管内插新型自旋转子的流阻及抑垢特性

提出了一种新型自旋转子,并通过数值及实验方法研究了其流动阻力及抑垢特性.实验结果表明,在流速为0.76 m/s时转子转速仍可达100r/min,内插该转子的流动阻力比光管增加2倍左右,正反旋向转子组(每组4个转子)相问布置可防止沿流向转子转速递减,使转子转速基本恒定.数值分析表明,通过减小转子的旋转轴套外径并加前端导流...     

使用被捕获的离子模拟反铁磁相互作用网络

在三角形反铁磁相互作用网络中,磁体的自旋取向遭遇到一个尴尬局面,或者叫作窘阻（Frustrated））局面.让我们考虑在平面上的三个磁体,它们分别位于一个等边三角形的3个顶点（a,b,c）.     

Pauli Spin Paramagnetism and Electronic Specific Heat in Generalised d-Dimensions

The variations of pauli spin paramagnetic susceptibility and the electronic specific heat of solids, are calculated as functions of temperature following the free electron approximation, in generalised d-dimensions. The results are compared and become consistent with that obtained in three dimensions. Interestingly, the Pauli spin paramagnetic susceptibility becomes independent of temperature only in two dimensions.     

Determining Nuclear Form factor for Detection of Dark Matter in Relativistic Mean Field Theory

In this work, we derive the nuclear form factor for the spin-independent collision between the WIMPs and nucleus in terms of the relativistic mean field (RMF) theory. Comparison with the traditional form factors which are commonly used in literature is given and it is found that our results are slightly above that of the 2PF model by 4% to 8%, but deviate from the Helm form factor by 15% to 25% for the whole recoil energy spectrum of 0 ∽ 100keV. Moreover, taking Xe and Ge as examples, we show the dependenceof the form factor on the recoil energy.     

Spin Transport in a Rashba Ring-Quantum Dot System Pumped by Microwave Fields

We report a theoretical study on producing electrically spin-polarized current in the Rashba ring with parallel double dots embedded, which are subject to two time-dependent microwave fields. By means of the Keldysh Green's function method, we present an analytic result of the pumped current at adiabatic limit and demonstrate that the interplay between the quantum pumping effectand spin-dependent quantum interference can lead to an arbitrarily controllable spin-polarized current in the device. The magnitude and direction of the charge and spin current can be effectively modulated by system parameters such as the pumping phase difference, Rashba precession phase, and the dynamic phase difference of electron traveling in two arms of ring; moreover, thespin-polarization degree of the charge current can also be tuned in the range [-∞, +∞]. Our findings may shed light on the all-electric way to produce the controllable spin-polarized charge current in the field of spintronics.     

上海光源储存环磁聚焦结构设计

上海光源是一台正在建设中的低发射度第三代同步辐射光源. 经过优化后, 储存环有两种直线节长度, 周长432m,在能量3.5GeV下束流发射度为3.9nm.rad, 直线节处的β函数和色散函数有足够的调节范围. 跟踪研究表明, 即使带上磁铁高阶场误差, 储存环仍有足够大的动力学孔径和能量接受度.     

发展固态量子信息与计算的实验研究

量子计算与量子信息是21世纪基础和应用科学研究的一大挑战.要实现实用意义上的量子信息和量子计算,必须解决量子比特系统的可拓展性问题.基于现代半导体技术的固态量子系统,其应用和最终产业化的可行性较高.然而,固态量子体系受周边环境的影响比较严重,控制其退相干,维持其量子状态的难度更高.实验固态量子计算的研究是个新的领域,尚无实用的技术和方法. 文章介绍了中国科学院物理研究所固态量子信息和计算实验室近几年来新开辟的自旋、冷原子、量子点(包括原子空位)、功能氧化物和关联体系等固态量子信息的新载体和同量子计算与量子信息相关的科学与技术难题的实验研究.
