Nonlinear Dynamics Approach to the Correlation Analysis of Protein Sequences

To clarify the randomness of protein sequences,we make a detailed analysis of a set of typical protein sequences representing each fold by using the nonlinear prediction method developed in nonlinear dynamics theory.No deterministic structures are found in these protein sequences and this implies that they behave as random chains.We also explain the controversial results obtained in previous investigations.     

Study of hot bands in the B2Σ+u-X2Σ+g system of C-2 anion

Optical heterodyne magnetic rotation enhanced velocity modulation spectroscopy was employed to observe the visible absorption spectra of the B^2Σ^+_u-X^2Σ^+_g electronic transition of C^-_2. Four hot bands (0,1), (1,2), (2,3) and (3,4) have been observed and the band (3,4) is measured directly for the first time, so far as we know, by absorption. A rotational analysis was carried out to obtain molecular constants. With the Franck－Condon principle and the vibrational Boltzmann distribution, we have estimated the vibrational temperature of C^-_2 to be about 3000K.     

Quark Virtuality and QCD Vacuum Condensates

Based on the Dyson-Schwinger equations (DSEs) in the ‘rainbow‘ approximation, we investigate the quark virtuality in the vacuum state and quantum-chromodynamics (QCD) vacuum condensates. In particular, we calculate the local quark vacuum condensate and quark-gluon mixed condensates, and then the virtuality of quark. The calculated quark virtualities are λu,d^2 0.7 GeV^2 for u, d quarks, and λs^2=1.6 GeV^2 for s quark. Our theoretical predictions are consistent with empirical values used in QCD sum rules, and also fit to lattice QCD predictions.     

混凝土靶球形腔膨胀侵彻模型应用

Bishop等人于1945年开始用解析方法研究侵彻机理，导出了柱形腔和球形腔的准静态v膨胀方程，后来这种方法被称为空腔膨胀理论。目前，空腔膨胀理论已经在多种不同材料靶的侵彻研究中获得较为普遍的应用。Forrestal等人于1997年提出了一个适用于混凝土材料靶的球对称空腔膨胀侵彻模型，模型对靶结构的描述是将其压力与体积应变的关系理想化为不可压或线性可压，而将剪切强度与压力的关系理想化为由一拉伸阈值表示的Mohr-Coulomb准则。     

Synthesis of GaN Nanorods by Ammoniating Ga2O3/ZnO Films

Large quantities of CaN nanorods are successfully synthesized on Si（111） substrates by ammoniating the films of Ga2O3/ZnO at 950℃ in a quartz tube. The structure, morphology and optical properties of the as-prepared CaN nanorods are studied by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and photoluminescence. The results show that the CaN nanorods have a hexagonal wurtzite structure with lengths of several micrometres and diameters from 80 nm to 300hm, which could supply an attractive potential to harmonically incorporate future GaN optoelectronic devices into Si-based large-scale integrated circuits. The growth mechanism is also briefly discussed.     

组合Bose场的分数自旋和分数统计性

对组合Bose子场，采用FS (Faddeev-Senjanovic) 路径积分量子化方法进行量子化.从量子Noether定理出发，给出量子分数自旋和分数统计性质. 关键词： 路径积分量子化 分数自旋 分数统计     

C59N单分子整流器

通过将单个C59N分子置于双势垒隧道结中，从而利用单电子隧穿效应和C59N分子的特殊能级结构，我们成功地实现了一种新型的单分子整流器件．实验中这个整流器件的正向导通电压约为0．5-0．7V，反向击穿电压约为1．6—1．8V．理论分析表明，中性C59N分子的半占据费米能级以及在不同充电情况下费米能级的不对称移动是形成整流效应的主要原因．其构成原理也决定了该器件具有稳定、易重复的特点．
