催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒（Ⅴ）的研究

本文研究了在酸性介质中痕量钒（Ⅴ）催化氯酸钾氧化变色酸及抗坏血酸体系的反应和动力学条件，建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒（Ⅴ）的新方法。该方法的检出限为０．０８ｎｇ／ｍＬ Ｖ（Ⅴ），线性范围为０～０．３μｇ／２５ｍＬ Ｖ（Ⅴ）。将该方法用于水样及人发中痕量钒（Ⅴ）测定，结果令人满意。     

双臂型方酰胺多齿配体的合成(三)

Six new multidentates, chromogenic squaraine ligands, 3 ～8 are synthesized. In butanol-toluene couple medium, o-aminophenol reacts with squaric acid to give 1, 3-bissubstituted product 2 and monosubstituted product 3. It is noteworthy that reactions of N- hydroxyethyl-(2-amino-4-chloro) aniline and N-hydroxyethyl-(4-chloro-2- nitro) aniline with squaric acid do not give isosquaramide, 1, 3- substituted derivate but squaramide, 3, 4-substituted derivates 7 and 8.     

硅胶固载化─（Lewis）酸催化剂的研究Ⅰ．硅胶固载化─四氯化钛复合物催化体系

以硅胶球为基质键合γ－ＧＯＰＳ并各接枝上具有络合功能的三种配体，邻位氨基吡啶、间酰氨基吡啶及对酰氨基吡啶，再和ＴｉＣｌ＿４络合成固载化的Ｌｅｗｉｓ酸催化剂，将这些催化剂进行缩醛、缩酮及酯化反应，有很好的催化活性，重复使用多次不失效．本文在合成此类催化剂的过程中利用热失重（ＴＧ）法及等离子光谱法（ＩＣＰ）等检测方法对合成此类催化剂的每一步进行跟踪检测，得到键合反应，开环反应及络合反应过程中的键合量，开环相量和ＴｉＣｌ＿４络合量的定量数据．对固载化催化剂表面的接枝量有所了解，从而可进一步检测此类催化剂的催化效应并得到一些启示．     

TEOS-MTES基SiO2溶胶微结构的SAXS研究

正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,在碱性条件下制备含有无定形SiO2颗粒的溶胶,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)在酸性条件下获得聚甲基硅氧链,二者混合后应用同步辐射X射线进行混合溶胶的SAXS散射强度测定,计算了溶胶的平均回转半径、平均粒径、两相界面层厚度、散射体体积分数、两相间比表面积等参数,辅以光子相关光谱法(PCS)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测溶胶粒度,证实SiO2颗粒被MTES混合物连接成族团.实验发现所测混合溶胶样品均表现出对Porod定理的负偏离,说明溶胶中颗粒与溶剂之间存在很明显的两相间界面层.     

聚醚桥连二异羟肟酸单核和双核过渡金属配合物催化PNPP水解

Two polyether bridged dihydroxamic acids and their mono-and binuclear manganese(Ⅱ), zinc(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized and employed as models to mimic hydrolase in catalytic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP). The reaction kinetics and the mechanism of hydrolysis of PNPP have been investigated. The kinetic mathematical model for PNPP cleaved by the complexes has been proposed. The effects of the different central metal ion, mono-and binuclear metal, the pseudo-macrocyclic polyether constructed by polyethoxy group of the complexes, and reactive temperature on the rate for catalytic hydrolysis of PNPP have been examined. The results showed that the transition metal dthydroxamates exhibited high catalytic activity to the hydrolysis of PNPP, the catalytic activity of binuclear complexes was higher than that of mononuclear ones, and the pseudo-macrocyclic polyether might synergetically activate H20 coordinated to metal ion with central metal ion together and promote the catalytic hydrolysis of PNPP.     

衍生化气相色谱—质谱法测定水中的路易氏剂及砷酸

本文研究了用气相色谱－质谱法测定水中微量路易氏剂及砷。在酸性条件下，路易氏剂及水解产物２，３－二巯基丙醇迅速反应形成挥发性的衍生物，大大提高了测定灵敏度。用选择性离子检测定量，最小检测量为每升水中１μｇ，路易氏剂的加标回收率为９５．６２％～１０５．８８％之间，砷的加标回收率为９６．３５％～１０６．０３％之间。     

碲氢化钠存在下3—氧化硫代羧酸酯的一步合成法

３－氧代硫代羧酸酯可由α－溴代酮与碲氢化钠作用形成的烯醇盐与二硫代碳酸二乙酯进行乙氧硫代羰基化反应制得，３－氧代硫代羧酸酯的烯醇含量可由核磁振谱测得。     

用胆甾型苯并—15—冠—5气相色谱固定相分离乳酸和乳酸乙酯光学异构体

胆甾型苯并－１５－冠－５（简称ＣＨ－Ｂ－１５－Ｃ－５）在不同温度范围内的相态不同，在同一温 度范围内因处理方式不同而物性亦相去甚远，用其作成的ＧＣ固定相兼具气固色谱（ＧＳＣ）、 普通气液色谱（ＧＬＣ）和冠醚液晶气液色谱（ＣＬ－ＧＬＣ）多种功能。用该固定相在不同条件下对 乳酸和乳酸乙酯光学异构体混合物的分高效果进行了比较研究，并探讨了手性拆分机理。     

A Flexible Approach to the γ－Amino－β－hydroxy Acid Moiety of Hapalosin

A flexible approach to ethyl (3R,4S)-N-Boc-4-amino-3-hydroxy-5-phenylpentanoate (N-Boc-AHPPA-OEt), the γ-amino-β-hydroxy acid moiety of hapalosin is described. The synthetic method features a ring-opening ethanolysis of an activated N-Boc-lactam, which is obtained via a diastereoselective reductive-alkylation of (R)-malimide derivative. The flexibility of the method resides in the introduction of the alkyl side chain by Grignard reagent addition.
