在针对脉冲电磁场肿瘤消融的应用场合,双极性脉冲比单极性脉冲效果更均匀,而要产生ns级前沿的双极性高压纳秒或亚微秒脉冲难度大,电磁干扰强,控制要求更高。设计了一台双极性全固态直线型变压器驱动源(SSLTD),双极性SSLTD由结构完全相同的LTD模块经过副边绕组反向串联构成,在负载上实现双极性窄脉冲。双极性SSLTD输出波形稳定的脉冲的关键在于磁芯复位,通过电阻负载实验,重点对比分析了复位电流的形式对复位效果的影响,以及采用直流复位时幅值、脉宽、正负脉冲时间间隔、单级模块中开关管并联数量、复位电流大小对双极性SSLTD输出的影响。实验结果表明,所设计的双极性SSLTD能够在500 Ω负载上稳定产生重频双极性纳秒脉冲,输出电压0~±5 kV可调,脉宽200~400 ns可调,正负脉冲时间间隔0~1 ms可调,上升沿和下降沿20~50 ns;反向串联的直流复位电路结构简单、复位效果好。该脉冲源使用模块化设计,结构紧凑,电气绝缘要求较低,可灵活输出双极性、正极性与负极性高压亚微秒脉冲。  相似文献

 介绍了直线型变压器驱动源(LTD)产生快脉冲的基本原理及技术优势,阐述了快脉冲LTD模块设计的要点,设计了输出脉冲上升时间小于100 ns的快脉冲LTD模块,并进行了初步的实验研究。实验得到该LTD模块充电±16 kV时,短路放电的电流峰值为23.7 kA,电流振荡1/4周期为69.6 ns;充电±50 kV驱动0.85 Ω负载时,电流峰值为41.4 kA,上升时间为36.8 ns(10%~90%)和60.8 ns(0~100%)。  相似文献

The simulations of three-dimensional particle dynamics show that when irradiated by an ultrashort intense laser pulse, the deuterated methane cluster expands and the majority of deuterons overrun the more slowly expanding carbon ions, resulting in the creation of two separated subelusters. The enhanced deuteron kinetic energy and a narrow peak around the energy maximum in the deuteron energy distribution make a considerable contribution to the efficiency of nuclear fusion compared with the ease of homonuelear deuterium clusters. With the intense laser irradiation, the nuclear fusion yield increases with the increase of the cluster size, so that deuterated heteronuelear clusters with larger sizes are required to achieve a greater neutron yield.  相似文献

研究了在不同温度区间氧气氛和氮气氛退火后处理对PtBa0.8Sr0.2TiO3Pt介电特性的影响.经过高温550℃氮气退火处理后,再放入350℃的氧气中退火,发现样品的介电特性出现了非常明显的低频弛豫现象,并且这种低频弛豫现象在350℃的氮气中退火后将会消失.通过在出现低频弛豫现象的样品的上下电极加一偏压,可以发现低频弛豫现象更加明显,并且在撤消偏压后这种增强将会逐渐减弱,直至最终恢复到偏压前的弛豫状态 关键词: 脉冲激光沉积 介电弛豫 动态随机存储器  相似文献

 对等衍射长度贝塞尔-高斯脉冲光束在色散介质中的时间和光谱特性作了研究,结果表明,通过选择适当的空间参数,贝塞尔-高斯脉冲光束沿轴上传输时,脉冲宽度不变。传输距离小于无衍射长度时,随衍射角增加,功率谱形状未变,脉冲波形保持不变;传输距离大于无衍射长度时,随衍射角增加,光谱由蓝移变为红移,脉冲展宽。  相似文献

The power dissipation characteristics of pulsed power switch reversely switched dynistors (RSDs) are investigated in this paper. According to the expressions of voltage on RSD, derived from the plasma bipolar drift model and the RLC circuit equations of RSD main loop, the simulation waveforms of current and voltage on RSD are acquired through iterative calculation by using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method, then the curve of transient power on RSD versus time is obtained. The result shows that the total dissipation on RSD is trivial compared with the pulse discharge energy and the commutation dissipation can be nearly ignored compared with the quasi-static dissipation. These characteristics can make the repetitive frequency of RSD increase largely. The experimental results prove the validity of simulation calculations. The influence factors on power dissipation are discussed. The power dissipation increases with the increase of the peak current and the n-base width and with the decrease of n-base doping concentration. In order to keep a low power dissipation, it is suggested that the n-base width should be smaller than 320μm when doping concentration is 1.0×10^14cm^-3 while the doping concentration should be higher than 5.8×10^13cm^-3 when n-base width is 270μm.  相似文献

In this letter, we solve three-dimensional time-dependent Newton equations for atoms interacting with a ten-cycle elliptically polarized laser pulse. The ionized electron momentum distributions show a tilt angle between the distribution density peak and the main polarization axis. The tilt angle’s behavior changes with an increasing laser intensity. We show that this behavior change is directly related to the release time of the electron from the atom.  相似文献

We demonstrate a switchable Q-switched and mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) operating in the L-band region using the nonlinear polarization rotation effect. The switching operation is achieved by controlling intensity-dependent loss using a polarization controller. In Q-switching mode, the EDFL produces a pulse train with a repetition rate of 21.1 kHz, pulse width of 7.7 #s, and pulse energy of 13.6 nJ. The EDFL also generates a multi-wavelength comb with a very narrow and constant wavelength spacing of 0.045 nm and optical signal-to-noise ratio of at least l0 dB. During mode locking, the EDFL produces stretched pulses with 3-dB bandwidth of 26.2 nm, pulse width of 350 fs, repetition rate of 2.38 MHz, and pulse energy of 48.56 pJ.  相似文献

We develop a phenomenological model to investigate dynamics of ionization-induced injection. In the "bubble" regime of laser wakefield acceleration (LWFA), it is found that there is an upper limit for laser intensity of ionization-induced injection. In the plane perpendicular to the laser polarization, when the laser pulse is linearly polarized, ionization-induced injected electrons exhibit a filamented structure and semi-coherent betatron oscillation.  相似文献

We present a method by which to determine the bulk viscosity of water from pulse duration measurements of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). Beginning from a common model of Brillouin scattering, the bulk viscosity is shown to play an important role in Brillouin linewidth determination. Pulse durations of SBS back-reflected optical pulses are measured over the temperature range of 5-40℃. SBS linewidths are de- termined via Fourier transformation of the time-domain results, and the bulk viscosity of water is measured and derived from the obtained values. Our results show that the proposed method for measurement of pulse durations is an effective approach for determining bulk viscosity. The method can be easily extended to determine bulk viscosities of other Newtonian liquids.  相似文献
