H,6H-1,2,4-三唑并[4,3-d][1,5]苯并二氮杂(艹卓)的合成及晶体结构

通过2,4-二苯基-2,3-二氢-1H-1,5-苯并二氮杂(艹卓)与苯甲酰氯苯腙的[2+3]环加成反应制备了标题化合物,用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了其晶体结构.晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Fdd2.晶胞参数:a=1.762 8(4)nm,b=5.751 2(12)nm,c=1.022 7 nm,V=10.368(5)nm3,Z=16,Dc=1.262 g·cm-3,μ=0.075 mm-1,F(000)=4 160,1 139个可观测衍射点,R-0.046 1,Rw=0.056 0.     

锆(Ⅳ)同7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸三元混配化合物的形成及其荧光光度研究

在 EDTA 存在下,Zr(Ⅵ)与 H_2QSI 在 pH6.0时形成三元荧光配合物。其组成为Zr:H_2QSI:EDTA=1:1:1。荧光强度与锆离子在0.1～1.0μg/10ml 范围内呈现线性关系。对EDTA 的作用机理作初步探讨。     

四溴四苯基卟啉及其金属配合物的电子结构和四溴四苯基卟啉Ni(Ⅱ)的晶体结构

本文合成了7,8,17,18-四溴-5,10,15,20-四苯基-21,23(H)-卟啉(H_2TPPBr_4)及其金属配合物MTPPBr_4[M=Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)],测定了它们的可见紫外光谱和循环伏安,用四轨道模型(Four Orbital Model)计算了MTPPBr_4的相对前线轨道,并解释了配合物的可见紫外光谱及电化学性质.测定了NiTPPBr_4的晶体结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,a=2.6077(7),b=1.0414(4),c=1.9312(3)nm,β=137.1(7)°,Z=4,最后偏离因子R=0.067,晶体结构直接证明了卟啉亲电溴化反应具有区域选择性,四个溴分布在相对两个吡咯环上.     

24-亚甲基-胆甾-3β,5α,6β,19-四醇——一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇

从我国西沙群岛采集的软珊瑚Nephthea albida和南沙群岛采集的N.tixiexae uer seueldt的乙醇,抽提物中,通过硅胶层析分离出一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇——Nephalsterol-A(1),该物质为无色针状结晶,m.p.242～243℃,[a]_D~(20)=O(C 0.053,CH_3OH),为一新化合物。 (1)的ELMS显示分子离子峰m/z 448,结合~(13) NMR DEPT谱确定(1)的分子式为C_(28)H_(48)

对由二乙烯三胺与联苯甲酰合成的标题化合物进行了ＭＳ、ＩＲ、ＵＶ、ＮＭＲ谱的表征及Ｘ射线单晶衍射结构分析。该化合物Ｍｒ＝２７７．３９，晶体属Ｐ２１／ｎ空间群，晶胞参数ａ＝０．９４４２（２）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．４３４４（４）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．１８２４（３）ｎｍ，β＝１１２．９２（２）°，Ｚ＝４，Ｄｃ＝１．２５ｇ·ｃｍ＾－３。晶体结构由直接法解出，１８２７个可观察衍射参与最小二乘法修正，最终偏差因子Ｒ＝０．０５０

Capillary Electrophoresis for the Simultaneous Determination of Metals by Using Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid as Complexing Agent and Vancomycin as Complex Selector

A new separation system of capillary electrophoresis for the simultaneous determination of metals by using ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid （EDTA） as complexing agent and employing vancomycin as complex selector was described. The Z-shape cell capillary electrophoresis was used to enhance the sensitivity for the determination of the complexes of Cu（Ⅱ）, Ni（Ⅱ）, Co（Ⅱ） and Fe（Ⅲ） with EDTA. The partial filling method （co-current mode） was used in order to increase the selectivity of the electrophoretic method, meanwhile vancomycin was not present at the detector path during the detection of metal-EDTA complexes. The vancomycin concentration, phosphate concentration and pH of the buffer strongly influenced mobility, resolution and selectivity of the studied analytes. Under the optimal condition, the relative standard deviations （n=5） of the migration time and the peak area were less than 3.14% and 7.35%, respectively. Application of the Z-shape cell capillary electrophoresis method with UV detection and vancomycin loading led to the reliable determination of these metal ions in tap water and the recoveries were 97%-101%. The detection limits based on a signal to noise ratio of 3 ： 1 were found in the range of 2-10 μg·L^-1.
