烯土—铌（钽）复合溴氧化物的结构与光谱特性

用高温固相法合成了系列化合物ＲＥ０．０６Ｌａ０．９４Ｍ２Ｏ６Ｂｒ（Ｍ＝Ｎｂ，Ｔａ；ＲＥ＝Ｅｕ，Ｔｂ，Ｐｒ，Ｓｍ），并测定了其激发和发射光谱。室温下Ｅｕ＾３＋，Ｔｂ＾３＋，Ｐｒ＾３＋，Ｓｍ＾３＋在稀土－铌（钽）复合溴氧化物中呈现特征激发谱线，但Ｎｂ和Ｔａ的光谱特性稍有不同。     

Ga^3＋的新萃取体系的界面特性和胶团化作用研究

研究了Ｇａ~（３＋）协萃体系（Ｇａ~（３＋）－Ｄ_２ＥＨＰＡ－Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ－正十二烷－Ｈ_２ＳＯ_４）的界面吸附和胶团形成热力学，发现该萃取体系中［Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ］影响Ｄ_２ＥＨＰＡ和Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ的界面吸附性质。在中、高［Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ］范围内Ｄ_２ＥＨＰＡ与Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ的界面吸附行为相反，Ｄ_２ＥＨＰＡ的存在也影响Ｈ_２ＭＰＡ的界面吸附行为。研究了界面张力与各因素关系的数学模型，并获得某些胶团形成和界面吸附特性的物化参数。     

Expression and Characterization of Catalytic Domain of T Cell Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase（△TC-PTP） —— Immunohistochemical Study of △TC-PTP Expression in Non-small Cell Lung Carcinomas

This study objective was to express and characterize the catalytic domain of the human T cell protein tyrosine phosphatase（△TC-PTP） and to study immunohistochemically the expression of △TC-PTP in human non-small cell lung cancers. △TC-PTP gene was PCR amplified with the cDNA of human TC-PTP as template, and cloned into the pT7 expression vector. The recombinant pT7-△TC-PTP was expressed in E. coli Rosetta （ DE3 ） host cells and puri- fied. The enzymatic characteristics of △TC-PTP including enzyme activity and kinetics assay were measured. The antiserum was prepared by immunizing rabbit with the purified recombinant △TC-PTP. Rabbit polyclonal antibody against △TC-PTP was purified by PVDF immobilized antigen affinity chromatography. Immunohistochemical staining of lung cancer tissues was performed with antibody against △TC-PTP protein. △TC-PTP gene was correctly cloned, expressed, and purified. The recombinant △TC-PTP had a highly catalytic activity of PTPase. Squamous cell lung carcinoma showed a significantly higher expression rate of △TC-PTP （76. 92%, 10/13 ） than adenocarcinoma （57.14%, 4/7） and normal lung tissue（20%, 1/5 ）. This study represents the first demonstration that △TC-PTP is highly expressed in human squamous cell lung carcinomas. In addition, this study provides an important basis for further studying the biological function of TC-PTP and its relationship with lung carcinomas and other diseases.

Influences of Triton X-100 on Hemoglobin Behaviors in Hemoglobin/Acyclovir/Triton X-100/H2O System

The influences of Triton X-100 on hemoglobin （Hb） behaviors were studied by the methods of UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, HPLC, conductivity, zeta potential and negative-staining transmission electron microscope in Hb/acyclovir/Triton X-100/H2O system. With the increase of Triton X-100 concentration in the system, the percentage of the free acyclovir increased from 58%--63% to 90%--94%. The static quenching constant and the association number of acyclovir to Hb decreased. The fluorescence spectrum, conductivity, zeta potential, fluorescence polarization and negative-staining morphology of Hb tended to recover to those of the original state of Hb in the same concentration of Hb. The interaction between Triton X-100 and Hb is stronger than that between acyclovir and Hb. Most Triton-X-100 was associated with Hb at low Triton X-100 concentration. But the interaction of Triton X-100 with Hb was apparently dominant in high Triton X-100 concentration. The Hb structure was unfolded and finally denatured.     

CaBPO5：RE（RE=Eu，Tb）的水热合成及其发光特性

利用水热法合成了CaBPO5：RE(RE=Eu，Tb)荧光体并测试了其结构和光谱，讨论了其发光性质，并与高温固相法合成的产物作了对比．结果表明，由于电子转移。Eu^3 ,Tb^3 和Eu^2 共存于同一体系中，而且Eu^2 的发射位置从402nm移至428nm,在双掺杂体系中引入Ce^3 ．Eu^3 ，Tb^3 和Eu^2 的发光强度均有所增强,这可能是Ce^3 与Eu^3 之间的电子转移及各种稀土离子之间能量传递相互竞争的结果。     

BaZrxTi1-xO3·yLa2O3固溶体的合成、结构与性能

在100℃以下用软化学合成方法制备了一系列BaZrxTi1-xO3·yLa2O3O(0≤x≤0.3,0≤y≤0.04)固溶体纳米粉末.XRD物相分析及d-间隔-组成图证明,产品为完全互溶取代固溶体.从TEM谱图观察,粒子为均匀球形,平均粒径60nm.通过制陶实验对该系列固溶体的介电特性进行了测试,结果表明,采用化学掺杂方法在BaTiO3中掺入适量锆和镧后,样品的室温介电常数可提高20倍.     

The Unusual Spectrum of the Mixture of Tin-octabutoxy Naphthalocyanine and SnCl2 in CH2Cl2

The Q-band position of tin-centered 5, 9, 14, 18, 23, 27, 32, 36-octabutoxy 2, 3-phthalocyanine(SnNc(OBu)8) exhibits dramatic red-shift as mixed with SnCl2 in CH2Cl2.     

纳米磁性液体对多元多相体系结晶特性的影响

以HCFC141b气体水合物结晶生成体系为对象,通过实验研究了磁场作用下纳米磁性液体对多元多相体系结晶生成特性的影响.重点研究了互不相容的水相与HCFC141b液相间、水相与气相(水蒸汽与HCFC141b蒸气)间的质量传递现象.结果发现,在旋转磁场作用下,纳米磁性液体能显著增强相间的质量传递和热量传递,使得结晶生成性能包括生成温度、生成速率等得到很大的提高.     

纳米晶La_（1－_x）Sr_xFeO_3的合成及气敏特性的研究

用柠檬酸盐法合成出Ｌａ_（１－_ｘ）Ｓｒ_ｘＦｅＯ_３（ｘ＝０．１，０．２，０．３，０．４）原粉，再经固相反应得到纳米晶粉末，用ＴＧ、ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ进行了表征，确证复合氧化物Ｌａ_（１－_ｘ）Ｓｒ_ｘＦｅＯ_３为钙钛矿型结构，粒径在１０～２５ｎｍ之间。实验结果表明，随着固相反应条件不同，产物粒径呈规律性变化．气敏特性研究表明，该纳米晶材料对乙醇有较高的选择性和灵敏度，其选择性顺序为Ｌａ_（０．９）Ｓｒ_（０．１）ＦｅＯ_３＞ＬａＦｅＯ_３＞ＬａＦｅＯ_３（大晶粒）。
