Synthesis of a Tweezer—like Bis（Phenylthiapropoxy）calix[4]—arene as a Cation／π Enhanced Sensor for Ion—Selective Electrodes

Two novel 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropxy)-calix[4]arene(3) and 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropoxy)-5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butylcalix[4] arene (4) were synthesized for the evaluation of their ion-selectivity in ion-selective electrodes(ISEs).ISEs based on 3 and 4 as neutral ionophores were prepared,and their selectivity coefficients for Ag^ (lg KAg,M^pot)were investigated against other alkali metal,alkaline-earth metal,aluminum,thallium(Ⅰ）,Lead and some transition metal ions using the separate solution method (SSM).These ISEs showed excellent Ag^ seletivity over most of the interfering cations examined,except for Hg^2 and Fe^2 having relative smaller interference(lg KAg,M^pot≤-2.1).     

Interaction of Fluorocarbon Containing Hydrophobically Mdified Polyelectrolyte with Nonionic Surfactants

The interaction of fluorocarbon containing hydrophobically modified polyelectrolyte(FMPAANa) with two kinds of nonionic surfactants(hydrogenated and fluorinated)in a semidilute (0.5wt%) aqueous solution had been studied by rheological measurements,Association behavior was found in both systems.The hydrophobic interaction of FMPAANa with fluorinated surfactant(FC171) is much stronger than that with hydrogenated surfactant(NP7.5) at low surfactoant concentrations.The interaction is strengthened by surfactants being added for the density of active junctions increased.Whereas distinct phenomena for FC171 and NP7.5 start to be found as the surfactants added over their respective certain concentration.The interaction of polyelectrolyte with fluorinated surfactant increases dramatical ly while that with hydrogenated surfactant decreases.     

High extraction ability of 1,3-dialkynyl calixarene towards mercury（Ⅱ） ion

The reaction of 1,3-dipropyn-2-yloxycalix[4]arene with mercury(II)acetate could give mercury-containing alkynyl calixarenepolymer.The extraction behavior of 1,3-dipropyn-2-yl-oxycalix[4]arene towards mercury(II)ion was examined.When the moleratio of Hg~(2 )/calixarene was 1:1,the extractive percent can reach to 99.1%,and the extraction capacity was up to 431 mg/g.It couldalso decrease the Hg~(2 )concentration from 5 to 0.85 mg/L,which was only 17%of the national standard of effluent and satisfied thenational standard of drinking water.The extraction process included chemical reaction.     

Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric Method for Determination of Phosphate Ion

The kinetic method for the determination of phosphate microamounts was described. The developed method is based on catalytic effect of phosphate on sodium pyrogallol-5-sulphonate （PS） by dissolved oxygen. The reaction was followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the rate of change in the values of the absorbance of the oxidation product at 437 nm. The optimum reaction conditions are PS （0.44×10^-3 mol·L^-1） and HClO4 （3.6×10^-6 mol·L^-1） at 25 ℃. Following this procedure, phosphate can be determined with a linear calibration graph up to 0.23 μg·mL^-1. The interference effect of several species was also investigated and it was found that the most common cations and anions did not interfere with the determination. The developed procedure was successfully applied to the determination of phosphate in natural waters and soil.     

CuI催化的酰胺和溴苯的偶联反应研究

本文报道了一种新的催化体系 (CuI / 氨基酸 / K₃PO₄) 催化胺和芳香溴代化合物之间的交叉偶联反应，对于不同的底物都以较好的产率得到了产物。该反应操作简单，适用性广，并且试剂价格便宜。     

N(1)取代5-氟尿嘧啶乙酸、5-氟尿嘧啶丙酸与Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)的配合物的合成及表征

合成了N(1)取代5-氟尿嘧啶乙酸、5-氟尿嘧啶丙酸与铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)和锰(Ⅱ)的十种金属配合物。通过元素分析、差热-热重分析确定了它们的化学组成,并对这些化合物进行了红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱,电子光谱的表征。讨论了各配合物中金属离子与配体的配位状态。在Cu(Ⅱ)配合物中,Cu(Ⅱ)是与配体的N³原子和C⁴上的羰基氧原子配位,其他金属配合物中,金属离子是与配体的C²的羰基氧原子和羧基配位。     

芳香二磺酸的配位化学研究化合物[Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)]·1/3H_2O(1)和[Co(cyclam)(H_2O)_2](1,5nds)·2H_2O(2)的合成与结构(英文)

合成了两个二价的过渡金属磺酸化合物,并通过X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行结构表征。化合物犤Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)犦·1/3H2O(1)以P2(1)/c空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.583(5),b=10.533(6),c=12.946(7)?,β=92.433(9)°。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与两个磺酸基团形成弱配位,从而构筑了一维的配聚物。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与磺酸基团之间的作用还通过O2S-O…H-N型氢键进一步被加强。化合物犤Co(cyclam)(H2O)2犦(1,5nds)·2H2O(2)以P1珔空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.738(5),b=9.324(5),c=10.118(5)?,α=81.382(8),β=64.868(8),γ=62.999(8)°。在该化合物中,磺酸基团没有与Co2+形成配位键,而是以平衡离子的形式存在并与配离子形成氢键,构筑了有序的三维结构。     

A Novel Fluorescent Aminoacid Designed for Fluorometric Detection of Cu （Ⅱ）

A fluorescent aminoacid was designed for selective and sensitive detection of Cu(II) in aqueous solution. The designing of this Cu(II) fluorescent chemosensing molecule, N ± (1‐naphthyl). aminoacetic acid (NAA), was based on the binding of Cu(II) to aminoacetic acid and the novel charge transfer photophysics of 1‐aminonaphthalenes. The fluorescence of NAA was found quenched by Cu (II) and several other metal ions of similar electronic structure such as Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II). The quenching was shown to occur via electron transfer within the metal‐NAA complex, which required an optimal combination of high binding affinity and favorable redox properties of the components in the metal‐NAA complex and hence afforded selective fluorometric detection of Cu(II). The calibration graph obeyed Stern‐Volmer theory and was shown for Cu(II) over the range of 0–2.75 ± 10–⁴ mol/L. The quenching constant of Cu(II) was measured as 8.0 ± 10³ mol/L that was two orders of magnitude higher than those of Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II). The 3SD limit of detection for Cu(II) was 8.00 ± 10^?6 mol/L with a coefficient of variation of 1.65%. Linear range for quantitative detection of Cu(II) was 2.67 ± 10^?5‐2.75 ± 10^?4 mol/L. The method was applied to synthetic sample measurements which gave recoveries of 105%‐112%.     

Sesquiterpenoids from Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino

Two new sesquiterpenoids, namely 1β,4β-dihydroxy-5 α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （1） and 1β,4α-dihydroxy-5α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （2）, along with six known ones, homalomenol A （3）, oplodiol （4）, 5α,7α（H）-6,8-cycloeudesma-1β,4β-diol （5）, oplopanone （6）, 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane （7） and spathulenol （8）, were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino, and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.
