大口径宽视场双波段扫描红外相机光学设计

通过分析计算,设计了一种大口径宽视场折射式红外相机光学系统。该系统设计用于超长线阵扫描红外相机的地面演示成像,它能同时对短波2μm—3μm、中波3μm—4.5μm双波段成像,且同时具有24°的大视场和150mm的宽口径,成像质量接近衍射极限。该系统在航天遥感领域应用广泛。     

Ultrasound imaging and evaluation of lesion induced by High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

The present study was to investigate the differential imaging method for detecting HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound)-induced lesions and the estimation of variation of attenuation for lesion evaluation with log spectral difference algorithm. Experiment results of bovine muscle and liver in vitro were acquired. Several algorithms for lesion detection - Absolute Difference (AD), Sum Absolute Differences (SAD) and Sum Squared Differences (SSD) - were analyzed with several window sizes and threshold values. Then three attenuation parameters were compared to evaluate the degree of tissue damage. It was found that variation of the mean attenuation △α was an effective parameter to evaluate lesions.     

强流脉冲高斯分布束在磁四极透镜中的非线性传输

用李代数方法分析了高斯分布下强流脉冲束在磁四极透镜中的非线性传输.在高斯分布下,束流的空间电荷势可利用Green函数算出,进而可以得到包含束流自场的粒子运动的Hamilton函数.再施加李变换,就可以得到粒子运动的各级近似解.本文给出二级近似下的结果,根据需要,还可以扩展到更高级近似.计算过程需要进行迭代,即根据每次算出的轨迹值,确定束团在三维实空间中的大小,然后再进行迭代,直到满足精度要求为止.     

改进型磁绝缘线振荡器的设计和数值模拟

 综合两种现有磁绝缘线振荡器的优点，对器件进行改进，将双渐变结构、轭流片和阻抗渐变三种增大功率的机制综合考虑，利用二维半全电磁PIC程序进行数值模拟，设计了一种新的改进型磁绝缘线振荡器，当外加电压为550kV，电流为35kA左右时，在L波段获得了6GW的峰值输出功率。     

Magnetic and Transport Properties of Ferromagnetic Semiconductor GaDyN Thin Film

Magnetic properties and temperature dependence of electrical transport properties of rare-earth-metal Dy-doped GaN thin film are experimentally studied with a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer and van der Pauw method. It was found that this thin nitride film has both semiconductor properties and ferromagnetism from 1OK to room temperature. The dopant-band (conducting band due to doping) electron conduction dominates the transport properties of this film at low temperatures. These results indicate that Dy-doped GaN is an n-type ferromagnetic semiconductor at room temperature.     

五轴水浸超声扫查系统研制

为实现超声强衰减材料、多层结构件、重要焊接结构件中缺陷高灵敏度的超声检测和评价，并对自然缺陷形状、性质和大小进行分析和判别，实现对缺陷的精确定性、定量和定位，研制了一套五轴水浸超声扫查成像系统。该系统包括5个部分：超声波发射和接收系统，包括超声探伤仪（USIP12）和水浸聚焦探头：数据采集和图像处理系统，包括工控机和数据采集卡；五轴水浸超声扫查系统装置，包括精密三维扫描工作台、水平转台、探头摆动架、专用夹具、水槽、步进电机驱动卡和驱动电源：软件系统，由文件管理、参数设置、数据和图像处理等控制窗121组成。系统工作时，由运行在工控机上的测控程序向运动控制卡发出运动指令，     

Raman properties embeddedof GaSb nanoparticlesin SiO2 films

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.

声诱饵仿真试验系统

文章介绍了声诱饵仿真试验系统中的有关问题，包括：系统的组成、工作原理、对接装置结构等。建立了对接装置声耦合状态下的数学模型，对近场声压分布进行了仿真计算，得出了匹配材料厚度、发射和接收换能器的选取原则。
